She not only does her job, she goes out of her way to ensure 💯 customer service. She just now helped us get our phones upgraded and situated with ease and prevented us from a 64 Mile drive. No contracts, can pay online or on site. Great service,unlimited plan can get mobile hotspot, all cheaper than verizon. Feels great with no contract!
Horrible service and when I asked for the DM number, she said, I am not telling you that. Its supposed to be public information......than she wouldnt even try to help me locate a phone---my phone had broke that morning and people couldnt hear me....my job called 2 times, I asked if i could borrow the store phone to make a local call and she said no, sorry, as a retail rep, she should look somewhat professional but between her bad breath and body odor i had to get out of that store, the manager WAS A BIG GIRL WITH BLONDE HAIR

No vibe, no atmosphere, understaffed with barren walls. The 4th time I saw Redneck Meth Man kiss his nasty pregnant equally druggy minus the prison tats wife or whatever after reassuring her Im gonna pay the $150 and we gonna be fine I just up and left. Yeah I wanted $30/month unlimited service but if you are such a terrible company that this is your customer base, no thank you.

Not sure if it is possible to give ZERO stars but one will do. I went in to upgrade my phone and was immediately told I could not be helped because I couldnt remember my high security password. First off I was told by MetroPcs hotline that in order for me to be assisted further I needed to take my picture ID in to the store and they would help me access my account. Ok so I walk in and explain the situation and the ever so rude Shametria made it clear there was NOTHING she could do without this high security password. So needless to say I called customer service back while in the store and got that squared away. Moving on. Shametria opens my account and the first thing she says is, Your bill is too high. Well genius I have five lines on my account so do the math. Anyway she says let me see what I can do about this. An hour and a half later my phone bill was raised by $110 and she told me the lines on my account were done at a promotional rate and the promo was over. Um no heffa you screwed up and are too damn sorry to admit it. My rate wouldnt change a week after my billing cycle. Anyway she called customer service to have them fix it and she BOLD FACE LIES to the rep saying the computer it by itself. No way. There are cameras in there to prove it. I have all 22 text messages that came to my phone saying there was a change in my service plan and will be GLAD to post them. She also kept putting the land line phone down (customer service line) to pick up her iPhone to text and take a FaceTime call! Really? Then had the audacity to loud talk me and tell me I cant change my plan back. End of story.... My plan was changed back by the CSR. I have 20+ years of retail, customer service, management, waitressing & sold cars for 6 years. Never in my career did I argue with a customer. Rule of thumb.... No matter what, the customer is always right. Sheade n error and if she said, Im sorry I made a mistake, that would have been fine. Human error happens everyday and its ok. But to lie to my face, the CSR on the phone, Loyd talk me and text friends in the mean time....!!! She is being reported. The other young lady stated that she had just started there. She was very nice and kept calm. If she is there I would get help from her Ms. Aysin. But if you see Shametria turn around and RUN!
