Always find what were looking for, but recently purchased some appliances (washer & dryer) & the employee who helped us was exceptional. Plus, we couldnt get the same washer/dryer until late October with another big box store... only a 3 week wait with Home Depot. Saved me from spending a lot of time in a laundry mat.
A man named Darren at the Broadway and Pantano location helped me with something that Id actually made several stops in to get settled and he was so nice professional and helpful I seriously have never had a home depot employee be as all around awesome as he was in my whole life that man seriously deserves a raise! I normally can barely get help from anyone but when I do they arent usually very helpful so he is the reason I didnt give up on the $300 purchase I was making
Loved my experience today with Ryan at flooring! She was so patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Gave us all the options we needed while listening to what we needed in our home. Never have had such a great experience as today at home Depot. Will definitely come again for her expertise and customer service!
Placed an order for a Washer and Dryer from a super friendly lady on Tuesday September 7, 2021. Scheduled delivery for Saturday September 11, 2021. Around 4PM I contacted this store asking when delivery may happen I spent over an hour getting bounced around the store. Finally decided to try the Home Depot Virtual Assistant and got nowhere! Called the store again and got to speak with a person this time and was told that there was no order for delivery, I have the papers in my hand showing delivery on 09.11.2021. I ask to have the delivery made for the following day and was told they dont deliver on Sundays. I ask for the order to be canceled they did. I called today 09.13.2021 as I havent seen the funds returned to my credit card. I call the store again and was told that refunds take 5-7 Business Days NOT including Weekends.As a business owner that takes Credit Cards I know for a fact that Credit Card Companies issue funds back to the cards with in 72 Hours. By the time we will receive our Refund The Home Depot will have used our money for over 2 weeks! This is not acceptable. I am super disappointed in The Home Depot!
Its always such a hassle going to this store. There is no one around when you need assistance. If you do get help, the employees are grumpy and make you feel Luke your bothering them. Not to mention getting followed through the store like i was going to steal something...
The first clerk I talked to ( checker in Garden Friday at 2:30) was VERY rude..a snot really. Then a very nice guy tried to help me but he didnt know the inventory.
A quick in and out, found what I needed quickly. Had a couple of employees ask if I needed any help. Which was nice, many times no one asks when I walk around a store. Checkout was quick and easy, even when using cash. The registers were not backed up, which was a nice surprise for the time of day I was there.
I love going here! Whenever I need to find a product the staff can always direct me to the right aisle. Plus their mobile website makes things super easy to find
My AC went out in my home . I didnt have a lot of money I was looking at the AC . I found one for $99 . A home Depot guy walked by I asked him if he knew about this product. He said yes. I told him my AC went out and I was taking care of my mother with this heat I didnt want her to get a stroke with my house being 88 degrees and climbing. As I was leaving to go to the checkout stand he stopped me and said how about if I give you this one that was $199 for the price of the one you have in your cart at $99.00 I said are you sure he said yes and he walked me up to the cash register gave me the discount. I asked the cash register lady who he was .His name is Corey the assistant manager of the store what a blessing and a god sent he was to me and and my mother. Thank you Corey for your generosity and kindness you have no idea how much of a smile you put on my face.
This is one of my holy places. The El Con store is the biggest in Tucson but this one is pretty close. In my opinion this store has a better selection of lumber and The garden section is well stocked. The tool department is slightly lacking but go to the bigger store for that. El Con has more welding and air tool displays.
We had to buy a water heater and there was 3 employees that were so helpful and kind that they even helped us put other things in our buggy as well as put our purchases in our truck. We always shop here and weve only had one bad experience with a rude cashier but we still love shopping here.
I would prefer that if a young employee has no idea what the answer to my question is that they say I dont know I will find out for you or please ask someone who has worked here for more than 5 minutes instead of brusquely shouting aisle 41 before I even finished my question when I needed aisle 38 and had to ask a another competent staff member. I did not find what I needed and so i bought it elsewhere
They are always very limited in their spray paint colors. it 9s very annoying. The staff is amazing tho and the app to find things is super helpful
Today my refrigerator was delivered and the 3 young men that came to our house were the best. They were on time, polite, fast, efficient, and respectful of us and our property.our property.,efficient
When they say “let’s do it”, they mean it. This is the place to buy what you need to get things done. For professionals or weekend projects they have it all. They even have tool and equipment rentals if your job is really big in the yard and involves chipping, clearing, or trenching !Friendly and helpful staff.Seems safe to shop with COVID protocols in place. Also, lots of pretty good sales of things you need but don’t know you need...like a wet/dry vacuum! Finally, they sell seasonal stuff so go get those Christmas lights now!VictorB
Drove over to purchase a freezer that was on sale. A very helpful sales lady in appliances wrote a sales order for a different brand at the sales price because the one on sale was out of stock. And three guys loaded it into my car. Fastest trip to home Depot ever .
I usually enjoy coming to this location but the employee whom works in the Automotive section has a terrible attitude.Chatting off to the side about dogs with some other person. Telling me, Check at the last aisle. Im Busy, theres a million other things in this store.I couldnt even ask him to search up an item that says check availability on the Home Depot app.I walked away before it escalated to something else. I dont have time for arrogant old yt people.

