Although most times I have shopped here it has been very pleasant this last time not so much. Whether it was the hour of trying to find the right boot without any assistance, Or the fact that 2 young employees sat using profanity around my daughter.... And seemed bothered when I tried to look at the boots they were leaning against. Maybe the fact when I tried to bring up concerns about my boots while at the register I was ignored because she was talking to a co-worker 20 away. I know my size and I know what I like, what I am trying to do is to find any excuse not to order online and this wasnt it

Definitely the place to go for dressy, flashy cowboy boots. Though I dont really dress western, these look great and I would definitely wear them. The entire store is primarily country western. I would also go there for mens shirts. The prices were very good.

Products are great but staff not so much. I ordered product online to be pick up at store. Two weeks later I called to check on my order from their national line and they told me my order arrived a week ago. When I got to the store the girl did not care about my frustration one bit. I get the feeling she rather be somewhere else then working there. Wonder why we buy everything online because customer service no longer exists.

Boots from almost every brand my new favorite store

Worst experience ever! Son ordered boots as a gift from sweet 82 year old grandparents. They could not shop due to covid, but this was REALLY important to them. Son ordered, said 3-5 day deliver. Was charged DAILY, which he had to correct, but here we are, 5 weeks later, no boots. Previous manager was apologetic and kind, but new hire Erin who has been there 3 weeks is a disaster, and did not try to resolve the issue at all. I stood next to my son as he talked to her and she claimed he was rude (not true), so I called back with my corporate perspective and she was just as shallow. She was concerned that I called her near closing time and would not own the issue. Called corporate--would NEVER do business with them again and this little bimbo needs to go. OWN the issue and create a follow up plan.....Management 101.

If your looking for cowboy/ girl boots this is your mecca. Didnt find much in the way of work boots. 5% work boots 95 % cowboy boots.

Great staff and lots of clothes and fancy boots for girls that don’t ever want to get dirty or do any hard labor. claims to sell “work wear” but only for men apparently. Came in looking for work clothes and work boots so 5 stars for the clean store and friends staff but 0 stars for boot barn’s business model.

Yes they have alot of western wear but carry generous selection of work stuff. Lace up work boots, safety gear, etc. Sales staff was very helpful even with my somewhat different foot size. 10.5 EW. Was very pleased and matched union discount offered by competition. Thanks boot barn. You did great!

This was my first visit into this store. I was a little disappointed that they didnt have any boots in my size, but loved the store. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great prices on quality work wear. I get all my FR clothing from here. Courteous staff that are truly trying to help you find what you need and not hovering or shadowing you through the store. Go check em out. You wont be disappointed.

This place is amazing! It was my first time in and they have a HUGE selection of boots, work and everything else. Also have a great selection of clothes. Will be returning again.

Tualatin store is very convenient for where I live. Staff are really friendly and helpful with finding what your looking for. This store may be a bit smaller than the one in Troutdale, but, its still a great store.

We arrived shortly before closing and the staff was attentive and helpful even when they were locking up. They made sure we had everything we wanted and never made us feel rushed. Allanah helped my husband pick out the perfect hat and made sure it was exactly the way he wanted it. Having her help us was a joy. This was a lovely example of superior service and I thank her for the best customer experience ever!

Went to look at straw hats. There is a sizable selection of styles, brands, and prices. They can custom shape both straw, and felt hats too. Huge selection of western wearables.

Was on the hunt for a bolo tie and could Not Find One! Needed it for a Halloween costume. Luckily, Boot Barn had recently opened up. I walked in and Autumn greeted me with a warm smile and excited to help me out. She guided me to their large selection of Bolo Ties and found exactly what I needed. There are bolo ties for men and women and a Huge selection of cowboy boots. Check them out!

I recently went to the Tualatin location to get some boots and clothes to wear this August when I get married. This location is very clean. The staff are awesome, very polite, willing to work with you personally to help you find what you’re looking for, and happy with the fitting. And not in a way that’s to hurry you through the store. This location has made me a customer for life.

Ive had a difficult time finding boots that fit my wide feet. Im not sure what these other reviews say about not having a particular size. Ive shopped all around Portland for boots that fit.Its why I was surprised I immediately found a pair that fit and feel good shortly after walking in the door.The Staff were amazing! They spent A LOT of time helping me get all the discounts I could get.The prices are fair and considering everything else in Portland Ive found, I wish I wouldve stop here first!

Beautiful Store, Great Inventory, no customer service. Was there looking for boots at 10:30 in the morning on a Monday and was approached by 2 other customers asking if I worked there because the needed help.22 minutes after approaching the register twice looking for help I finally left. I was hoping to order a custom pair of boots but never could find anyone to assist. Very disappointed.

I went to Boot Barn in search of a hat, but didnt find one I liked. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and organized. I feel the prices were a bit high. Too much bling for my needs.

Great cowboy store

If you want cowboy boots it is the place to go. Unfortunately I needed work boots and their selection of work boots is much smaller than their cowboy boots so I had to go elsewhere to make my boot purchase. The staff was very friendly and there is ample parking.

Great place great people great stuff cant go wrong every one was so helpful and I hate parting with 💸 but the boots were a fantastic score. Recommend and Baby sez were going back at some point to look at the sale rack in 6 months or so....see ya!!!
