Placed a personalized order online. Picked up in store. I ended up choosing a 16” chain instead of an 18” that I needed. They wouldn’t exchange it or give partial credit but the manager did give me a discount.

I went in today to pick up an online order. Even though the wait time was a bit lengthy, the lovely young ladies in the store made my experience very pleasant. I picked up 4 different orders, so the one who printed out my signature papers made sure I had gift bags for each order. The customer service here is immaculate!

I bought my wife a ring for Christmas. Here it is almost Valentine’s Day and No ring!!!!!!!!If you are looking for a watch, necklace, or earrings maybe this is the place, but if you want a ring prepare to wait 2 or 3 months for it.I should have learned the 1st time, yeah I bought her engagement ring here too SAME THING HAPPENED 😫😡

Ruined my engagement ring experience. My ring’s stone fell out multiple times within a month of purchase and they didn’t want to fix it because the ring is covered but not the stone. When we finally got them to fix it they sent it in and butchered the ring and scratched the stone and sent it back to us like it was new. Since my wife loved the ring and wanted the one I picked for her I didn’t demand a refund then and there but they had to replace the original ring with a different one since they ruined that ring after “repairing” it. DO NOT SHOP HERE, it will give you nightmares.

Every time I send my Leo diamond wedding rings in to be repaired the tiny diamond on the inside of the band is gone. This time it was scratchy too. Only the band lost its diamond and I had to argue with the associate who helped me because I knew what had happened, again. 4th time. Not really Kay’s fault but u think somebody would have checked the diamond and made sure it was smooth. He finally agreed with me and we decided to have it fixed next time I have them checked.

The makeup is great quality and my representative has been so helpful and nice. 10/10 would buy again. Just wish the prices were lower!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager Mike is the best!! We have been shopping at Kays for a very long time and even followed Mike to the Trussville store. I send my family and friends to him because I know he will go out of his way to help them find what are looking for and in the budget they have. Mike and his staff are awesome!! Worst service ever my bf brought me a promise ring from them on my birthday and it was sent off to be resized. It came back damage twice they did offered to give me a new ring and sent that off and came back damage as well. Only excuse they kept saying it’s their machine that does the marks on it because it was resized plus it wasn’t even cleaned at all. I would stick with JCPENNEY it way better service and your ring will come back looking new with no marks on it even if it was resized and it take less than 2 weeks to get back. And it also take a while to get your money back if it no cash in the store. Me and my bf will not be returning to them very disappointed 😔.
