I went here to compare mattresses to ones I’ve seen at a few other stores. I was assisted by a salesman named Wayne. After a few minutes of interaction with Wayne, I had to leave the store because he was really pushy and forceful in his business approach. He kept trying to get me to lay on the mattress and was really rude & aggressive about the whole ordeal. I don’t like being pressured into buying what you’re selling.I understand that Wayne is of a certain generation that likely has different views of what constitutes appropriate social interactions, but in today’s PC “me too” climate, I’d recommend that he tread a bit more lightly and avoid such aggressive sales tactics. I understood where he was going with this sales approach, and I simply don’t appreciate these kind of tactics. But someone else may misinterpret his sales-shark intentions for something a bit more sinister. Wayne, if you’re reading this, please ease up your approach and don’t try so hard to get customers in bed. If someone wants to lay on your mattress, they will. You don’t need to force it.

Came in today looking for a new bed with my partner and Steve was there to help us. It was really nice to be helped without pressured into purchasing something we couldnt afford. Steve was very knowledgeable in what we needed to satisfy both of our needs and we were able to pick something really nice and affordable! While we do have to wait for our mattress to be in stock for delivery, he made the process fairly easy with his knowledge and recommendations.

It was a clear sunny day here in Tucson when I arrived at the Mattress Firm location on Broadway and Pantano. Upon entering the building I was greeted by an enthusiastic salesman by the name of Brad. After a brief discussion with Brad about my previous interactions I previously had with other unnamed furniture stores, Brad metaphorically took me into his arms and let me know everything was going to be ok.And there in a flash! I had made my purchase, setup delivery, and I was on my way! This whole transaction took place in 15 minutes, but will stay in my memory for an eternity...Thank you Brad for all you do! My 78 year old father has a very bad back and neck. He is in constant pain. His current mattress does more harm than good. So my sister and I took my Dad mattress shopping. I went into Mattress Firm in search of a mattress to replace our very old one. Boy have mattresses changed since the last time we bought one! The sleep expert Lisa Wolf met me at the door and immediately made me feel welcome. She asked a number of questions and then based off my answers recommended 4 mattresses to try along with an adjustable base. I was able to try them all out and compare. She was able to answer all of my questions. A bonus was that they had a great sale in process. Great customer service and the mattress and base will be delivered in only 4 days.

I gave a 4 out of 5 because I felt he was a little pushy and overbearing which got on my nerves a little. Also, I gave a 4 because the installers didnt have the tools to put bed together. I had to provide that to them. I feel that was very tacky. I did appreciate their friendly and outgoing personality. They were awesome guys nonetheless! Fast delivery loved this the best!! I havent tried out the bed yet but looking forward to it! I will post more about the bed in a couple of weeks to tell you how I liked it.

Mattress Firm canceled MY PILLOW products which I love and purchase. So I returned the mattress I purchased in December to Mattress Firm. I am not part of the woke supermacy and will participate. GOOD LUCK with that Mattress Firm.

The salesman were friendly and we got a great deal on a year and mattress sale plus the salesman found a wonderful coupons so that we could get not only the free adjustable bed frame but for just a few hundred dollars more we were able to get the fully adjustable bed frame. They also did an in-depth search to see if there was anything in clearance that would allow us to get a better deal.

Went to mattress firm a couple of weeks ago only because I was in the area where the Dickmans meat store is. I was greeted right away by Steve and he helped me decide on a few mattresses that I liked and that I was going to bring my husband in so he could try them out oh. On November 17 my husband and I went in to try the beds and we went back-and-forth on several beds. Wayne had suggested some other beds to us and he was very knowledgeable and also most importantly very patient with us,We were not sure of the foam mattresses as we were not used to them so Wayne showed us the Stearns and foster mattress and that is the one we picked out I believe we will like it and enjoy it for many years to come.In the future we will be looking to replace another bed in our guest bedroom and I know we will choose a foam mattress With the reclining option for both the head and the feet.Thank you Wayne and Steve for helping us out
