Very nice store. People were very helpful with my questions. Facilities were neat, clean and well presented.

I love my new boots. I wish the staff would have been a little more attentive though! This is a decent amount of money and as a customer I would have appreciated some expertise in sizing my foot.

Just went in with a friend to exchange a shirt. They were very helpful and we were done quickly (although we did have to drive to a different location for the correct size, as it was out of stock at the Broadway store). The first thing you notice is the place smells like leather, very nice, and rather comforting. Very clean and well organized. Country music, cowboy hats and patriotic gear, America!!! Very nice place. If you like country, you will like it here.

Were new residents here in Tuscon Estates and love Western wear. This Boot Barn is fantastic, their associates are the same, prices are better than what I thought- affordable and quality the best!

LOVE this place. Immediately upon entry you are hit by the smell of leather and awesome. The clothes are a little expensive, but the selection of western wear is unbeatable. Great staff. Could have swore I heard a bald eagle caw in the distance as I shopped.Do yourself a favor, get some good cowboy boots. You live in Tucson right? Dont fight it.

Very small selection of boots and the service was non-existent. So we left and went to Cowtown and the knowledgeable staff was extremely helpful and kind and the selection was enormous!

I wish there was more western wear stores around so they would compete with there prices. I fill there over priced. In reality you dont have much choice but to shop at there stores.

My experience at Boot Barn have always been great and that is the honest to God truth! I probably purchase about 80% to 90% of my western wear, hats, and boots there. Nothing but good service and personalable staff.

Love this place! Havent lived near western store in years, so nice. Wish they had one in Sierra Vista though.

I mean its a cute store and they have a decent selection if you are looking for exactly what they have. The staff is pretty friendly.However they didnt have the womens sizes of some big name brand items. I was told I could just order mens instead. Why wouldnt you also have womens sizes considering you also sell to women.

Never order or buy something from Boot Barn because theyre doing fraud. You will probably never receive your order. I ordered 2 pairs of boots at the beginning of may an didnt receive my order yet, 6 months later. I send many emails claiming to send me my order or to give my money back on my credit card. Sometimes, they didnt answer at all to my emails. When they answered, they give just a short answer that not really answering the problem. At the beginning of the month i gave them an ultimatum of 10 days to send me my order or to give my money back on my credit card. I have no more choice to consider its a fraud.

Something is majorily wrong with checkout at this store. Our credit card was declined once again in this store. Over a year ago the same thing happened at this very store. In both cases our Citi visa representative indicated the card was fine..the store is the cause as the store wants the sales over a certain amount to be pre approved. Avoid this store until they change their policy and implement chip reading at checkout.

They were very friendly and had a great selection of western wear. The only thing is some things were a little high in price. I always go back because of the quality and how Im treated. Its worth it!
