Ordered Air Bags for my 2020 MB Sprinter 2500 4X4 and received a text to make sure Im getting the right part from Sprinter Store! The customer service insured I had the right part before I had to pay... Paid and received air bags 2 days later!!! EASY EASY install did it myself in just over 1 hour...Here are before and after pictures.... I carry 1400 LB. Carpet cleaning machine with ALL day long so after the machine install van dropped about 2 inches...The SPRINTEK AIG BAG system lifted me right back to where it was at from factory! I wanted to order accessories for my van but I could never get a call back. I emailed/called and no response. My partner also called with no response. I have gone elsewhere to a place that responds back. I had a great experience a couple years back. Now I dont think I would go back. It looks like other people have had this same problem. You could even just call me or email me back and say we are too busy to help you so I can move on. I would not have gone elsewhere if I would have received a response back.

I have ordered an awning through these people after already ordering a lot of stuff for my van. The delivery date was supposed to be late June. At the end of July an awning showed up, completely damaged. I did not accept delivery. Since then, they still have my money (over 2K) and no feedback other than asking if I wanted one in a different color... So unprofessional, I have sent over 10 messages and no answer, nobody picks up the phone or takes 5 seconds to return a text. Dont do business with these people, it will raise your blood pressure. We came up from Southern California in order to have the suspension beefed up on our 2008 Sprinter Class B RV because they specialize in Sprinters AND Jared was able to fit us in in one week. The ride is much smoother; the rocking and rolling is immensely reduced AND the Sprinter sets several inches higher making it more convenient to access the propane for filling without having to elevate the RV on blocks. In addition, it is easier to access the holding tanks bayonet valves. The cost was extremely fair and less than I had expected. Jason and his crew are very knowledgeable and bend over backward to help; for example, while they were working on our rig we grabbed a taxi to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Figuring it would take all day, we arranged to call a taxi around 4 oclock but at 2 oclock the job was completed. When I explained that the taxi couldnt be available until 4 oclock, Jared offered to come pick us up in our van!!! Now THATS going above and beyond! We highly recommend The Sprinter Store in Tualatin, Oregon!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I understand we are dealing with covid times but I ordered my espar heating unit in December of 2020… I was told by everyone I talked to in the store “oh 30 days our ship time” so I waited the 30 days always checking on my order.. never shipped no return calls.. hide behind a google number no return calls… was being as patient and nice as I could.. finally after 7 months got ahold of someone on the phone and they apologized saying “ oh we had to let go of the two employees that were working with your order” asked me for more money for the unit then… I was highly upset. Talked to someone finally and they said “ oh we will make it up and send you a set of brakes and calipers because of all the troubles” more Lies… I had to do internet research to find out the real number to this place. Never again all lies don’t trust this company

You can never get ahold of customer service. They charged me for products that were never delivered and will not return calls or emails. This place is horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. Steer clear of this place. You will most likely be sorry if you choose to do business with them. I have to go to my bank to dispute the charges. What a PITA.

Follow up I was able to get a hold of someone and received my parts. I have used them a few times since with much better results .Terrible customer service, only answers phones when placing orders after that they seem to not care about you. They are forcing me to make a call to my credit card company and do a chargeback. This is the first time I have ever had to that in my life but unfortunately I feel pushed into a corner. No replies to emails or phone calls.

As like the other one star reviews. Poor customer service and lack of follow up. Still waiting to hear back on what’s next on my missing order.Seems to a constant theme that needs to be addressed.Just a follow up… ordered an awning in January. I was lied too when purchase. It was not in stock. Once it came in the sprinterstore didn’t ship it until I called…said they thought it was a direct ship. Sent it to me… lost in shipment… I was told they would ship me a new one when they were paid for the one lost by the freight company. Haven’t heard a word since mid June. No response to text messages or online chats. Asked for a refund. They want to keep 25% for their screw ups and poor customer service.Don’t buy from the sprinterstore!!!

Sprinter Parts and Service Store has great, unique and very valuable sprinter components with fair prices. The seat panel lock doors are brilliant and the top of window vents are great too. I cant wait to get my swivel seat brackets.They are organized and do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, will never buy anything here ever again.

