Large selections in the store and most shelves well stocked. I made the mistake of Sat. afternoon shopping so a couple of sale items were gone which is expected. Produce aisle was well stocked with fresh produce. The meat section also well stocked.

The folks that work in this store never seem happy, if they are they never show it, no customer service or very little to say the least. They need a culture change in service. I hadnt gone in, in over 5 months and was quickly reminded why I dont shop there. I only went there bc I was on that side of town. Sorry Publix I was quickly aware of why I shop with you instead of Winn Dixie, hope everyone else has better luck

What a great place to buy groceries! It was an extremely cozy atmosphere in the store and the customer service representative was so nice helping with our receipt problems to gain bonus points for their store discounts! The fresh fruit and vegetables section was also very inviting! I couldnt believe the size of the tomatoes and nectarines that we purchased! Prices were low and such a great selection too.

I do like this store mainly because its the closest to my house & they have such great selections.

I went here for lunch on my break and even though they were busy they still moved their lines fairly quickly and my food from the deli was very good!

Average cost store is old but the people are very friendly and made me feel like I wanted to come back next time I needed something. Trussville has a reputation of being snootie but they seemed to have missed that memo and are kind folks

Even though the store is right across the street from my house, I have not been in Winn-Dixie for quite some time. I needed a specific item for a cake I was baking, and I knew it was there. I didnt have any problems finding the item; however, when I came to the checkout line thats when I remembered why I dont like Winn-Dixie. The gentleman who rang up my item started to scan the items that the lady after me had put on the belt. Of course, a manager had to get involved to complete the transaction, and it seems like everyone just moves and slow motion. I mean Im not the skinniest or the fastest person by any means, but when I do things or when Im at work I do things with a sense of urgency. There was none there. I do know that I was in a hurry when I was there, and I know that I am impatient at times. Nonetheless, the facts are the same.

Great purchase of a beautiful orchid. One of the older gentlemen working there was kind enough to grab a box for me so I could get it home without breaking the blooms. The obese young guy just walked away when I asked him. Said nothing. Young people are inconsiderate, lazy and rude. One of them works at Winn-Dixie in Trussville. Shout out to Rodney (I think I remember correctly) that landed a hand.

I was very very satisfied with the service from the young lady in the floral department at Trussville WD. She kind, patient & helpful, and made a large gift basket for me on the spot. She was great!!!!

They had what I wanted, but there were items that were not scanning the shelf price. So just check your receipt before leaving the store.

1/13/2021. Employees stocking store were not wearing face masks. I saw 6 employees all with Winn Dixie clothing. One had on a face mask. 4 had no mask at all and one had a plastic spit guard on. The pharmacist did not have on a face mask while talking to a customer without a face mask. Same at service desk, employee in that area did not have on a face mask. All of this was happening while the intercom announced face masks are required in the store for customers and employees .

Winn Dixie has always been a favorite of mine since I was a child and this particular one in Trusville has continued that tradition. The store for starters is beautiful, the selection of items superb and the friendliness of staff a step above extraordinary. I was able to find everything I needed minus one item which is blessing within this pandemic influence we are under. I am furthermore impressed with their ability to continue bringing together a community through a common need for sustenance and necessity with uninterrupted excellence. If you are ever in Trusville, do yourselves a favor and stop on by their Winn Dixie; they are awesome!!😀😀

A little more laid-back and not quite as pricey as Publix. Good inventory. They seem to keep everything well-stocked.

Since Winn Dixie was bought out, the store is no where What it once was. Cannot find alot of the Brand Items we were buybefore. Alot of times they dont even have milk in the case. I hate it still carries the Winn Dixie name, the name people trusted to have what they need. Sorry but True!

This PARTICULAR Winn-Dixie in Trussville Alabama off of hay 11 gets 5 stars for many reasons. #1. There Meat Market. The meat here is great. Not only can you get fresh cut beef here along with pork products you can also get, veal and even lamb along with seafood. They have decent prices.There store is clean. The employees are nice. I have never had a problem with anyone having an attitude with with me here at this PARTICULAR Winn Dixie.Now I can Not say that about Other Winn Dixie stores such as the one in Irondale Alabama off of Montevallo road.

I only go to the pharmacy cheaper on some medicine over all they are nice to you

The Winn-Dixie in Trussville is a truly wonderful store. It is always clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I have never gone that I wasnt greeted by an employee and asked of I needed help. When I have trouble finding a product, an employee takes me to where the product is, or goes and gets it for me. The produce is always fresh. The meats are always excellent. I buy all my beef from WD. There store brands are very good, some are even better than the name brands. You cant go wrong shopping at the Trussville WD.

What is there not to love about Winn-dixie?....the staff is awesome!....I have always been treated with courtesy and kindness by the employees and more importantly my business is appreciated...the store is clean...stock majority of the time....Great job!!!!

Shopping is good, prices are good. Just hate you have to buy 2 of an item in their BOGOs. Publix will let you buy 1at half the price. Some smaller families cant use 2 loaves of bread 🍞. Example

The store was great. Prices are higher than what Im use to but I do get some deals from them every once in a while. I mostly buy cooked chicken from this store. You can buy a bucket of chicken for $12.99. You pack the bucket yourself. You get to choose from a variety of chicken prices of different flavors. As long as you can get the top down on the bucket thats the amount you get. Whenever I purchase the chicken it usually last us three days.😀

I am a part-time employee at this store. Though, when I shop I am a customer. I do enjoy taking advantage of the great weekly sales! I believe in doing unto others as I would have them to do unto me. With that being said. Great service!

This is the second time talking to someone from WinnDixie about people not wearing mask. Yes, I will start going to another store, change my prescriptions to another location etc, it’s just sad since I been going there for years and it convenient. The response I was given was “I didn’t see anyone” that’s it! ok... one was paying, other person in the pharmacy etc...

Winn-Dixie is very close to my apt. So I buy my groceries there often. However the prices are a lot more than a year ago and they stock less. The store is clean and spacious. The clerks are friendly and helpful. On the negative side, they need to stick more brands so that the store will attract more customers.

Great grocery store in a great location. They always have good sales on food, wine and household items. The staff are very friendly and give exceptional help when needed. They also give rain checks when theyre out of something thats on sale.

Good grocery store with a good sized inventory. In my experience they have never been out of anything I have needed. There are plenty of friendly employees on staff to help you and running the registers so wait times are not long.

This has always been my favorite grocer. There are not many left in my area so I do most of my shopping with them.

I really enjoyed my visit with my son at Winn-Dixie. I sure do wish that most of the Winn-Dixies had not closed. It is such a nice place to go without having to go all the way to the back of a store and through tons of people just to get one thing. It is also nice if they still actually have people to check you out. Though I have to say they have increased their prices a good bit.

Came by here to get some groceries for our Mamaw & Papaw and it was great! Took advantage of the fill your bucket chicken strips which was really good. Def try their BBQ beans with pork. Killer! Awesome customer service, location. Def recommend! Aloha Birmingham :)