Usually well stocked and clean. Sometimes hard to get help and lines can back up occasionally on weekends. Otherwise no issues here.
Great variety of plants in the garden section for reasonable prices. Staff are very helpful. Raff walked around the isles of his section asking all of us if we needed help. He was very helpful and kind. I appreciated his insight and time.

Very excited about Home Depot. The plants are amazing. I also spoke to a sales lady about a stable washer and dryer. She gave me some awesome ideas she can help me with to make the set I like affordable. I will definitely be back.

Every time we visit this store it is the same story, it seems as though there is always someone in every aisle waiting to help or answer any question that they can and if they cant answer it, they know where to send you to find what youre looking for. Now today we visited the rental department hoping for help with finding a hand held paint sprayer we could rent instead of paying 300 for a new one. Although we did not find what we were looking for the attendant was extremely helpful and had advice as to our other options that we should look in to, and as usual he was one of many that always make us feel helped and always feel as though we are very welcome in our ownlocal Home

Only negative I have to say about Home Depot is how far from my home it is. This is my favorite place and my wifes least favorite. She knows every time I go, my bank account will be lighter.
The Home Depot is a really great store to shop for gardening supplies or if youre doing at home repairs on your home and you need to find supplies for that, this is your store. The employees are very helpful to the point if they cant answer your questions right away, they will take the time to find the answer you are looking for. If you cant seem to find the certain object or supplies youre looking for they personally help you locate it or look in the back.
People are helpful. No mosquito stuff though. They had everything else we needed

Good selection of products. Too bad the associates are not as personable and helpful beyond making a sale. Also, I am tired of multiple survey people in the store that tie up my time. I did pause to answer questions once thinking that the person in turn would answer mine. But instead the person attempted to sell me something that I did not desire to purchase. They told me that they knew nothing about the store, just their surveys product. Add to that I received a follow-up phone call again attempting to sell me something. Home Depot Management, you got to do much better if you want me to return!

I love the new, to me, pick up lockers outside. I was on the job, ordered tools I needed, in 15min, it was ready, paid for online, in the locker, and on break I was able to take 5min to pick it up. Literally, 5min. Amazing, if I could give u 6 ⭐s I would, maybe even 10!
Store is good, parking spaces are small for P/U trucks. Guy cleaning the restrooms was slow. 🐌
I used to go to home depot for almost everything, but service and stock got to be terrible. The last few times I went service was better and inventory was better. Maybe they woke up?? Custmer service improved a lot. I will be sgifting back their direction from their major compeditor.

Home Depot has been great for basic home remodeling/maintenance tools and supplies. Theyve been good for smaller items ordered to pick up in store or ship to home. They have been awful for large items shipped to home. Two vanities in a row shipped damaged, long delays in pick up for return--which means long delays in my refund. Its out of stock now, so they couldnt even replace it. To their credit, theyre trying to make it right by discounting a different vanity and sending it to me. Well see what condition its in when it arrives. Ordered carpet too (which involves 3 different parties: Home Depot, Home Depot Measuring Service, and Western States Flooring for install). There was a minor confusion with 2 different carpets I ordered. The problem was fixed though it delayed installation for a day. Craziness with our stuff stacked all over for an extra day (we redid the carpet in 5 bedrooms). But it all worked out in the end.
Found everything I wanted the employees were very polite and helpful.

I was there to pick up online order. Curbside service it was seamless. I arrived used the link in my email. The associate brought items out approximately 5-8 minutes after. The whole process was so simple. Home Depot did a great job. I recommend using curbside if during this time of covid19 less person to person contact.
It was pretty busy. It was a typical home depot. They have all kinds of sanitizing and glass separators for the cashiers. We got in and out quick for as busy as it was.

Wanted only a 50 foot contractor quality in 3/4 inch diameter, Home Depot only has 100 foot hoses. Do not need a hose that long to tackle every time I need 10 to 20 foot watering. Also wanted to purchase an insert or new adjustable washable A/C heater air filter thst us at least 22 inch wide and Home Depot only as 20 inch wide filters that clearly are not large enough to fit my air duct.
Home Depot has a great selection of Life plants for your garden or patio. I have yet to buy something from there with that in mind. Its nearby and I can walk there.
This home depot has a great selection of everything. The people who work there are helpful and knowledgeable. It is a typical big box store so items are made everywhere in the world so shop smart. Would give them 5 stars but some of their small lumber is only so so. Had to sort through quite a bit to get decent pieces. Large lumber seems better.
Awful customer service in the rental department and the manager stinks!! The manager was rude told me it’s not his responsibility to tell me of their policies and procedures well what is your responsibility it’s your job rude customer service stay away go to Lowe’s
We bought a grill and 6 months later it didnt work. Went through the company of the grill and they told us that the issue was not a factory issue and to just live with it. We contacted Home Depot and talked to Dale, he agreed with me and said the grill company should not have said what they told us. He happily returned it with no issues. Dale was very curteous and set us up with a new and better reviewed grill. He was extremely helpful and patient with every step of the process.