Literally the worst customer service experience I can even imagine. We ordered a part for a 2019 van. Upon receipt it was missing parts and installation instructions. They wouldnt help so I reached out to the original manufacturer who immediately realized it wasnt even the right unit (was for older body style). After weeks of back and forth via email and phone and painfully slow and inconclusive responses from SprinterStore, we finally returned the thing at our own cost. And then they had the sheer audacity to charge a $225 restocking fee.

Great service when purchasing, my order was held up for unknown reasons after confirming everything was in stock. So shipping speed wasnt the best, but once they got it rolling out the door. All parts have thus far been quality,

The service at Sprinter Store is terrible. I paid for parts and 2 months later, I still have not received all of them despite being told theyd arrive in 2 weeks. I have regularly requested updates to my order but I get little to no response. This was not my first order either, due to their poor performance my build has been delayed by several months. They have lost my business because my patience has run out.

Bug in order software, Extra items added to order that I didnt want or agree to buy when I had multiple order tabs open at same time.Update: Response was sent promptly but never got to me.

Swivel seat came 1 month after estimate, box and instructions heavily damaged. The swivel was warped. Email/chat communication went nowhere. I posted a review to their site that was never approved/posted. Won’t work with them again. Happy to have the swivel but I’ll go elsewhere in the future.Update 12/23: Received a response 12/22 here stating quarantine as reason for non response - I sent email to Sprinter Store 10/23 with photos of damage and followed up multiple times via email/chat with video of wobble - with no response. My review for Sprinter Store’s site has not been approved as of yet... only 5 star reviews on their site for this product (Promaster passenger seat swivel).

I have been very frustrated with the purchase of a ladder from The Sprinter store. It has been a month since I ordered it. I have attempted to call them many times and got nothing but voice mail. Twice I spoke to a person, who was very nice, but there was no follow through with my questions about when my ladder would ship. I have many components that I will be purchasing for my van build but I have no confidence in The Sprinter Store to be a reliable vendor.

Brian in sales and Jared in installation were top notch. This is my first sprinter van, and both them answered my questions and made the entire process seamless. I ended up getting a power step passenger side, swivel adapters for both front seats, bug screens for the side and rear doors and a set of new Rhino Wheels. I will definitely be doing all of my sprinter van business with them. Thanks again for the great experience!

Not good price for Qc Canada shipping and no stock at all for 2020

Been calling for weeks with questions about suspension. Keep getting redirected to a person that never answers....was told last week someone would call me back, text or email me.....still nothing. I suppose they dont want or need my money

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I have tried to get in contact many many times and never get an actual response. Every so often someone will respond asking what the problem is and then completely disappear. Im building my van which is an expensive project that requires purchasing many components, if they put in even a tiny amount of effort they would have more of my business.Completely terrible. Stay away from this place.

Ordered parts while the van was in the shop. When I finally pulled the parts out of the box I had exceeded the 14 day return policy. I phoned them up knowing this and explained that they were not the parts I desired and they are accepting a return as we speak for the parts. Thanks for the understanding! Working in the repair industry I have found that the Sprinter is one of the vehicles that can be challenging to get parts for repair quickly, and if there is anything that you are trying to accomplish in this industry, its quality of work, and the ability to do so in a timely manner. These guys have been great in helping us through a difficult head gasket job on an 05 Sprinter, and especially Shannon, sh has been on the ball each time we called and had an additional need. I called to ask if the Thule awning would attach the Weather Guard roof rail. The customer service guy just kept saying I havent heard of Weather Guard. He wouldnt listen to my question, kept interrupting me and was completely unhelpful. I called because of the good rating but after that experience, Ill be more than happy to shop where they know what they are talking about and have better customer service.

This is by far the best place to get custom parts for Sprinters. Theyre very helpful and are fully dedicated got the Sprinter enthusiasts. Ive purchased from them a while back s and now again...... Im glad I replaced my resonator with their custom made version. Ive replaced the resonator in the past twice with the OEM part and it always broke after a while. This one seems to be the one that will last forever. I love it.

No feedback on delivery timeline. I have called/emailed multiple times and have yet to hear back in any fashion.

