Best experience I have ever had. I have bought around 30 vehicles and this was by far the easiest and most clear cut experience. I saw the car online, called in from out of state and got a call back same day, and a face time of the car! Loved it and said I will take it! (All over the phone BTW) and Chet Williams got me paperwork and set me up right away. I flew out the next day and picked it up. Dealerships haven’t always been my style, but my journey was perfect. If you want fast and professional, ask for Chet Williams, he was the pro that called me back and never missed a beat. He was very casual and polite, but also professional. Every step of the way the information was upfront, and on paper. No surprises. Great place to get a car, and the BEST person I have ever worked with.

While a few of the others behind their desks didn’t acknowledge me, Justin did. he was not done assisting the other customer, yet he made eye contact and said he would be with me after he finished with the other customer. My husband and I had a wonderful car buying experience with Quebedeaux in Tucson. Josue, our car salesman, went above and beyond what was expected. Because we came from out of town, he sped up the process to ensure we got what we wanted in a timely manner.
What is the point of a service “ appointment “ if you can’t do the work ? Dropped truck at 7:30am Friday and explained I needed to leave for a job Saturday morning. It was only in for a front end inspection and alignment, never got a call to say it wasn’t going to be done even though I specifically asked. Was then told they would do it first thing Saturday morning when the techs arrived at 7:30. Called at 9:45 and was told it was on the alignment rack. Called again at 12:45 and was told they hadn’t done it yet. Keep in mind I had a job to head to Saturday morning. I picked it up without an alignment ever getting done. The best part is my service advisor said I needed brakes front and rear, their inspection said 2.5mm on the rear and 3mm in the front. The front brakes were done 2 weeks before this appointment at a GMC dealership, I personally checked them when the tires were done the day before. They are labeled GM and still look new. I find it dishonest and a shady business practice to try to push unneeded parts. Good luck getting a return phone call from a service manager as I’m still waiting, they do a good job of insulating/hiding them. Avoid at all costs.

Made an appointment to see a car, and when I arrived I was told they loaned out the car. When I asked when the car would be back, they said they didn’t know. I called the next day to find out if they could look into it, and was told I would get a call right back, and they never called. I guess they don’t worry about customer service, or selling cars. After getting an email saying to contact them, I made two attempts, leaving a message both times, and never received a call back. Just like I said… they don’t care!

BUYER BEWARE. These guys use FALSE ADVERTISING under the guise of a sale price IF you use their financing and bring a trade in. We walked out when they tried to get us to accept $6K more in financing than was ever advertised. And they only offered us 50% of what our trade is valued at on KBB. Never going back there, what a complete waste of my time!!!

Showed up for my 9:00 AM appointment. Was promptly told my appointment ment nothing and several cars setting there (without appointments) would get serviced first so mine would maybe get worked on that or maybe the next day.No loaner cars. So my wife needed to make 60 mile round trip to get me.When my vehicle was worked on, got a bill for $130 for parts and $665 labor...who works there that makes $200 an hour????

Bait and Switch. I called the Internet Department two times regarding a vehicle (Dodge Journey) listed on their web site asking if it was available. They told me both times, the same day, with different associates, that if the vehicle was on the web site, it was available. They said since it was a new arrival, there were no pictures, bit there should be in a few days. I asked to speak with a salesperson but they said all the salespeople were very busy and could not get to the phone. They told me the only way to see the vehicle was by appointment. I made the appointment and they told me they would get the vehicle ready for me to see when I arrived in 2 hours. I left my phone number so they could call me if there were any issues. I live out of town and drove the 1.5 hours to Quebedeaux exactly at the appointment time. The sales man standing outside (doing nothing) said he would look for the vehicle. After waiting 10 minutes, I went inside to see a bunch of sales people in an office talking, including the salesman who was helping me. While I waited, another salesman walked by and asked if we had been helped. I said yes, but that was 10 min ago and asked if he could see what was going on. He went back to the office and came back and told be the salesman who was helping me was signing papers for a sale so he would be awhile. I asked this salesman about the vehicle and he looked it up and told me the vehicle was sold last week. They went on to tell me that the vehicle was brought back due to a bad motor. I asked to see the vehicle but was told it is in the service department and since it is on the weekend, it is closed. He said they were going to take it to the auction next week. I find it hard to believe the engine had troubles, so, calling his bluff, asked if I could still buy it. He said No...there are liability issues. Really? What liability issues could there be? He also said since the auction was wholesale, he could not sell wholesale to a retail customer. Really? Then dont sell it wholesale to me, sell it retail! I asked why the vehicle was still listed for sale on their website and he told me since the vehicle was returned, it automatically goes back on the website for sale. I told him I asked the Internet Department TWO TIMES if the vehicle was available and they assured me it was available. He told me that the Internet Dept can only see the website and does not know if vehicles are really available. He asked me if there was something else I would like to see. NO! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this shady, dishonest dealer.What a waste of time.

