I drive from Phoenix to Tucson to have my car serviced by Diamond Automotive. There is no shop like theirs. I don’t know anything about cars and I used to be scared to take my cars to certain places because I know how they just try to up-sale you in a whole bunch of unnecessary things. Rich’s shop is the only place I trust. They were able to fix my a/c problem within an hour. Others had been telling me it was my compressor. Rich and his son fixed an O ring and had me going in no time. These guys are the most honest you will have in this department. Rich shared his inspiration for starting his business and it all makes sense. He wanted to give females a place they can go and not be taken advantage of. Hence the name “Diamond”. This shows in his work and character. I will be going there for all my services. These are the guys I don’t mind giving my money too; I know they will do their best work.

Rich and his crew are awesome. They ran diagnostics on my stalling engine and found the problem quickly and fixed it. They also inspected my Jeep and gave me recommendations. This automotive repair center is awesome!! Rich and Jay are very knowledgeable, professional and completely trust worthy. Customer service is top notch! Brought my truck in to have front end work done right before Christmas, the work was done quickly, and at a great price. I still had money for Christmas and wasnt expecting to given the repairs needed. Better... it was done right! My truck has never felt better. I cant thank Rich enough for the care he put in to my truck. I will absolutely, without a doubt trust this business with all of my automotive needs. Highly recommend!!

THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR!!! my tia suggested this place to me and i was completely welcomed with a can-do attitude! it’s family owned which is better than going to corporate places, they didn’t push me to buy extra things or get any unnecessary work done! they treated my car wonderfully at a great price! i wasn’t stuck there for hours, they were very honest about when i could go in and when it’d be done. i highly suggest coming here!!

I had my 16 year old son handle, on his own, a non-working taillight on the car he drives. When he arrived for the appointment he made, both the father and son owners took the time to meet him and complimented him for his autonomy, and encouraged him to continue taking interest in the care of his vehicle. Rather then work on the car in the bay where my son would not be allowed, the car was worked on in an area where my son could watch and learn. Everything was explained to him and they must have given him a good student discount because the charge for the replacement of 2 dead bulbs and a faulty electrical connection was unbelievably reasonable. Everything was explained to him so he would be able to correctly explain it to me, which he did, with enthusiasm. I’m happy to know of and support an amazing family who cared not just for my vehicle but my son too!

After calling the dealership and some of the “Honda /Acura” specialists for quotes on a fuel pump replacement, I remember a few friends mentioned Diamond. I spoke to Rich and he was totally upfront and honest with me from the start. It was a nice feeling not having to feel pressured or being up sold . Rich provided the best quote with the best parts as well.Rich and Jay knocked out my fuel pump in no time . Jay even gave me tips on some of the do it yourself items I could do on my car . I have not had a mechanic provide that in a very long time . That just shows you the true character of Diamond . Update- went back for an oil change. Car finished quickly, and Rich caught that my brakes werent working optimally. Had it fixed right up. I didnt realize how bad they were until they were fixed. He and his staff did an excellent job and their customer service is outstanding. I wont go anywhere else.Fantastic customer service, repairs to my car were fast.

Finding that a local dealership replaced the low pressure hose instead of the high pressure hose which was leaking, made me seek a second opinion which was Damond Automotive. They replaced the power steering hose at a lesser cost than was quoted by the dealership and provided a much friendlier service and quality workmanship than experienced by the dealership. Also I had Amsoil full synthetic Signature Series ATF and transmission filter kit installed in my 2004 Toyota Camry Solara V6 Convertible to improve engine performance.

The owner Rich has been honest and upfront from the moment we met. He didnt try and load me up full of frivolous work for a one time expensive job. He made me feel like he was looking for a long term relationship built on trust and understanding. While working on my Mercedes ml350 he really advocated for me called multiple vendors for parts pricing and took a look at the job book for labor and gave me the very best deal possible, he saved me over $1800.00 over the quote I recieved from the Mercedes dealership. Now he maintains all of my vehicles, 2017 Mercedes s63 amg, 2013 Mercedes ml350, 2008 Corvette zo6, 2010 Corvette Grand Sport, 2003 GMC Sierra 2500hd Duramax, 1994 Camaro Z28.
