Yikes. Waited an hour to get a vacuum. It was locked of course and we had to ask 4 different employees that we would like to purchase it and they said they would get the key… They all disappeared. I went to the electronics to grab something and one of the guys who was supposed to help us asked if I needed help and was happy to help me look for what I needed, but when my husband asks to get a vacuum he disappears of the planet. Also, their security is a joke!!!
I mostly went for an optical appointment which I found surprisingly excellent. The staff was amazing and everything ended up being less expensive than Costco. I did however do some shopping and your store is clean and beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I called multiple times to check the on a certain product. The phone rang for almost three straight minutes only for me to be hung up on three times. Terrible customer service. I wish I could give a zero rating. At least Walmart answers the phone. Do Better Target!

Having just moved to Tucson from out of state, Ive been to this location many times in the course of the last week while settling in, including several times in a single day at one point. All the staff have been super friendly and extremely helpful every time Ive been there -- even going to the back to look for something the website said shouldve been in stock and actually finding it for me -- on top of the store itself being immaculately clean, and checkouts being staffed for minimal wait, day or night.
Had to bring in a huge bag of change, and one of the cashiers counted every last penny and managed to keep a smile on my face with a cool conversation about philosophy, the hobbit and pokemon. 10/10 expieriance would go back with a bag of change again.
Needed lots of different things and numerous employees helped me find them fast. Sure not like Wal mart.

I love going to this store. The reason why I am giving this place 3 stars is because this is my 5th time I had ordered toothbrushes and this is the 3rd time I have not got what I ordered. Now I have to go back to the store and take everything in so they can see that I got the wrong thing. I have ordered 3 medium oral b toothbrushes and I got 2 mediums and 1 soft. Whoever is filling these orders for an in store or drive up order needs to be trained again so they know how to do their job right. Other than that this store is great. When I get the right things that I have ordered then I will changed my review and give this place 5 stars.
Rude AF in their optical department. I setup an appointment for en eye exam and to purchase glasses. They tried calling a day before my appointment but I couldnt answer as I was at work. The girl had an attitude on the phone and said they would have to cancel my appointment if I didnt answer.... So I called them up when I got off work and told them that people cant answer sometimes. I took my $400 and spent it elsewhere 2 weeks later.

I’ve been to a lot of Targets, but this location exceeds every expectation I’ve ever had of a Target. The service is beyond incredible for both in-store and drive up services. The staff will go almost too far to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience. On top of that, the products are always neat, organized, and easy to find. Keep it up!
Good curbside pick up. Didnt realize that (unlike other places) curbside pickup is available during ALL store hours.
I would give this Target 0 stars if possible. Staff ask about masks before they even say Hi. No consideration for guest service. No communication. Dirty. Things hanging off hangers and falling on the floor. When asking for help I felt like an inconvenience because the employee huffed at me. When will retail stores start assisting guests and looking for ways to provide good service again?

🎯🎯This is the best target store in Tucson🌵🥇. Lots of U of A students shop there. Go Wildcats. Bear down UArizona. The store is always neat clean and well organized. Always well stocked. The store is right in my neighborhood in midtown Tucson and I must go there at least a few times a month. I love how they have Home Depot right next-door so if you can’t find what you’re looking for at target you could just walk next-door to Home Depot and find it. And then of course you have In-N-Out Burger right there as well. You can make a whole day out of going to target Home Depot and In-N-Out Burger All conveniently located at one location El con Mall. I’ve always found the staff to be super friendly and helpful at this target. They have a Starbucks inside this target and I love the smell of coffee when I walked in the door. I always find what I need at an excellent price at target. Lots of parking available. As the saying goes “do a target run and done“. I also love browsing the end caps of the isles they have clearance items and the prices are like unbelievable on the clearance items. I love the cashiers at target they always greet you with a smile they chitchat with you and they are very friendly people. I highly recommend target at El Con mall 👍✌️😁✅

Target continues to follow ADA Laws and the Tucson City Ordinance exempting health compromised patrons who cannot wear a mask due to medical reasons. This is truly a rarity in todays publics overwhelming ignorance of legal rights of people with handicaps and medical conditions. Kudos to the lawyers and administrators of Target Corp for continuing unwaveringly upholding the rights of ALL citizens in the USA.

The parking lot to get in there, is horribly lit, we were in there at 8:30 on a Sunday night and there wasnt any lighting in the parking lot. And there was a lot of trash up by the door as you want to walk in! Very disappointing for Target!

The professional, efficient and kind service from a gentleman whose name began with an E or an I and he was probably in his 20’s . He was sooo sweet and we talked about mask wearing and he seemed to appreciate me wearing mine and also waiting the whole one minute it took for him to come over (whivh in order I told him respect for him and others and pandemic is reason for mask wearing and taking a minute is fine as I see he’s swamped) and we just spoke about how we wish others were same as he loaded car. He was a fantastic Person and a reason to go back! He is a huge value add and I hope Target recognizes that!!!

Boom Mic Headset for phone calls, video chat and gaming.I should not be putting this one up, only because its such a great deal. The H111 Logitech headset, with its 6 foot cord, is $15-20 ALMOST EVERYWHERE, and even here, in store, its a $14.98 item- online price $5.99!!! I should have bought the last 2 of them and hid the other one for when one of the kids break mine, LoL! I really pride myself on being the budgeting, frugal penny pinch that I am and this is definitely one of those times! Also, had very little problems with the cashier, as it rang up for $9 more than the online price, with the manager being on the spot. Just a great experience on this great deal.

