I was able to get an appointment same day. Savannah did a great job on my hair, she was kind took the time to understand what I wanted and did an amazing job.

The only reason I didnt give my salon experience 1 star because the staff was friendly enough. I came here to get a haircut and they were accommodating. My sister and I went together and had different hairdressers work on our hair. I told my hairdresser what I wanted and when I wanted some alterations to my original request, she began rushing and then left without giving me a blow out because she had no time, despite the fact that I came early to my appointment. When my sister and I got home, we both noticed that while we had 2 separate hairdressers, both of our haircuts were uneven and choppy and was very noticeable. I was disappointed and called the salon. They offered only to get it fixed with the same hairdresser and if I wanted someone else, I would have to pay for another haircut. I had no trust in at least 2 of the hairdressers and while I couldve tried to make my case to get an appointment with another hairdresser, I had no confidence that they wouldnt further ruin my hair, so I sought services elsewhere. Nice people but I question their technical skills and time management. I shouldnt feel rushed to get exactly the look that I want and should feel comfortable before leaving the salon.

Went to get a bang trim after they told me it would be free, messed up my bangs completely leaving them uneven and super short and still charged me. Never coming back again. Don’t go to Darlene.

My hairstylist was Sabrina and she made sure everything was done correctly and very well. She managed time very well, and she showed that she cared about her job and her clients. I highly recommend coming here, everyone is so friendly and nice

Sal did an amazing job with my hair! I showed him a picture and he did amazing. He told me if you like it youll tell your friends, if you dont like it you tell me and Ill fix it. Overall it was a nice experience.

I absolutely love going to the jc penny salons. My aunt is a hair dresser and has been working at the one in California for over 20years so I trust her judgement. Everytime I get my hair done at a jc penny salon Im amazed. Because I always do something drastic and jc penny salon just nails it every time. Especially the one in the Tucson Mall. I just wish they had lower prices. I live on minimum wage so its hard to fork out 200 bucks just for highlights : /I guess you get what you pay for.

Total disappointment. Went in for a pixie cut and the girl messed it up. Called the salon 2 times to see about getting it fix and or getting my money back and never got a call back from the manager. Had to go else where to have it fixed so paid double for a hair cut. I specifically asked if they has someone who could rock out a pixie cut and I ended up with a grown out mullet looking thing. Took pics for reference before I went and had it fixed. Will never go back to JCP salon and have told and will continue to tell people to stay away. Not cool to leave customers unhappy with a hair cut.

Ive been coming here for about 20 years and am filling a bit disappointed in their scheduling staff. I made an appointment 1 week ago with my stylist arrived on time to learn they got off at that time..Very inexcusable, I drove from another part of town to make this appointment. I guess with them asking four times what I wanted done, should have been the give away that it didnt get scheduled as per asked. Last time in was for a perm and that was scheduled as a hair cut, with shorter time scheduled not allowing it to be performed. . Sadly the stylists pay for it, it is their livelihood and they depend on this income.. So I ask myself do I try again or just take the business elsewhere? ?? Come on Pennys get it together for not only ur current customers but your hair stylists...
