Door was not installed properly, and was out of alignment and did not close correctly. Working with the sales people was particularly challenging, perhaps because it was a covid year and supplies were difficult, but the lack of communication about schedule was very difficult during our renovations. Once installation was scheduled, the work proceeded fairly well, and the exterior trim looks great. We did all the windows in our house, and the most difficult part was getting the measurements.

I am a local contractor and I have used California Craftsman on many jobs. They provide competitive prices and quality work when they do the install. Also, and importantly, they are good about communicating about when materials will arrive and when install will occur. Many construction businesses in the Truckee area are terrible at that part.