These CRL half-slider windows are nice.1) Why can’t a simple paper template be included? I cut my 2 day old 2020 4x Sprinter hole too big. I believe it is not so big that I won’t have good performance from it.2) Why can’t a roll of butyl tape come with the window? Can they be installed without it?I bought four windows. I expect to do better with the next three installations.

Shannon in the parts department is an absolute gem of competency and customer service. I spent a full day looking for a part, making calls everywhere in America. Every location I called told me the same story- email us a picture. Most never contacted me back at all, and those that did sent a form email telling me they didn’t have it and good luck elsewhere.This is because it actually requires effort and time and the willingness to help a customer, which are things that most business do not possess or care to give any more. It probably wasn’t the most profitable endeavor for Shannon to play Sherlock Holmes and sleuth down my needed parts, but she did it anyway. Her communication with me was top-notch; Prompt, effective, and always cheerful and genuine. Do you know how rare it is to call a parts department and talk to someone both upbeat and genuinely sincere about helping you? That is both good at her job and lightning quick to respond? It’s like the odds of winning the Powerball Lottery.I can only imagine that if the rest of this business is run with the same positive team-attitude and commitment to excellence that Shannon has in her work, it is a truly rare gem as well. Poor experience on ordering Alpine 9″ Multimedia Receiver. Ordered June 4th, followed up on June 9th. CC Billed and Received email(attached) that it was shipped and would receive June 15th. Called today (I do give Brian credit he was very professional) and was advised it was a pre order (still doesnt show that on website). No solution really offered other than may ship in a few days. Now I have family trip in 4 days with hole in my sprinter waiting for a radio ordered 11 days ago that I get to scramble to find. Poor communication, billing a persons cc with no product and then sending a shipping notice with nothing being shipped is just poor business approach.

I was travelling cross country in my 2010 Coach House RV and needed a tune up and had a muffler issue. Spoke with Elliot who was able to accommodate my schedule. The mechanics at the Sprinter Store are the best I have found. They diagnosed what needed to be done and received a reasonable cost. Elliot was also able to have my muffler fixed after shop down the road was booked. I cant say enough about the level of service I received and completed all work when they said it would. Top Notch service by Qualified & Knowledgeable Staff.

This is related to the online purchase process - one of my credit cards would not process which absolutely should - many attempts. The receipt needs to induce shipping address so customer can relax knowing that it is being sent to the correct address - which at the moment I am not and Paypal which would have eliminated both these issues should be offered as an alternative for those who prefer that method as I do. Otherwise I look forward to my ladder and will provide a review of the product.

I just purchased a Sprinter seat swivel from the Sprinter Store. I was greeted as soon as I was through the door, turned over to the person who would handle my purchase and out the door with my swivel in less than 10 minutes. (Swivel installed perfectly!)

Placed an order March 8.Didn’t hear anything about shipping/tracking until I called on March 13. Richard said I would get a drop shipment direct from the manufacturer, shipping info would be provided. Nothing ...texted his personal phone Saturday and asked him to cancel and refund...he said he would do it Monday the 15th, Didn’t Happen...called March 17, a young lady said the order wasn’t cancelled and she would find out what was going on...didn’t hear back. Finally got a refund March 18. Stay away from this company, horrible communication

Im in Alaska and on a trip to Oregon stopped by the Sprinter Store to get some Koni Shocks, Struts and upgraded brake package for my Sprinter. They were very helpful and professional and due to an out of stock item they shipped the item up to me in Alaska as soon as it came in. They kept me informed on the the order status via email. Theyve been supporting the Sprinter vans since they first showed up with great parts and if I lived closer Id bring my 2008 Sprinter in for service. Will keep doing business with them as long as I own a Sprinter (which will probably forever)

The shipment arrived and the window vents for the Sprinter van were as expected. Thank you! The only fly in the ointment was how to override the auto-stop-open feature of the Sprinter. I figured it out but some written instructions would have been nice.

A shame they dont no how to run a website. Ordered a swivel seat, item said it was in stock and would be delivered on a certain date. After a week had past the delivery date still no part. Called and was told it was on back order and that i didnt know how to read their website properly. Then was hung up on. Called back and the manager was just as inept. They both said yea we deal with mad customers all the time because of this. Then fix the problem and update customers when their item is on back order.
