Patrick is fantastic. He has helped my family several times spanning over 10 years or more, with many technical issues, computer issues and cleanup, and home network issues, setup, and protection. Not only has he done a great job, but he is highly responsive, and ensures he gets to you in very timely manner and doesnt rush his work. He does the job right! He also is very caring and takes the time to explain things (sometimes very technical things) in a way you and your family will understand. He has even created visuals and diagrams at times to help us stay organized and keep track of all our devices, passwords, and how everything runs through the network. On several occasions he has gone out of his way to provide advice and explain ways we can save money or have things run more seamlessly in the home. I highly recommend Patrick.

Patrick is very easy to work with, had us set up with wifi throughout the house in no time. I had him be on site when the Spectrum installer was here so that he could ask the right questions and coordinate everything. Worked out great!
