You can tell this man is not in the business to help fix your car but just to scam you. Be very careful of this person also makes up his own prices. Man am I grateful I found this place! I cant rave about them enough! Extremely pleasent people, and thats just a bonus! David gave me the rundown of himself, every one of his employees, their impeccable capabilities and experience, his wonderful business model, and you can just tell hes being absolutely genuine and honest. When I took my 2014 bmw 328i in just for an oil change he gave my car a thorough inspection just to see if there was anything else of concern that I should be aware of, and he let me watch! He really just wants you to be aware of the condition of your vehicle. He didnt make up anything to try to get more money out of me; he let me know that my car was in good shape and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. He uses all top grade factory parts/fluids so you dont have to worry about the quality of care given to your vehicle. If you drive bmw, audi, volkswagen, or mini cooper, dont take your vehicle anywhere else! They truly pride themselves on quality care for your vehicle, honesty and integrity, are extremely pleasent and great with communication, and to top it off in my experience they are very timely. The reviews that youve read are true. David is probably the most professional mechanic / shop owner Ive ever met. He has a way of making you feel like a VIP with his customer service skills. Desert Tech replaced a bunch of gaskets on my car and did a great job. I was really impressed how they cleaned the engine bay and all the old oil smudge from the previous leaks. I know it doesnt sound like a big deal, but I guarantee you many mechanics would not have done this. Little things like that, that go a long way. His prices are more than reasonable and he explores different avenues to ensure you dont over pay. You can tell that money isnt his only motivation. I took my 2011 BMW X3 to David at Desert Tech, after two independent shops and even the dealership couldnt figure out why my cars Drive train Malfunction light kept popping up. David and his team figured it out in no time. I highly recommend desert tech, very honest, and the best auto repair experience Ive had, never going anywhere else.

They went over the faults with me and double checked that I actually need it instead of offering service I dont need.I was surprised how fast they were able to replace a water pump.Ill be back next time I need service.

I had just come from Desert tech taking them up on there special offer which was unbelievable in the first place but 100% true, I got a free oil change! Anyone owning a BMW knows that is a good savings. But after speaking with Dave and his Team I found that Being a loyal customer of Little Germany thinking that I was getting a good honest deal I found I was not. Dave was up front about the cost and in almost every case was cheaper but he was Honest and that to me has won my business for the future. At this point I will say to take your BMW Here and to stay away from Little Germany

Dave is personable and has customer service at the forefront of his mind. Anytime I have an issue with my Audi I take it to Dave. He takes the time to sit down with me and explain to me whats going on. He explains his thinking and lets me know exactly what things will cost and why. Dave is extremely honest and upfront about everything. He might not be the cheapest mechanic in town, but then again you get what you pay for... This man knows his stuff!

I cant say enough great things about David and his team. I unfortunately had to take my car in for work a second time in just a two week span for two unrelated issues (why cant things break at the same time and be more convenient).The first time was my first trip to Desert Tech. David was amazing walking me through every step of the repair and how he diagnosed the problem. You can tell he really loves what he does and solving problems.The second time was unbelievable the level of amazing service. My car broke on a weekend, again, and I dropped my car off for repairs. David called me first thing Monday morning, from California! He got the repairs started quickly and when I needed to pickup my car a little earlier than expected he made sure it was ready so I could get back on with my work!I cant say enough great things about this shop. I will only buy car brands that they service moving forward!

When you DEMAND the best service at the best price. Purschased a used BMW and had an issue with the key so I took he car to Desert Tech and was totally blown away with quality of service. Considering the problem was one that had to be taken to the dealership. They didnt even charge me. will be taking my car back next week and plan on updating with cost and service because I am an avid review reader! But so far IF you own a BMW you care about. The only auto-shop I trust with my 530I BMW is Desert Tech! When I have to take my car in, David takes the time to explain the problem with patience and a vast knowledge basis. Went to Desert Tech because I was having engine problems. David was extremely helpful in diagnosing my vehicle, even explaining how each component of my system works. He informed me of a current warranty extension on my vehicle and how I could save $1,000+. Not many mechanics would turn away business to save the customer money! I definitely recommend visiting this place when you need work done.

This guy really hooked me up with my ac belt install. My 2011 335d (3.0 diesel) requires a 200 dollar tool to put on the stupid stretch ac belt.. Ridiculous. Impossible to do on your own using conventional methods. Luckily though the owner of this shop insisted that hed buy the tool and do the job for 80 bucks. I had to wait a couple days for that special tool to come in, but once he got it he had it done in about 30 min.

Dave is a great guy. Would gladly do business with again. Needed some work done and he had it done in time for me to get to work the next day. Will be going here from now on. Thanks!

David and his partners/employees were kind enough to fit me in today for a last second oil change in my 2009 335i. He was very polite and professional and very accommodating. I also asked him a question about a fairly rare service (walnut cleaning the intake side of the motor to clean carbon deposits) and he was completely honest with me about his experience with it and said he could find a shop that would help me with that. I will be back in the future in addition to telling other people that have BMWs that this is the place to go.

I brought my first E30 convertible to Dave on the recommendation of a couple people at work who went to him exclusively to service their BMWs. I have not been disappointed. They are thorough, have great customer service, do quality work, explain everything and answer my many questions so I understand what is needed or not, and why. Whether you want performance upgrades or just keep an old car running, there is never an attempt to upsell something that is not necessary, but suggest what would be helpful. I sold that first car and recommended the new owners continue there, which they are. I ended up buying my next convertible from him, again with top notch work done on it, and it looks and runs great. No one else will work on my M3 if I can help it!

After doing so much searching and going over reviews and making phone calls all over Tucson I finally found an awesome shop to bring my VW with great customer serive,honest and reasonable in price to bring my imports. I spoke to owner/mechanic David in need of alot of preventive maintenance for my VW. To the rescue! The coolant tank on my BMW X5 ruptured a block away from home. I made it home but had to have it towed to a repair facility. I did a quick search to see what was available close by and I was impressed with Desert Techs reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I had my beamer towed to them and Dave and his team had me up and running the same day for around $300. Normally I go to the dealership and I can assure you I would have paid much more... Thank you Dave. Ill be back!

I called to see if they can do a tire alignment on my Mercedes and he said he could not but he reccomended me to someone who can and to me that is customer service right there. Every other place I called couldnt have the curtousey to point me in the right direction but dave did. i say give dave a chance he is a good guy in my book.
