I went into the store around the end of February 2021 and was greeted by Necole as soon as I opened the door. She was very polite, customer focused, helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I had the opportunity to meet her manager as well as another employee and they all were great! Superb customer service is rare now a days and this team sure proved that there are still people in the world that care about not only their job but people. Thank you Necole, you made my day!
This Trussville Crossing Pkwy T-Mobile store has been far the most best experience I’ve had in a long time. The staff including the manager are well knowledgeable of everything in the store. From cell phone plans to equipment and accessories. Their polite and patient with all my questions and answering them to their best of their knowledge. They take all the precautions needed by wearing their mask sanitizing their hands with hand sanitizer after every client that I saw while I was in the store they made me feel safe and wanting to come back again to that store.
I got a new plan I was told my bill would not go up I was told after my bill went up all most 40 dollars. They could not print a receipt saying it does not work but one was printed a few minutes before I am not particularly impressed with the store I will go Nyack to the other one I use and see if they can explain things to me

Went into the store and they didn’t know a damn thing. I guess the guy let the dreads and tattoos fool him so he assume he could tell me anything. He said I had to pay 200 to upgrade my phone I told him okay and I will come back. Meanwhile I left and call the T-Mobile number they said very clearly that I do not have to pay 200 dollars because I’m on the on lease program. Please train your reps so they can prove great customer service because without us there no you.
Next time, Ill probably be going back to the other store on Gasden Hwy. Listen they seemed like nice folks but they dont understand basic math. I was told my payments on the new S20+ were $30 a piece a month. Well try $50. Also they kept talking about a $500 trade in for qualifying phones...we had the S9+s so we qualified for the $500 a phone. Well they gave me $88 a phone and didnt explain how to go about the $500 deal. Turns out I got a text that day from TMobile themselves on how to go about the promotion (before I went to the store) so I submitted for both my wife and myself. Theyre supposed to be prepaid virtual visa cards. Hopefully this goes thru bc Im putting both cards towards the EIP to make this worth my wild. Listen these new phones are awesome. I understand there is going to be a bigger price tag. And I as the consumer I need to be more vigilant in reading the paperwork...but if thats the case...we dont need these stores, just do everything online.

The one star is for the acknowledgment I received when I entered the store. Everything after that was TERRIBLE. I had an issue with my phone and wanted to seek possible options on what could be done. The manager here was not nice at all and I didnt feel as though he genuinely wanted to help me. He ran a test on my phone and FOUND that something IS wrong with my phone BUT the test wasnt specific enough for him to actually replace my phone. I basically WASTED my TIME and ENERGY there because I walked out with the same issue I came in with.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

By far one of the worst T- Mobile franchise to go to. The service is absolutely horrible the manager and staff doesn’t know anything about the products. The management as well as staff are doing fraudulent activity on business accounts to get their numbers making fake business accounts. They credit the account and make the employees pay for business cards via vistaprint and employees aren’t paid the commission amounts they’re supposed to get based on the pay structure set up by the company. I would advise you to avoid this store at all cost.
