First time here, and now the only place we will go! Be aware that this great family-run business is VERY busy, (which tells you better than any review how good they are), so be sure to make an appointment. They were informative, totally up front and clear about the cost, accomodating with the drop off and pick up, and even helped educate us about a truck weve owned for 17 of its 19 years. Now running beautifully, and vehicle #2 is next. Thank you Express Team!

Very happy with the service, Sean quoted to replace my air conditioning system after the mechanic verified it failed (compressor seized and melted), I was extremely pleased when I picked my car up the price was EXACTLY what they quoted. I’ve never been to a shop yet where “something” didn’t come up while working and the price was higher, well not here, these guys were great, the diagnosis, and repair were precisely what I was told.

I paid what they quoted me and the service was great they let me know of a few other problems that needed attention. Thx.

First time going to Express Tune Up & Lube.The service was excellent. The waiting area had various magazines to pass the time away while waiting. They even provide things to occupy children. Very clean and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back!

We literally broke down in this guys parking lot. 109 degrees outside with 4 young children. This guy was rude and did not help us. He told my husband he was too busy even though we were willing to pay. My husband walked to the Oriellys down the street and got help there. I would never do business with these guys.

Theyve taken care of my vehicles for several years now. From oil changes to rebuilding my wife transmission in her Armada. Excellent and friendly service. Fair, honest and truthful. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

Wow! If you havent found this hidden gem, you have now. A family owned and managed local business, the service from start to finish was outstanding. Mom, Dad and son all had a hand in changing my oil while traveling from Utah to California. When I return to Tucson 6 months from now, I will make it a point to have this service repeated at Express Tune Up & Lube. Never hesitate to trust this jewel!

This is how all auto repair places should be. Once you bring your car here, youll never consider going elsewhere again. A small family run business, they take such good care of their customers. Instead of trying to get extra money out of those of us who really dont know better when it comes to cars, they have real integrity.

Over priced and rude.

They did a good job with giving me some gas milage back. I would not let the area or the construction in the area stop you from getting quality service from a family establishment. Plus they were so reasonably priced in comparison to places 2 miles from home (they are 15 miles away). I definitely will take my vehicle, a 2001 Ford F-150, there in the future.

I just love this place. The staff is always very friendly and patient with my kids (as I wrangle them up in the lobby Shawn & Rebecca always offer them otter pops or snacks while we wait) Shawn always has our customer information pulled up before I even walk in the door, its been a pleasure dealing with these guys. When servicing my car they always take the extra time to listen to my concerns and double check the vehicle for any other problems. Unlike other shops Ive been to, Express doesnt try to up-sell me anything I dont need AND when they do say I need something else theyre not afraid to take me right out to my car and show me exactly what theyre recommending. I know without a doubt this is my mechanic for life, when the kids grow up Im sure theyll come here too (thats gonna be a while)

Our tune up cost $100 less than competitors for the same work. The waiting room included childrens toys and childrens books, lots of magazines for adults.
