I placed an order last night for pick up and it was ready bright and early this morning.

Im having a wedding this summer and have been searching for someone to make my invitations and rsvp cards. I went here after going to other places and finding no help. We had called and got wonderful customer service! Lauren was the one who helped us and she was able to make my invitations exactly what I had wanted! They are beautiful and so unique and the price was so affordable. Not to mention how sweet she was and how she made the experience fun and not feel like a chore as other places often make it feel. The store as a whole was fantastic, full of nice people. Loved the experience and we will be coming back for any other projects!

I love this store they have some good prices and good sales on everything.

Lauren, thank you SO much for helping me with my documents the other day. I was away in another state, 3 hours away and Lauren helped my boyfriend print out my documents and send them to me as a pdf. I am so entirely grateful. I was so stressed out to get these out in time and even though I was running late, Lauren still helped us! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I was helped by April an Jacob an I needed some important files printed out an they were a tremendous help. Im not vary tech savvy so I just handed her my phone an she was able to send some files to their printer and printed them out for free. Without these files I would have been screwed. Thank you vary much. Will definitely come back

Very friendly and helpful! I havent been to a staples in a long time but because I needed to grab some packaging supplies on short notice, I went in. Immediately, the person at the front of the store told me exactly which aisles I needed to go to and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Went in to print off a resume. Had some issues with the self-serve printer, turned out to be because I had an accented “e” in a folder name on my USB thumb drive. April did an awesome job getting me some higher quality paper to print my resume and signed me up for a rewards card so I could get 10 free resume prints. Didn’t have to pay a cent!

A few days ago I went to make copies at the self-service station and pick a few things up. One of the employees, I believe her name is April, saw that I needed extra assistance. She printed the rest of what I needed quickly and was extremely kind and considerate. I was feeling a little stressed and she totally brightened my day! I have always encountered kindness and professionalism no matter who I interact with at this Staples.

The service at this location is phenomenal. I was assisted by Jonathan and Bill as I picked up my desk and filing cabinet for my new home office. They were both so friendly and patient, they answered all of my questions in a knowledgeable and efficient manner. If you’re looking for a great shopping experience and 5-star service that makes you feel like royalty, this is the place to go! From now on Staples in Tualatin is my go to for everything office/professional supplies. Thank you again gentleman for all of your help. You have gained a customer for life!

Staples broke its word to me, saying that more money mattered more to it than breaking its word to, screwing over, and greatly inconveniencing a (former) customer. The store GM was involved in this and was fine with this decision and these priorities. They do not dispute that they broke Staples promise to me.....I was given attentive help and advice on a purchase about which I was being very careful. The employee even dug into a book to make SURE that we had the price right. I then spent several days considering and comparison shopping. Finally, at 6pm on Friday, after a lot of driving and comparison shopping, I went in to make the purchase, tired and excited to begin my project.Strangely, the store computer would not allow the sale. The employee read and re-read the rules and fine print, but could not figure out why the computer would not allow the sale. Eventually he texted the GM. If I dont hear back in a few minutes, he said, Ill over-ride it in the system. But, he DID hear back. And the word was that buried in the fine print in a different place (but not where employees routinely check the fine print) was an exclusion, heretofore unknown to the people who work at Staples. At this point I had been there for maybe 40 minutes.So . . . I wondered if Staples simply would honor the price it had promised me? No; the explanation was that Staples didnt want to lose that extra money that it would get from charging me a higher price ($60) than it promised.Of course, I didnt make the purchase. (I gave up for tonight, and my evening plans are ruined.) So Staples lost the entire purchase, and lost the money it would have made from me in the future, since it now lost me as a customer.

Bill the cashier was so sweet! He helped me out with an order and marked the price down for me because the item I wanted wasn’t there.🐸

They were so much more helpful & friendly than I expected. Really glad we still have an office supply store near by.

I called around 1pm to make sure that a print job I needed would be done by 6pm. They assured me it would. When I arrived at 6pm the guy working couldnt even find my name... because they had never started printing. I wouldnt have gone out of my way if you would have told me you couldnt get it done. Irritating.

Friendly staff and amazing service. Better for print/scanning than the FedEx a few doors down.

Last night my son and I went to Staples in Tualatin to see about a warranty on a tablet we bought there. It was 6:12pm when we got to the doors we realized that they had closed at 6:00pm. As a employee walked by the doors my son flagged him down and asked if we could ask about the warranty on the tablet. He said yes and we proceeded to walk in. He printed out the original receipt and gave us the information on where to call. Then we asked if we could look at office chairs really quick (since there was still another customer in the store, we thought we would push our luck). He said it was fine and we went back to look. After a couple minutes we found a chair we liked and ask about pricing. Another employee came back and we said we would hurry up and get out so they could go home. The employee said we should take our time and sit in every chair and make sure we got the one that was right for us. Let us in after closing, encouraged us to take our time.... That is superior customer service! Thank you Staples!

Convenient location, good selection of office products, even a UPS drop off site.

Good location, selections, and prices compared to other office supply outlets. Only problem is their Ink cartridge rewards program is VERY cumbersome to use and difficult to actually get credits for recycled printer ink cartridges. Lag time for credits to kick in and seldom get notification we actually have the credits on our account, plus they expire in a short time after activation. We have missed many credits for recycled ink cartridges. An in-store credit at time of recycle and new purchase would be much more simple and easy to use.

Its a smaller Staples, but itll meet most of your basic office-supply needs! Theyve also got a good selection of inks and office chairs aside from the standard stuff found in the ceiling-high aisles. Its a shame the Tigard location closed because that had a more extensive selection--variety of options and prices is lacking in some areas here. Otherwise, its a pretty standard Staples!

By far the best office supply store and copy and print center in the Portland and Portland Metro area. I couldnt recommend them more. I am a quite frequent customer (5+ times a month) and its all because they do such a great job and have high quality products and services. Jake in the print center especially- I am darn picky and he makes it easy.

I like the products they have, but the prices are often higher and their special deals, such as back-to-school specials, always have a minimum-purchase or some sort of fine print associated with them. I rarely stop in for something and during the visit I am quickly reminded why I dont shop there more often. Its just not worth it, especially with the competitor stores nearby that have better prices and deals without strings attached.

I went into this establishment hoping to print a large document that was downloaded onto my phone. I called the Tualatin Staples and Cori answered; she assured me that when I came in she would assist me with the process. My document was produced in a timely manner and Cori made it seem effortless. Friendly employees, they have a very nice selection of everything! Store is clean. Their selection is much more varied than OD.

Friendly phone service with some waiting. Spoke with two different associates. The item I asked about was not in stock. When I asked when the item would be in stock, the associate told me she wasnt sure and didnt offer to check. Seemed like she wanted to get off the phone. Would have given a higher rating if she had taken the initiative to check.

I needed to reuse an UPS envelope and I was unfamiliar, the associate was very knowledgeable and took time to work with me.

Couldnt find what I wanted initially, but the employees went out of the way to find it in overstock, then match the price that I had online from Staples but it wasnt the same as in the store. Would definitely go there again for the service.
