Great service. Extremely patient with me and my situation with trying to return a shipment that the shipper didn’t give me the proper information. I didn’t get the mans name but he helped me get it resolved. I really appreciated his help.
They’re Google hours state they’re open on Sunday, I drove out and they’re closed. Wasted time.

Very unhelpful attendant called Jennifer. It was my first time using the FedEx return service and I was trying to get further assistance to ensure it is returned appropriately. Jennifer right from the onset of my first question acted like she didn’t care about my service and kept responding that she didn’t know to my questions. I was only able to proceed with my service through the help of another attendant. Really disappointed with the service I received from this attendant- Jennifer.
I always enjoy coming to this location they are very professional and friendly every single time even when they cant help me with a specific problem. I have had to come here for various services and yes even issues and they have all been taken care of to my satisfaction and beyond.I guess the only real downside to this place is that it can be a bit hard to find because its tucked away in a very busy shopping center and not easily visible. However they make up for it by being helpful when you find them. Highly recommended.
Ive been waiting on paperwork from my insurance for about a week now And they said they gave me first day delivery from FedEx and FedEx says theres nothing for me cant find anything about it so this company is trash Never order from FedEx again they are a trash company And I just lazy and rude and disrespectful.
They are very convenient for shipping packages and small print jobs. As long as your printing quantities are not too large, everything can be quite reasonable and fast. Of course, they also have a very efficient way of accepting your online requests for certain services. If you need to use a computer while you are outside your office, they have computers to accommodate you.
We were on the hunt for a specific size box and the lady helping us, was amazing! She knew exactly what we needed. Super helpful staff.
I stood in line for almost 30 minutes while the employees were taking forever to help two other people. They kept looking at me so I left fora minute, came back, 2 other people came in after me and the tended tothem right away...still looking at me a few times but no service. One guywas just standing there and never even looked at me (a trainee?). I finallygave up and left. All I wanted was to find out how much it would cost tosend a 10 x 13 envelope to San Jose....one lady said hang on then wentback and took care of other customers...at that point I left never to returnagain. Very bad service.
If I can give 0 I am willing to do. My package miss oversea flight so many times. And Im DONE...Very very disappointed. Package delay many times ..On FedEx vehicle for delivery BUT not delivery!!! stuck in there for 2-3 days!!.... and all local staffs also call center cant help just reading the the delivery status for you so you can see on the website. Cant contract driver, Cant tell what happen, Cant tell you when will delivery.. All depend on my luck?
The crew here is top notch. Brian is an expert at all things printing/shipping, but more importantly customer service. As a professional in the business of providing service to others, its a relief to see other people in the community that care. Hats off to Brian and the crew for being rarely exceptional! You made my day.
Horrible customer service. I had an express envelope and a ground label that was sent to me by the company that needed me to sign some papers. I understand it was a mistake. However, the employee working refused to help me fix it without forcing me to buy a new envelope. I expressed the urgency of this needing to get shipped out and I didnt have any money on me to buy an envelope. She stated that drivers dont like when the envelope doesnt match the label because its confusing. I asked if we could tape over the express part or if she had a ground envelope I could use. She said that they would be fined for tampering with the envelope and she didnt have any ground ones. She said I would need to find some change and go buy an envelope and ship it properly. I then asked what would have happened if I just put it in the drop box as is. She said it could have either sat there and never been shipped or the driver would grumble about it and ship it. So, I had to drive 30 miles home and call the company to send me a new envelope and label. I also called customer service to file a complaint. They said she should have taken it & shipped it. I will never use this location again!
Got some yard signs from these folks; the service was great, but it took a little longer because they were packed. Also, the building doesnt have the best reception. They get five stars because the front desk folks will do everything they can to help

This business has been great until the last encounter today they refused to print my product. I assume the manager that was helping me was rude and unhelpful. Better to go in the evening way better service.
I worked with the Tualatin FedEx for over a year working on corporate printing and shipping jobs. The center manager was a huge help, and all of the employees always provided me with fast, accurate, and thorough help with all of my projects. I would highly recommend using them for corporate printing/shipping needs.
Eric helped me print some labels printed when our printers went down at the office. He was intelligent & efficient in his service. Great employees and service.
I bring packages here regularly. The staff are always, yes ALWAYS professional, helpful and prompt. Its a community resource!
Instead of offering to do what I asked for (needing a FedEx shipping envelope/bag), I was told that they wouldnt do that... Ill never use this location again. A complete waist of my time
My husband went in to print some baby shower invites and the girl that helped him didnt know what she was doing. I was on the phone with him asking him to ask questions and before he confirmed anything with her she started just printing invites on SINGLE SHEETS, which isnt cost effective! Never in the past have a paid more then $20 for 25 invites this time we paid 33 because the girl didnt effing do it right! Im annoyed and irritated. She also didnt even cut them down when my husband asked they then charged a cutting fee annnnnnd and machine set cutting fee for a freakin machine to cut the paper. I get it, yyoura corporate company that needs to charge every lil fee but when you dont do what the customer asks the first time and then over charge them thats when you lose customers. We will not be going back to this location. I had my wedding invites printed there and with everything that I printed I only paid 100 and something for OVER 100 invites for 3 different cards. But for 25 baby shower invites I get charged 33 because the girl didnt place 2 prints on one sheet.... Never going back. Oh and even the manager at the time asked the employee what was going in cause it was taking her forever and when he took over my husband said he did everything super fast. Train your employees better to LISTEN to the customer first before just doing whatever. Thanks!
Horrible service. Didnt know what they were talking about nor did they care to be wasting my time. Uninterested in helping me at all.
Sadly we trusted fed ex with a very important document and it was misplaced along the way. Making it to its destination so our home sale would close on time did not happen. We will not be using fed ex again.
Great place but do not log into or use the machines to log in got notification 3 days later saying my gmail was hacked and was prevented

Staff is very friendly. Lamination station is easy and accessible to the user, rather than my local UPS office where the attendant will do lamination for you.
I have had a good experience here. The staff is particularly patient, even when perhaps they shouldnt be. I witnessed them putting up with one belligerent twit whose arm I would have twisted behind his back and kicked him out and called the cops.
It says you are open at 7:30 am and i waited for close to 30 min AFTER you are supposed to be open . im assuming the person who is supposed to open the location at 7:30 was running late or smoking weed/doing drugs in the back of the building . whoever is on shift at 7:30 am today decided not to do their minimum wage job 💁
Dont go there for passport photos theyre camera is broken .
I was charged 1.50 a our for faxes and waited 1/2 hour...would never recommend to others!

This is the worst location. It sucks because it is also the closest. I always get bad service when I go in here.