At this difficult time in our nation your store HR/Store Manager was very attentive to our needs. As the line was forming before opening she greeted us and asked what our priority needs as she went up and down the line and went back in the store to check and see if the item was on the shelves. She then came out and let us know and what brand was available. She expressed how the process was going to take place as we single file into the store. The store workers greeted us with a smile and reassured us the carts were sanitized and gave us a cart one by one. As we approached our isle their were workers making sure the process was running smoothly as we got our items. I was so impressed with this process. GREAT JOB to every employee!!!! You have a GREAT team!!! Please be PROUD, THANK YOU!!!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I placed an online order last night for pick up today and received an email saying that I had picked up my order when, in fact, I had not picked it up. I immediately called the store. 11 calls later, allowing the phone to ring upwards of 20 times each, to all the departments listed, and I still have not gotten a human on the phone to help me.I then initiated a chat at Target. com. That rep could not help and told me to call the store or the 800 number. Her explanation was that it could be an error. Okay, great, but I am not driving across town to find out it is NOT an error.I called the 800 number. Eventually got a human on the phone who told me what I already know: The system shows that the order was picked up. She could not issue a refund because the system doesnt allow them until 24 hours or later after pick up.I guess Im driving over to the store. Hope the store manager is ready for me. I am livid.

Target used to have awesome customer service and now it is absolutely horrible! I ordered my daughter’s Halloween costume early so that it would be here before Halloween. 4 days ago I received an email saying it had departed and was on its way. Today I received another email stating that it would be here 2 days after Halloween “sorry for the inconvenience “. So I then tried to find another costume at their store that I could purchase and pick up, but it won’t allow that either. I tried calling guest services and no one will even answer the phone, no matter what dept I try calling. What a joke. Apparently Covid has made it completely impossible for Target to have anyone available to answer the phone or take care of their guests whatsoever. I guess I will just take my business elsewhere from now on if this is how they treat their guests.

What are you doing for the local community? Nothing. I go to Target for cheap cat food, thats it. So basically, mehhhhhh.
The management team here are nothing more then dishonest, thieves. Personally dealing with L.O.D. (Lead of Darpermant) Makayla and Nathan - last names unknown. One afternoon when I was runing my personal errands. I walked into El con Target #1439, taking into the store some personal items, i.e. (1) Hydro Flask - that I had personalized with my name, (1) iPhone 10 - with a plane Black Outter Box. While I was browsing around looking at this and that. I placed my Hydro Flask and iphone next to each other on the shelves of the sales floor to interact with the merchandise in the store. Spacing that I had placed my personal items on the shelves I walked away leaving behind both the Hydro Flask and iPhone. Once I had realised that I had forget my Hydro Flask and iPhone I ran back to where I remember placing them down. Only finding my iphone, my Hydro Flask was now missing. As i sought out for assistance looking for my Hydro Flask. Asking the team members working on the sales floor if they seen it, under their breath, of several employees I was told that L.O.D. Nathan was known for throwing out the staffs personal water bottles that are on the sales floor. Talking to a L.O.D Makayla while standing next to Nathan about my missing Hydro Flask, she informed me how Target is not responsible for stolened personal items, (I understand this Target policy. And this policy is not why Im truing to a Google review. Its becuse of how the management handled this scenario) Makayla then offers to check the cameras. As i agree to viewing the cameras and voiceing to them, that I cannot understand how or why a Target Guest would take a Hyrdo Flask but not an iPhone 10 and that it doesnt make sense to me. Makayla suddenly turns from listening to my complaints, to telling me that Im being aggressive. Now refusing to check the cameras as she oringally offered. As I pressed for her to honor her offer of checking the cameras. She retaliates against me asking me to leaving the property, claming if I dont shell file traspasing against me with our local authorities. I leave the store at this time. What happened to the old saying, the customer is always right? Its to my understanding no matter what company youre empoloyeed by, whether its towards a customer or Co-workers retaliation is a form on harassment and that is exactly what this management staff had done to me. Instead of trying to be helpful and finding a sulation to my problems I was dismissed and removed from the store. My suggestion is to boycott this El con Target as Im fully convinced that the management team here took my personal property and then covered it up, protecting their own, insted of looking out for the best interest of Targets Guest. There is an other Target just three miles east with what I hope that, the staff there will care for their customers unlike my experiences at Taget #1439. #disappointedtarget #badtarget #targetstores #target #target1439

Overall pretty nice Target. Layout was a little unusual, but the staff were friendly and helpful. I found my low fat string cheese and skim milk. I checked out in a minute. And I made it to my car without being mugged. What more can you ask for?

Affordable prices, especially on ladies T-shirts. I was a bit disappointed that Target no longer carries the variety of styles and manufacturers of ladies denim jeans. The remodeled/updated store decor provides a very pleasant shopping experience; however, the expanded ‘full-Service’ grocery store component has caused a few departments to shrink and limit their offerings. Perhaps Target is recreating themselves as they gear up for competition from the new ‘At Home’ stores popping up around the region.

Target can be great but I am very disappointed that theres ZERO options for 100% post consumer recycled paper towels or toilet paper. It was the first thing I looked for and after finding the store didnt carry them, I shopped elsewhere.
I gave this Target 3 stars because of the quality of customer service. I love shopping here- clean and organized and so forth, but the employees are lacking experience and dont seem to be there for their employer and to serve the customer. Some of the cashiers need better training with bagging, scanning speed(slow cashiers) and how to close their registers without asking the customers to let other customers know their register is closed. The cashiers should be the one doing that. I also think its horrible how they allow ppl to have their hair any color and style and hideous piercings. Very poor 👎

I would love to give them a 5 star rating but due to the poor customer service from one member I can not. This location has a great management team tho they truly care and try their best to correct the issues. When I returned back after speaking with a manager the actual customer service lady was so much better than the guy I got at first. She truly knows what it means to provide great customer service along with the management team. If you have issues with an employee just ask for a manager they will correct the employees action and get your day back on track by providing exceptional customer service.