I walked in with an approved loan amount with a bank they worked with, the sales rep didn’t tell their Jaime this, so they ran a second credit pull and application without informing me. Even though they had the loan officers information. Then told me “we couldn’t add any discounts if we used your initial application” I wasn’t given any discounts nor did I care to get any OR was even informed of discounts when I bought the car. Having the car less than a month, found out the car needed new struts and strut mounts, after I was told that the car was completely fine and when under a detailed inspection, even after I mentioned the noise, now I’m 3 days in, waiting to “see” if they will cover the strut replacement. I want to make it clear that I’m not one that leave bad reviews and initially I thought the experience was okay. However the communication from department to department is non existent and the sales reps have no idea about car, what is looked into during their inspections, or able to provide any answers on the vehicles. I was told “that isn’t my job, I’m just sales”. This was just my experience. So maybe I just got a newbie or that one person that doesn’t care.
I would really recommend you come visit Josue and Alex here at Quebedeaux. I have been working on my credit for a few years and it’s still not the best. I came in looking to trade-in my vehicle thinking it may not work since mine was under value. These guys made it work!They worked very hard to keep me at the price range I wanted and I was able to leave with a new car within a couple of hours.Thank you both very much!

Their sales manager, Alex, also was helpful, and has a good relationship with the banks and insurance companies and was able to get me great financing terms and a good insurance rate.
EJ went above and beyond to help us get a reliable vehicle after ours was totalled in an accident while we were on vacation. We discovered that none of the rental companies would rent a vehicle to go one way and our best option was to buy a used car. This was the best experience weve ever had buying a vehicle!

We purchased a 2012 Camaro from Quebedeaux in Oct 2021. Were very happy with the vehicle, having found what we believe to be that diamond in the rough. That said, our overall experience here is rated as a meh. Not terrible, not great. A couple points: 1) They have a pretty good inventory 2) Sales person was patient, pleasant and polite with us (Corey McCuin, 5-star on his service) throughout the negotiations, not pushy at all, and we believe he really did his best negotiating with management on our behalf. We ended up at a price we could tolerate with financing that were happy with, with no additional hidden fees cropping up while finalizing the paperwork - we appreciated that. 3) Price as posted on cars.com was competitive (not unrealistic or an obvious typo), but initial price at the lot was over 4k higher. We got down to about 1k higher by the end of negotiations, but found that to be quite deceptive and it definitely detracted from our overall experience here. 4) The level of reconditioning they do here is laughable. You can get a good vehicle here....but probably only if it enters the lot that way. Our vehicle had the standard level of reconditioning (whatever that means), so the beauty covers in the engine bay had been armor-all cleaned, and the interior was clean. I noticed what I initially thought were mud tracks in the trunk lid channels during inspection, but chalked it up to a lazy detail job. However, after getting it home, we found a dead animal carcass and about a dozen or so (dormant) bees nests in the engine compartment, trunk lid area, and behind the side view mirrors, so quite a few things were missed :). We believe the vehicle was likely a barn queen in its prior life given this and the ultra low 6,200 miles on this 9 year-old vehicle. Weve purchased from Carmax and Royal Buick GMC in Tucson in the past, and didnt feel that the level of reconditioning (we looked at a number of vehicles on the lot on 2 separate occasions) done at Quebedeaux justified the dealer-level pre-owned pricing comparable to what you pay at those other places. Overall, would I go here again? Yes, but it probably wouldnt be my first stop, given the last 2 points.

