I had the best experience with the service department. I dealt with Jim the service manager and he did not disappoint. We experienced unexpected difficulties while on our way to Disneyland and had to leave the car there in Tucson. Because of Jim, we were able to still make our vacation. While on vacation Jim called everyday to give me an update on the car and letting me know what the next step was and so forth. No service department has ever done that here in El Paso. I’ve had quite few cars with different dealerships and I never once experienced such great and professional service. He went above and beyond with helping us even though we were from out of town. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again for the amazing service.

We had a great purchasing experience with Ryan in sales. We bought the truck in March and were able to complete almost everything via email. We had to get additional items that were back ordered installed and Ryan in the service department was able to make things happen quickly for us when we traveled back to Tucson. When we first talked to our sales rep ( Roger Selby) he was a nice guy when we placed an order for a vehicle... but when it came down to paper work and buying process he was so disrespectful and degrading and not a person I would ever like to deal with again! The reason I’m giving this a 5 star is simply because Scott Chambers the manager went above and beyond what he had to for us and made everything right and then some so the 5 stars are for SCOTT!! and I would give roger a 1/2 of a star just because he was easy to talk to at the beginning and that was it!

We were taken back when we were shown this particular page of information with the new price.However...Interestingly enough, 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙧. Read many reviews that were filled with great praise, however, my experience was very different. I called and first spoke with Alex. I knew I wouldnt make it to the dealership and said I would call back. My calls were never returned. I then spoke with Ryan, and emailed all my information regarding my trade in. Again, my emails were never answered.I guess Royal doesnt want my business or my money.
So it is Friday at 4:30 and my truck decides to start acting up. Same symptoms I already had fixed at another dealership. I arrived at Royal Buick GMC Hauling a very large trailer. Immediately I was greeted by Justin the Service Manager and Travis the Service Advisor. They bent over backwards to get my truck repaired and me back on the road. I did not buy my truck there and normally when you don’t purchase from that dealer you are not a priority but not with these guys. When I am in the market for my next truck I will be talking to them first. FIRST RATE SERVICE ALL AROUND. Everyone was friendly I would highly recommend this dealership.
I have been driving the Audi I bought from Royal for about three weeks and I’m absolutely in love! Not only is the car everything I wanted but the staff was extremely helpful, I never felt pressured, and the finance department made the experience quick and seamless. Service DepartmentMade an appointment for a recall to a GMC Canyon recall. They couldnt find the appointment. They failed to send an email that had a reference number. It took one hour to finally find the appointment. The exterior area of the service department was full of trash..
I bought my GMC ACADIA from them just a few months ago and it was the best, easiest and most rewarding car buying experience I have ever had. I had a female salesperson that I cant remember her name to save my life but she was so great. The only issue I have with the vehicle is the interior is falling apart a bit BUT it is covered by the lifetime warranty so 5 stars all the way!!!

We replace our AC condenser brand new through dealership costing thousands and a little over 2 years later same exact part is broken and we need a new one and it will cost full price because it is over 2 years since the replacement. They dont back up their work and are putting in brand new parts that just happen to break right after warranty expires....

Service needs improvement. When I call nobody answers. When I call the front desk they transfer me to service and nobody answers. This is typical of GMC and Im tired of it.its months later now. I just called again because I needed help and nobody answered. I called back and someone answered and I asked for the service manager. They chose not to speak to me. This place SUCKS.
Roy Ruggiero the salesman help me pick a suv that i love and that fit my budget. He also helped me get better insurance for the SUV. Being Diabetic I was told that onstar will help me. I needed it since having emergency contact is important to me. Also having extended warranty will help me save money in the long run.

