These folks have always taken good care of my vehicles.

I used to love this shop, I have a lot of cars and not much time their service was seamless. Now everytime I drop my stuff off they try to band aid it instead of doing what I asked and on several occasions I dont think they did anything and when I inquired about it they instantly refunded my money. Unfortunately I think it’s time to find a new shop.

Panos is Automotive was very helpful. My horn was continuously blowing & they told me that it had gotten wet because it sits low on the front bumper. When it dried, l had no more problems. They could have tried to take advantage but they didnt. Thanks Panos!

The worst customer service I have experiencedAfter spending over 2k Screws left in windshield wiper tray,Covers left off and job NOT completeTire sensors not programmed.. After telling me my vehicle was ready I got dropped off only to find out it wasn’t then after picking it up days later realized the sensors were not reprogram. Made a appointment to program sensors and they wanted me to leave car. Went to Mavis Tireswhich I highly recommend!!! not only did they program the sensors in less than 5 minutes they didn’t charge me dime ..

I took my tuck there for a miss fire and a small tick coming from my lifters. After the work was complete it ran like a dream for 2 days and then an awful knocking noise developed. After taking it back 3 times he finally agreed that there is an abnormal noise. But went on to tell me its my wrist pins and he couldnt hear it before because the lifter noice was covering it up...... he refused to fix it and told be it would be over 5000 to replace the motor..... the work was NOT done correctly and after 1400 dollars spent Ill be lucky if my truck runs another month. I do not recomend using this dishonest mechanic. He will be seeing me in court!!

My car broke down while enroute to home. All the locals recommended Panos Automotive! So I called my insurance company for a free tow and Johnny had her fixed up the very next day! I would recommend Panos to anyone in need. They are located in Trussville, AL, just off I65. MAPS will take you right to this place!

I got a custom exhaust done and it sounds and looks amazing! The guy who did it was even excited about it, he was very knowledgeable and helped pick out what would sound amazing and keep my fiancé happy. Everyone was friendly and service was amazing. They did the entire exhaust in hours, I was able to drop off and pick up the same day. I could not be more pleased!

My first time ever using Panos was Monday. Toyota wanted 150.00 to just see why my engine light was on! This place fixed the issue for 164.00. When I tell you these people are friendly, fair, and do great work, and from now on I will go there for all my vehicles work! A five star for sure!

The person I talked to could have sold me the repairs but explained the risk and said if it was his person car he won’t have the work done. I really appreciated that and not too many people would have done that.

Took my vehicle in for repairs, was told a price for what I wanted done but when I picked up the vehicle the price was more than what was quoted. To top it off, they replaced things I didnt ask for, would have been nice to have got a call to ask if they could replace something I could have done myself . The main reason taking the vehicle there was a part I thought was wore out that needed a press and that wasnt fixed because they said it wasnt wore out . This is the third time I have been there and two of the three times were not good experiences so we will not return our business with them . So if you use them be sure to get your quote in writing and make sure they put down call before doing anything else to your vehicle above what you wanted done .

Went twice. Had several things done to car. Spent around $1200. Car still had same noise afterwards. Second time, young man at counter laughed out loud at my explanation of the noise and made a sarcastic remark at another person in the office who also laughed.

I went in for a muffler weld on a clearly busted header from a transmission drop. The older fellow behind the counter was very rude. They put my car on the racks came back to the waiting area and told me (the older gentlemen) that it was my catalytic converter that was bad. I tried to explain where the bust was. He interrupted me and made me walk out to the garage to prove me wrong, and that, everyone that has the internet thinks that they are a mechanic. while am an avid car enthusiast and had the opportunity to take my ASE certification. I pointed the pipe out to him. His demeanor changed. They welded it at a reasonable price. Overall good work, poor customer service.

They told me my truck needed New catalytic converters and that it would be $850. I thought it was too much and took it somewhere else. Turned out to only be an electrical problem a $50 fix. They charge me a $150 for An incorrect diagnosis. Tired to bamboozle me. Go somewhere else!

Mr. Panos is not only a good mechanic but a good man also. My family and I have taken our vehicles here since 2010 its hard to find a good mechanic who is honest so I hope this helps someone.