Good luck getting a call back! My daughter purchased a car last Thursday and had to have it towed back to the dealership less than 48 hours later. It is impossible to speak to anyone with authority. I have sent emails and left multiple messages for Alex (Sales Department), Gus (Service Department), Atlee (Service Technician who relays messages via the receptionist) and Tim (I don’t who he is or why I was transferred to him). My daughter also made multiple calls. While the sales process was easy, and Josue was great, having the vehicle serviced correctly is a nightmare. It was not a priority to be diagnosed on Tuesday morning. The parts have to come from another dealership somewhere in Arizona and there is no guarantee of a return date. Sadly, they do not provide a courtesy vehicle or rental car reimbursement. My child has been left stranded and without a vehicle. Did I mention they don’t return calls?
Dan the man was the best. He took the time to find us the perfect car for my daughter and her first car. He even worked past closing time to answer all of our questions.
Bought 4 vehicles this year. This was by far the worst experience of the bunch. I would strongly recommend that you do not work with this dealership. The vehicles condition was misrepresented. I drove 8 hours to find a worn out mess. Loads of body damage (they skillfully hid in the photos), torn vinyl, stained carpets, I could go on but why. When I pointed out that the weight sensitive passenger airbag sensor wasnt working they put a 400 lbs guy to bouncing on it. No one under 200lbs could get it to work. The salesmans response was well thats how these sensors work. When I pointed out that my wife and daughter would be in that passenger seat without an airbag, he shrugged. They of course would have never pointed out that it wasnt safe for occupants. They were ready to sell it today, irregardless. I value my families safety far too much to trust this bunch.

Been trying to get someone to call us back about a car Im willing to drive over 500 miles to see but no one seems to use customer service for long distance customers serious. 😟 What a disappointment and a loss for them. Please take care of your online customers or dont bother posting or advertising what you cant handle. I get that you may be busy, then you should allocate a team to handle these customers. Just an idea!

Purchased a used jeep Sahara unlimited today with Josue Arenas and Jose Montoya, absolutely outstanding employees. They listened to what we were looking for and got us the best deal in town with great a rate! Will be buying another jeep New Mohave gladiator this week with a trade in! Definitely calm and welcoming environment, not some place where they’re trying to sell you everything and anything.
I don’t even know where to start. For starters the clutch went out first day after I got the car. They tried charging me for it acting like I don’t know the law. Took them 5 days to start working on my car because when I got there the car felt “fine”. There are never any loaner cars so if you have a life and need your car fixed, don’t go here. After I got the car back from fixing the clutch, the pedal was down by the floor everytime I let the car sit for a while. I texted the general manager of the place and asked why it was like that and he said he would figure it out and ignored me for the next month before I sent him a text saying how horrible their service was. Told me to come down and we can figure something, just to tell me that all he can do is help me with parts. And his excuse for not answering me was that he answered someone else instead. Definitely would not recommend them for any type of service. Cars may be cheaper than most but it makes up in other fees and any which way the can make money.