My wife needed a new car and found 2 she loved here. Roger Selby was our salesman and was awesome! He answered all of her questions and had the patience of a saint! Unforuntantly I would like to say that yesterdays visit 5-11-21 was as good as all other services Ive had at Royal GMC.I do much of my own mechanical work but this particular issue has become a real problem, BRAKES. The rear brakes on this 2007 Sierra are of a different setup than the old type brake shoes that most of us backyard mechanics are used to and yes there not disc brakes. They have some W shaped tension spring that goes from one shoe to the other, odd setup to say the least. The issue is that this vehicle is just about to go thourgh its 4th pair of rear brakes, a vehicle with 80,000 miles and no theres no hot rodding!!Now,I took it in to have the brakes replaced and I brought replacement drums for it.I asked the service advisor to replace the shoes, check leaking wheel cylinder and put the new drums on, this on a Friday. The vehicle went unseen by Royal Friday and Monday and I received a call Tuesday morning saying the truck was ready and good news the brakes just needed an adjustment and the axle seal is not leaking. AXLE SEAL??? Who said anything about a axle seal, NOT ME.So for 85$ the brakes I asked to be changed were merely cleaned and adjusted.It will be difficult for me to want to deal with Royal again. SORRRRRY.Alright,Im back to fill you in on what transpired after this post.Received a call 5/13/21 10am from the service manager expressing his concern over the service I did or didnt get while at Royal GMC. I wasnt going to go back however after the adjustment the brakes were worst off than before my visit and basically had to go back. The service manager knew that I was coming in and looked forward to my arrival to talk about my comment and of course my concerns. After our chat the service advisor assured me that the brakes issue would be addressed and a remedy would be found., and to me replacing the brakes and find the leak in the wheel cylinder was it. The wheel cylinder leak couldnt be located....at first... and were just about to complete the brakes job when as fate would have it started to leak. Hallelujah!!!Royal not only repaired the leak but also made sure the other cylinder wasnt going to be an issue. KUDOS.Thanks to Travis, Justin and the Royal team behind themILL BE BACK !!!Hope you enjoyed the sweets.

The receptionist answering the phone, the service manager who checked me in, and the sales guy who showed me a similar truck (but newer) all gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer in Tucson.I actually kick myself for not buying a truck here first and foremost. I would’ve payed a premium to get the service I’ve had here and this is only my first experience. Don’t bother going to Quebedeaux. Seriously... Just go here.
On Sept. 14, 2019, we leased a car from Royal. Im giving this two stars because our salesperson, Rudy, was terrific but it went downhill from there. Royal agreed to make our last payment in Oct. for the car we were trading in. On 11/14, Mark called to get the final payment amount again. On 12/13, GM Financial called to say they were reporting us to the credit bureaus since the payment had never been made. After numerous calls to the dealership and several emails to the owner, we were told repeatedly it was being taken care of. We told them on every call or email that we wanted something in writing from them that this was completely their fault since we have outstanding credit. We talked to GM Financial in the middle of January and they still had received nothing from Royal. After more calls and emails to Royal, we finally got a letter from GM Financial on 3/31 that the payment had been made and our credit had been restored. It took 6 months, numerous calls and emails to get this cleared. Again, we asked Royal many times to simply write a letter on letterhead for our file explaining this was their fault in case anything ever came up on our credit again. It is a very reasonable request but to this date, 8/12/2020, we have never received any letter or apology from Royal, even though several people lied to us and said the payment had been made. Very poor business practices. In addition, we went to the service department once, and we waited outside for 25 minutes for someone to check us in, even though we were the only people in line and had an appointment.
Cant say enough about my first service experience at Royal GMC! They repaired an issue with my Diesel DEF tank and even though my truck is recently out of warranty the repair was covered!!! Of course it was nice to get this done at no charge but they also handled everything else perfectly. Great place. David Park was my service advisor.
I had the greatest experience here! I was a first time buyer without any established credit. I expected a big challenge in finding a car that I liked at monthly payment I was comfortable with. But my expectations were exceeded! I highly recommend Jesus in helping you find the perfect car for you, although everyone I came into contact with here were great! He went truly above and beyond and was very open and honest with me. I have already recommended friends to come here and would 100% work with them again!
I discovered what appeared to be an oil leak. I came in and spoke with Travis and Dave. Both were extremely helpful in explaining what would be done. The will go back.
Scott and Ahmed are amazing!! I purchased a Yukon Denali four days ago and Scott made the purchase seamless! From the weekend test drive to picking up my trade-ins because of my busy schedule, I have never had a sales experience like this at any other dealership. Ahmed sat down with my husband and I go over our payments and warranties and had us out of the dealership within an hour. Thank you guys both for making this car buying experience an amazing one!

