On Friday 7/10/2020, I arrived at the location, and could not find any signage to direct me to the office. After waiting for awhile in the very small parking area, someone finally directed me in the bay area where the office door was. Inside I was told I needed to pay extra which I did expect for the additional oil needed. There were several people and children in the office so I didnt feel like I could stay socially distanced in there and went and waited outside. Also no one was wearing masks. My van was taken for the oil change and it took about 45 minutes. It was brought back up and I was promptly told by the technician to go back inside to finish payment. Due to the confined area of the parking lot, I quickly got in my vehicle and left once everything was done. As I was leaving from my next destination, I noticed on my hood several greasy finger prints from where my hood was touched to be closed. It was then that I noticed the damage to my hood and that my hood was not fully latched. The passenger side of my hood had a large dent and there were grease finger prints all over the dented area. It appears that something was in the spot when it was closed or the pole that holds up was still in place when it was closed. I emailed Flawless Auto letting them know the damage and included pictures. From the finger prints it is obvious they were well aware of the damage they caused. They have not responded to my email. They also did not do a tire rotation which was included in the Groupon purchase nor did they reset the notification light on my dash that an oil change was due. I am highly dissatisfied with their service and lack of response.

Got led wheel light wires not secured right fuse keeps blowing nails holding bracket facing to my rotors and now they dont turn on at all took it back to them they told me its my ground wire yet its not to any relays straight to my battery tells me I dont know what to tell you i do not recommend this place at all.And as you can see the owner could care less with his response what a rip off

Installed 2 pairs of LED headlights for me with warranty, headlights kept breaking after a short term of use and after the 3rd set replaced they tried to tell me it was something electrical but yet halogen bulbs work fine and dont have that problem.

I went here to get my Moms car fixed. It was rumbling when she went over 40. They told me it was the transmission which I was thinking from the research I did. Anyways long story short I paid $2000. And they didnt fix the problem... If anything they made it worse. The mechanic was rude, they left my car filthy.Dont go here.

These guys were great, father and two sons. After driving to Tucson from the east coast, about 2,400 miles, I heard what sounded like the valves knocking. I drive a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe, with about 150k miles. The father looked at my car, and his diagnosis was spot on. In just a few minutes, he suggested the oil had thinned and needed to be replaced. I thought a valve job might be needed. To my pleasant surprise the oil change did the trick. I feel these guys were honest, and very friendly. Highly recommend them!

Great customer service!!! I got a great coupon on Groupon for a full synthetic oil change for $29, if many of you know a full synthetic oil change usually runs me close to $100 if not over each time. Staff is very friendly, dont seem like they are out for your money with ridiculous charges and what not.

This place really poor quality, they did not fix the problem that was needed to be fix, and they will try to over charge you.

I was putting off getting work done on one of my vehicles because I knew in the back of my mind it wasnt going to be cheap so I let it ride as much as I could. I came across Flawless via a Google search and thought Id give them a try based off of good reviews and being tired of spending soooooo much money at auto corporations (hence my reluctance to get work done on the vehicle). I continued to be reluctant and skeptical because I was going to a small shop that I had no knowledge of and the work that needed to be done was on my wifes daily driver. VERY GLAD my search sent me to Flawless. They were honest and worked WITH ME and my budget. I thought i just needed one thing, then they told me i needed other things as well (typical of auto shops right!?) But get this... they SHOWED me what they were talking about and I could see exactly what they were talking about and even explained to me how the system (suspension) worked and why I needed what they reccomend. I trusted their word and went with what we discussed and let me tell you my wifes car rides like its brand new!! Dont forget they worked with me and my budget! I did some additional research and I saved A LOT of money. Thank you to Jerry and Sergio for being honest and doing a great job! They won my business!

I went to this shop for a flowmaster install in my Ram 1500, the $ 150 special was a good deal for me, I thought they were professionals in exhaust works, wrong ! When I got home I check under my truck to see the flowmaster is was a mess in welding it was leaking gases where they weld. I noticed the pipe extension that they use was smaller than the oem.I took my truck to another shop where they specialize in exhaust works they told me they use a smaller flawmaster that’s why they downsize the pipe they show me everything was bad, so they did everything again and what a difference in QualityI don’t recommend this shop for exhaust work if you care about you car and trucks don’t go to this place and for those who already when to this shop check under you car or truck, you will be surprise the quality of work they do !

Very trustworthy and affordable. It’s my third time trying to figure out why my headlight keeps going out and they fixed it and showed me everything as they went along to help my understand. ☺️ If I have more problems with my car in the future I’ll be bringing it here.

Great experience ! I was a bit nervous taking my truck there since I didn’t know them . They where prompt gave me professional advice and most importantly they kept their promise on how long it would take to get my exhaust done .

They are professional and friendly. They tell you what you need and what you can wait on. Their prices are fantastic. $75/labor. Most work comes with a warranty as well. I doubt youll find a better priced repair shop.

If you want professional and respectful service from a auto shop. Do not go to Flawless Auto & Body Repair. My niece was treated in the worst unprofessional manner. The mechanic at one point told my niece If she wasnt there when they close, she would have to return the next day. He had already told her that he would wait for her
