Called pharmacy at this store to verify they offered walk-in COVID boosters. Was told yes as long as I went this week. Arrived at store next day to be told no, you must have an appointment.

Never going back the carpet in the booth where they gave me my covid Vacination was filthy the carpet was black I think it was gray at one time .The entire strore was filthy and unsanitary this is were we buy our meds and get vacinated !! Really Walgreens you cant afford to clean your carpet in a 5x5 room shame on you..

I use this pharmacy at least once per month, and the pickup for food, etc. I usually send a courier for medical reasons and pick up at the last minute.The staff are so kind and professional. Theyll call, even though I get text reminders.The lead pharmacist even called the hospital when he noticed the DR doc wrote the prescription incorrectly.

Great Walgreens, as usual. Here you can buy anything, from sodas to chips, seasonal items, get your photos printed, pharmacy, vitamines and any personal care product. Very convenient and location is great too.

This is a lovely store. I especially appreciate the service this year during the pandemic. The staff is helpful, friendly and always do what they say they will. Please know you and your service are very much appreciated! Thank you for all you do and for doing it with a great attitude.

Pharmacist really took time discussing covid vaccine questions plus much more about covid. Even thou he was busy he really took his time. Thank you pharmacy!

Pharmacy closed indefinately. No pharmacist a available to man the store. Technicians cannot give out prescriptions without one. Recommend finding a better managed store.

This is by far the best Walgreens in Tucson, and I have been to em all. They have the best assortment of merchandise, from home care, to beauty, to snacks and cigarettes! The customer service is unparallel! All and I mean ALL of the employees are friendly, smiling, and professional! This is my Walgreens and everyone knows it!!! ❤

Very friendly and helpful staff, great beauty department. Always well-stocked and robust holiday section (for the size of the store). Only issue is the wait at peak shopping times can be a little long. Nice parking lot but busy, be careful as a lot of people use it to cut through the intersection. Nice Redbox outside.

I visit this location at least two times a week, and I have been known to spend almost an hour shopping and looking at New products. I love Linda! She is a beauty advisor there, and she is awesome! She can tell you exactly what you need for your skin, and what kind of makeup is right for you! To top it all off, at check out she will take the time to go through her stack of coupons to save you some money, and who doesnt like to save a few bucks! I have never seen an employee of walgreens go above and beyond for her customers!

The manager approached me with great hostility and demanded I leave the property or he was going to call the cops. Never had this happen to me before in my life I just came from eating at McDonalds and was waiting for my ride to pick me up for work but I was humiliated he actually yelled to everyone in the parking lot that I was doing drugs...horrible experience right as my ride pulled up you can imagine their confusion. Ill never go back to this store. I dont know if he had me confused with someone else but even if he did there is no logical explanation why he couldnt have at least attempted to address me with some sort of dignity from the start I am a human being and not guilty of any of his accusations...honestly he behaved in such a way I wonder if he were on drugs himself 🤔

The people who work at pharmacy are so rude and have such attitude. They rush you and I’ll never come to this pharmacy after today ever again. So inconsiderate.

Fist of all I asked a question as soon as I walked in WHERE ARE TO FOOT TUBS. The guy says WHAT!? I do not like when customer service reps say WHAT!I asked another person ahe takes me to the toys and says HERE THEY ARE and walked away. Train these people at this location

One star because I cant put negative stars.The pharmacist Emily has been repeatedly breaking laws with regard to my wifes prescription. she takes it upon herself to be the doctor and decide if my wife should be able to get ALL of her prescriptions!!! my wife has psoriatic arthritis and has a host of doctors that know EXACTLY what she needs. with a disease like that there is always flare ups and medications change, increase,decrease, and everything in between including the occasional trip to the emergency room. all the doctors even at the emergency room, have all the records and know, EXACTLY what my wife is taking and they perscribe drugs accordingly. under the Americans with disabilities act, a pharmacist cannot just DECIDE to not fill a prescription for pain. My wife works 5 days a week as a customer service based professional. she takes care of people. to be treated like a moron who just wants dope is completely unacceptable. we are filing a complaint with Walgreens, the government and have also contacted our attorney. dont be surprised if Emily is looking for another job soon.

I concur with Todd about Emilys behavior. She is very aggressive when it comes to confrontations. If you try to ask her any specific details about any past issues, such as date and time, she will accuse you of interrogation. With any phone call or discussion at a business, it is common to have logged a date and time (and name/ID#).Earlier on the phone today (6/07/2016), I tried asking her for such details after she accused my mother of being dishonest with Bennet, claiming my mother tried to fill her pain medication twice (which wasnt the case). I wanted to know when that happened; she accused me of interrogating her when asking her for a date and time, thus avoiding any details.Also, everytime Ive gone to pickup prescriptions, she never greets me; she just tells me she has so-and-so prescriptions ready.I may seek legal assistance as well.On a completely different note, I am very grateful for the other pharmacist, Bennet. He is kind, patient, and handles any issue calmly and fairly. He doesnt accuse anyone of anything, and is VERY knowledgable. Also, warm thanks to ALL the pharmacy assistants as they to exemplify great character and professionalism at Walgreens.