I want commend Allison in the paint department. I had to match a wooden cupboard with paint to cover some worn spots, and she carefully worked to get the paint color exactly right. It was a small amount of paint, but a very important task to me, and it is why I am a loyal Home Depot customer — great customer assistance!

Went to get new stove lights with my husband. We had question and needed a quick minute of help and noticed 2 workers in the same aisle, as soon as we made eye contact and before I could even say excuse me to ask for help both workers turn around and walk away. It was an older gentleman and a younger gentleman. I have worked retail for a long time the least that could have been done if they didn’t want to help would be a greeting. But I guess there’s always people who have these jobs that don’t want to work and create bad customer experience and bad reputation for the store.
You have a 50/50 on help there. So know what you need and where to find it! On the rare occasion you find someone to help, and the dont act like you are putting them out.... for Goodness sake tell management, these people are worth notice!!!!
This is our local Home Depot. We go here often. Too often. Since it is the only one over on the east side of town it can be crowded on the weekends. The staff here is ok. They have done a decent job keeping customers safe during the pandemic. Overall we are pretty happy with this Home Depot.

My experience was extraordinary I went through the self-checkout and asked one of the associate if she could page someone to get an item off the shelf at the tool Corral and before I went back there were someone already waiting to help their mobile ladders what the hell!!!!!! Lol it was awesome.. I literally was in and out.....
Was trying to find a specific item in concrete section asked a clerk that was standing in the isle where I could find it and he was rude said im helping someone youll just have to wait. All he was doing was waiting for a call the customer that he was helping even told the clerk he could answer our question and the clerk ignored him. If you dont like your job then quit Dont be rude. I was very shocked because usually staff is super friendly.
There are lots of reasons this HD store is a good deal. The staff is very attentive. They go out of their way for you. For example, I dont recall ever having to pay for cuts they make on their panel saw when I ask for a custom size of lumber. Other HD stores have been very strict about charging for each custom cut (this is just an example)If you have them pick your order for you and have it waiting on a cart, they do a really great job of conscientiously having it all picked and banded together. They clearly want to keep their customers happy, big or small. In this fast-changing economy, I highly recommend using the HD app whether youre in the store or just planning a shopping trip. Things that used to be in stock might not be in stock at this time, meaning they only can be ordered online, or are only stocked in certain stores. But the app, itself, is very good tool. They keep it up to date.I shop at each and every one of their sister stores in Tucson, as well as their competitors and I give this store top marks.

The tool rental desk is the only part of the store that I like. The staff are always available unless they are with a customer unlike the other sections. Great products and so far they have always worked for what I needed.

Bought 6 new house plants, came home and transplanted them as they were all fairly rootbound. 3 weeks later, they all look like death. Im hoping they will pull through. There was a female employee in the garden section who I learned a lot from. Very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. She was enthusiastic and made my visit there enjoyable. In fact, that was the first time I have EVER spoke with anyone regarding ANYTHING in the garden section that knew anything about it. Other times (and Ive been frequenting it for years) it seemed as if the paint dept. was slow and a warm body was required in the garden section so that employee worked in that department that day, despite the fact that they knew nothing about plants of any kind and were not particularly interested in learning, either. Definitely an improvement with her there!!

Call ahead if the website says something is in stock, because its not always up to speed.Its not always easy getting someones attention here (unless your a contractor). Ive had an issue a couple of times trying to get a fence piece which they dont seem to have in their system...?Ive had them deny the thing in front of them exists in their system, had to go back to the area to get the number (wherein an employee was trying to find it, but I could hear him saying in his radio he couldnt find such item... until I took a photo of the number). Hopefully this isnt very common, but just be prepared ahead of time!And lastly, not really enforcing the mask issue, but knowing their CEO this is deliberate.
I took my ryobi lawn mower in for warranty work cost $30 just to have it looked at took 2 months to get it back. Then they replaced the blade without my consent and charged me another $43 . So my $100 lawn mower ends up costing me $73 I could have replaced the blade myself for $20. The one star is to many . IM DONE WITH HOME DEPOT THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME.SHOP LOWES
The mask rule is not followed by customers nor staff. I came in Today around 10 AM and I counted at least 10 customers with no masks on and I walked by an employee and his mask was around his throat which is pointless

Keep calling to talk to the Pro Desk. They pick up the line, fumble the phone for a second or two and then place me back on hold, without saying a word. I understand they may be busy, but at least say something when you pick up the line. This is just like saying they dont want my business. Unfortunately, the replacement product I need is only available through them. So while I will still try to make this purchase, I will be going to Lowes more and more often as opposed to HD.

I recently visited the lumber dept and they were very helpful! Had the pickets cut, and they even helped me load them into my truck. Complete opposite experience from the other store. They were also friendly and kind, despite being busy. They will definitely continue to have my business, if they continue having that great customer service.

Ive tried the online, curbside pickup and had several issues. every time all I had to do was call the store and speak to one of the nice managers. Most recently Josh was available to rectify my problems and even called me back offering to discount the order and add items or whatever would make my visit more efficient. These guys truly care about customer satisfaction and service
