Daisy was very helpful. Reyna will make every effort to make money at your expense.We recently cancelled our dress and tuxedo order for a large event due to Reynas lack of cooperation. When we requested refunds of the deposits, she refused saying that she had no money available. Only after we explained that we would seek legal action, then she scheduled refunds days later. We began planning our event two years before the date. Now, two months until the event, we are forced to find another vendor.She orders dresses from outdated catalogs that results in the selections being discontinued and forces the customers to choose new options.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and owner was very sweet and polite. Alterations were done by owner and the dress looked perfect!

Went there to get my son a tuxedo, was measured and fitted to him. When he picked it up and brought it home, he tried it on and it did not fit properly. Had to go at last minute and buy him a shirt from J C Penneys. Ladies were friendly and very pleasant but I assume my son was given someone elses tuxedo by mistake.

Well what can I say if I can give no stars I would very unprofessional shoes suck was suppose to get tuxedo on friday then she said monday then tuesday and today its Wednesday !!! Just got it in and I need it for thursday because its a out of tucson event we agree on different color shirt and she will put it in and she totally forgot man this will never happen again will go to jennies next door to them next time I dont recomend at all!!!!!

Okay place

We went to rent a suit for my husband and the quality of the shoes and camisole that came with the suit was lousy. The shoes looked old and very worn. The distressed camisole did not look white and it looked worn and puffy from the chest. I understand that they are rental suits and many people wear them, but that does not mean that even so the things they rent should be in good condition and of good quality. When I wanted to choose a tie, I did not decide which color since I wanted it more or less to match my dress AND the suit, because the owner told us that we were being very difficult just because we were undecided about a color. He was annoyed when I told him about the camisole and reminded me that they are rental suits (obviously) but as I mentioned earlier, the clothes are supposed to be in good condition. Renting the suit (navy blue) cost almost $ 165 with taxes etc. We decided to go elsewhere where it inadvertently cost us cheaper, VERY good condition, and excellent customer service.
