Usually I never go to the dealership for services and had scheduled a maintenance for my Mazda, the website was very easy to navigate to schedule my appointment. The day of my service I walked into the lobby and was greeted and checked in. My service was at 11am and i was able to leave with my car almost 30-20 minutes to 1pm. I am honestly disappointed that I had to wait that long for an inspection, tire rotation, and oil change I would understand if it was on a busy day and on top of that no one within that time frame had mentioned to me that there are other recommended services (changing air filter/coolant/etc) that should be done on my vehicle within those 2 hours until I received my invoice. Hope communication in service department can change! How are customers supposed to know what is going on with their vehicles without employees throughly going over what’s been done and educating them?

Only visited the service area. The lounge was clean and seating was spaced well for social distancing. The staff was friendly and fast at fixing the recall items. Not sure I would use them to service my vehicle as their inspection was definitely lacking. Out of the 4 things suggested non were needed. The repairs that are needed in the near future were not even suggested.

I had a GREAT experience working with Tom Cothran to purchase my car. The service for life sounded like a good deal. Then reality hits and you have to deal with the service department. Total 180 from the service received by Tom. I dont know if the receptionist hates her job or just hates people. Never a smile or hello or thank you. Everybody is an annoyance and it shows. There were only two of us there. Not sure its worth the aggravation for free oil changes that take an hour and 45 minutes. Takes what should be a perk with buying a Mazda and turns the buyer into an annoyance to the receptionist in the service department. No reason to be so rude.

He went out of his way to help find the 2020 CX-5 we were looking for. I had searched on my own with no success. Randy called all around to find the car. When he found one he called me right away, told me all the details and when it would arrive at the dealership. When the car came in we went down to sign the paper work. Randy made everything simple, he explained everything in detail. He processed the trade in of our old car. Everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with our new vehicle. We love it! Everything was perfect. I knew what I wanted coming in. My salesperson, Rene, picked up on that and moved us through the process swiftly. I was offered a price on the vehicle I expected, received incentive financing, received (after a brief discussion) a price on my trade I expected, and was given the time/space necessary to contemplate the deal.I came in the next day to consummate the deal, which went smoothly. The finance guy (Derek) did a great job with the paperwork and explained the additional options/coverages well. We finished the process with a minimum of hassle or delay and I drove off in my new Mazda CX-5 Signature

Went there to get a scheduled oil change done to my car I Love Mazda but when I got my car back my visor on my passenger side was physically damaged so when I went back I talked to a manager of the service department and showed him what my issue was and he stated when we do all our work and when we service your car we get in the driver seat we dont get on that side I cant take responsibility for this I can give you a good deal on a new one but we didnt do this. He didnt realize to think when they work on your car they wash your car and they wipe down your windows and I feel thats when the damage happened. I was going to get my transmission serviced along with filter change, spark plugs changed out belts replaced and some other work that I needed to get done about a thousand dollars worth now Im not going to even think about going to the Mazda East location cause of how this situation was handled Mazdas are great cars but if you take your car there Id advise you look at your car very carefully and even then if you find a issue they do not take care of you.
