Mike (owner) is a true professional ; he is friendly and always accommodating to help me with whatever Im looking to purchase, I never feel rushed. All of the staff are always very nice...the new store in Fairfield is great, too! I would highly recommend Fanedos to everyone!!

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I went in there yesterday to get my gold chain appraised and the store clerk ended up stealing some of the gold off chain. If he wasn’t acting so suspicious and hadn’t taken so long in the back “fixing it” when there was clearly nothing wrong with it I wouldn’t have noticed the missing pieces. Awful place, don’t go there. Be aware they are opening a new location in Norwalk, highly don’t recommend going there either.
