Dr. Lowe was excellent very personable and made me feel comfortable.

The front office staff and Dr. Badraitis were WONDERFUL. I am very disappointed in the sale tactics of the eye wear. They quoted me almost $500 JUST for lens. When I told that was ridiculous he made some adjustments in the computer than came up with high $300 and had there were several add ons that I was not told about and did not need. It was highly manipulative and very shady. I asked for my prescription and purchased my glasses elsewhere. I will return for my eye exam only.

My family and I had been patients for over 20 years. Drs. Pierce and Steele are really good, BUT since they went to My Eye Dr.com the office is total chaos. From wrong glasses frames, wrong prescription lens, horrible customer service and phones mostly go unanswered. My son had something scratch his eye at work and I was unable to get a person on the phone to have him seen by a doctor. Needless to say, we have found another optometrist.

Dr. Steele and staff are excellent! Found out that my son is nearsighted at his physical for basketball. Works great with kids! Staff is helpful and friendly...took lots of time helping my teenage son with his contact fitting.

I have been seen by Dr Pierce and Dr Steele and both have done a great job. The office staff has always been cheerful and helpful. Will always use!

Great experience here. I had something in my eye that was bothering me for 2 days. I called and was able to come to the office right away. The doctor removed the problem. I was very please with the staff being able to fit me in with my eye problems. Highly recommended.

They charge you for glasses and lenses you do not receive. If your insurance doesnt pay they send you a bill. FRAUDULENT company!