Update: After holding the car for several days longer, it was found the alternator belt was completely missing!! Confirming it was not actually tested the first time. We are now outside the 15 day warranty and no manager has returned our calls or repeated requests. The car is repaired, but if anything else happens it wont be covered. Out of two weeks of ownership, we had only 2 days of the car in our possession.Our salesman, Christian, was awesome!The service department, however, is a joke. We purchased a pre-owned car. After 2 days, the car stopped running while being driven. It seemed very much to be an alternator issue. We had the car towed back to the dealership who held it for 3 days before replacing the battery. We confirmed 3 times that the alternator had been test. Brendon in service claimed the alternator is holding a charge which makes zero sense. We never made it out of the parking lot as the check engine light was on and the car only blew hot air. Brendon did not want to keep the car as they were busy and handed us over to Landon. Landon stated our alternator was never tested per the service history. We left the car and 3 days later, it has still not been serviced at all. We have owned it for almost 2 weeks and driven it for 2 days. We feel they are trying to push outside the 15 day warranty. We have asked repeatedly for a manager to contact us or to be able to speak to one, not a word or call back. The last time we called to check on the car, the service member hung up on us.
Bunch of crooks! If you ever decide to get your vehicle maintenance done at THIS location make sure to ask for a detailed description of what is being done. Dont take the phrase oh dont worry itll be similar to your last service for its face value. What they mean is everything on the menu with a splash of overpriced labor fees that will be $400 more than what you normally pay. They will sneak in services you did not ask for and lie to your face about the information they give you. The worst part is they wont tell you what theyve done until its too late to even say no to the service. Thanks Justin. You made this experience a complete nightmare. Keep your eyes peeled people. Record your calls if you have to. These agents have amnesia when it comes to owning up to their mistakes.

Deceptive pricing. Advertised vehicle on Cargurus.com and their own website at one price. No conditions were listed on Cargurus.com but their website did detail that to receive the offered price, one must trade in a vehicle for $1,500 discount and use their credit company for an additional $1,500 discount. After applying for credit and discussing the offered price, an offer sheet was presented with the price at $6000 more than listed on any advertisement or the salesmans quote. They claimed the car was priced incorrectly AND their staff had quoted the wrong price as well. No accountability. They would not honor their listings or quotes but did offer to fill my gas tank for compensation. No attempt to make things remotely right. Beware!!
Absolutely far and away the worst car buying experience of my entire life. I wish I went to the dentist instead. Wasted SIX HOURS of my life trying to simply see the car I came for. Instead, never even saw it. Insanely disorganized, dishonest, and I can honestly tell you that they do not care about the customers. I’m saying this because I caught them red handed in a bold faced lie!! Run, run, run!!! away from this place. Crooked, awful, horrendous experience. You’re welcome.

Quebedeaux Buick GMC Dealership doesnt care about people after theyve taken your money. I bought a new loaded AT4 Acadia (2nd most expensive model) and even went along with their extended warranty. They promised to ship me my all weather floor mats, but not one single employee there has taken any ownership for helping us with these items that came with the window sticker price we paid for our vehicle. The Parts Guy JERRY doesnt even have a phone number or email address. I had to hunt him down for the first shipment, which was wrong and they blamed GM. Had to hound him again to get the second shipment, which still wasnt complete. The manager called me, but did NOTHING. GM Accessories is going to work with them to get my last floor mat, because they are expensive and I already paid for it. Oh, and my transmission went out after

Saw a vehicle I liked advertised online, I called to ask if it was still available and they confirmed. So I made an appointment and said we can be there in less then an hour so we packed the kids up and headed down. We get there I said I have an appointment with Bobby, the salesman that greeted me explained Bobby was the online sales manager and would assign the sale to any salesman so it might as well have been him. He sends on a goose chase looking for the vehicle then informs us oh it just sold but he’d be happy to show us other vehicles.It didn’t sell, it’s classic scumbag used car lot trick. Complete waste of our time, we went up the street and purchased else where. Don’t waste your time you’ll get the typical scum bag used car vibe the whole time.

Hello everyone!I brought my $40K+ lifted 2018 F-150 with $7k+ upgrades and only 26k miles in for a trade. At first, I was offered $31k which was insulting, especially considering that lifted trucks are in a hot market. The salesman, Chet, was kind, professional and patient, hence why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. After bargaining I was offered close to 36K for my truck. While signing the finance documents for my new truck, I was told about each and every document that I was signing, except for one. There was a form on there for Vehicle Protection Program that I was not explained about, but ended up signing for, which cost me $287. I have bought multiple cars from multiple dealers and every time I was told what I was signing. I understand that I was negligent by not reading what I was signing and I understand it is not a large sum of money. However, it is the dishonesty that speaks more. I am in law enforcement and usually dishonesty comes from criminals. Just read what you are signing and shop around before trading your vehicle in.