Royals philosophy with with the auto buying process is honesty,being fair and transparent, which removes the unnecessary stress and burden often associated with buying a vehicle. Aaron certainly embraces the Royals philosophy therefor our whole transaction was a joy and we look forward to being part of their family. I have purchased several luxury vehicles in the past from other dealers and appreciate the difference that Aaron and the Royal team offer. Its almost like a hybrid process of Car-Max and a Luxury dealer. My purchase price was excellent, the trade-in was fair and we felt as if we were the most important people in the dealership. I cannot say enough how satisfied we are with this place! This was definitely the best car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. Jason met us outside when we first got there and asked what we were looking for. Within minutes, he had it pulled up to the front ready for the test drive! When we got back, the process was quick and easy and definitely one for the books. We went out for a bite while the truck was being detailed and when we got back, Jason let us know there was another lien holder that got ahold of them that cut the interest we would be paying in half! He took that extra time out of his day to help us with the paperwork just so we could get a better deal and he did NOT have to do that! Took my 2019 GMC 3500 HD for a recall and a warning light for Service Trailer Brake System.I am very satisfied with the service I received here at Royal GMC! Evan, my Service Advisor stayed in contact (2x/ day) with me throughout the repair process. He kept me apprised of the progress or lack of it.The staff I came in contact with was friendly and answered any/all my questions.Special shout out to Gracie for help with my loaner car! My wife and I recently purchased another used vehicle from Royal and once again could not have been more pleased with the value of the vehicle we purchased and the car buying experience. After shopping at several dealerships I made it in to Royal, in searchof a new truck. I was pleased with the low stress, low pressure atmosphere there. My sales Rep, Lionel was extremely helpful and very patient. He answered all my questions, and let me free range around the lot with no pressure or time constraints at all. I recently went in to Royal Buick GMC. I was immediately greeted by Derek. He was personal and trustworthy. We went for a test drive and it was great. No pressure- typically through a five minute test-drive the sales person is already financing the car for you. Not Derek, he was very happy to show me all the features and asked why I was in the market. He did active listening and was spot on. Long story short, I saw some options and cars that were interesting. I ended up purchasing at another dealership. They had exactly what I needed and wanted. Instead of letting Derek spinning his wheels I went there this morning to inform him. He was amazing and understanding. Secondly, he didn’t rush me out the door. Great experience!

If youre looking to purchase a new car, take a drive to Phoenix instead. Youll save THOUSANDS!All the salesmen I dealt with were very bad at communicating. Super slow responses. About $4000 higher than Phoenix dealerships for a new SUV.Edit: Thank you for the advice. I bought from the Phoenix dealership and paid what they quoted. No surprise charges/fees. I can send you the numbers I paid. And there isn’t that much variation in the price of a Terrain SLE (not $4000 worth)
Chris, our service advisor is always friendly and helpful.Susan Tobin-Hunter was extremely helpful when we found out that Royal gave a 10% discount for military service, which we didnt know about but qualified for, and we had already paid our bill. She went out of her way to note the account for a credit to be applied with the next service. Her efforts were greatly appreciated.

Today while dropping off a relative at the hospital for surgery, the light came on, low tire. We went straight to Royal Where they found nail in tire, after explaining that we need to go and pickup our relative soon, they got the tire fixed in no time ! I am a regular customer and will be as loyal as they have been in the service department ever since I started coming almost 10 years ago. Chris S. is my service consultant and I cannot wish for a more honest, caring and helpful person. Chris has never advised me to do or not do something unless it is necessary for safe and continued operation of my car. And Susan at the front desk has been so conscious of making sure I get rides when the wait might be long, keeping track of where the car is in the service process (Chris does this too) and offering to make sure I am comfortable when I am there. Royal will continue to be my place for service and one day, when and if needed, will also be where I would buy a car.
I found a vehicle online and went in for that exact vehicle and Roger Selby made it happen! Very happy with my new GMC Yukon and the customer service received. Recommend Roger! He knows his GMCs :)
Car buying is an enormous financial decision, which kind of turned me into a nightmare customer for car dealerships. I was replacing a 20 year old ford explorer on its last legs, and wanted some type of SUV or SUV crossover. I visited multiple dealerships and test drove most types of vehicles in the smaller SUV segment, and maybe if Im motivated later Ill drop a review on the shopping experience at Jim Click, Precision Toyota, OReilly or Autonation but for now Im going to focus on the guys that actually earned my business, Royal GMC. There is a corny old saying that the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is just that little extra, and in many ways Royal was willing to go the extra mile. Their salesman Derek Deckens was polite, punctual, had an excellent sense of humor, and was incredibly knowledgeable about not only his brand, but the other vehicles we were shopping as well. He let us test drive both a preowned Terrain and an Acadia that was recently traded in, both of which were priced well below competitors on carguru and autotraders, and below blue book. My wife and I absolutely loved the Acadia Denali edition but there was a problem. The former owners of the vehicle were smokers and while I couldnt really smell anything, my wife found the odor to be absolutely overpowering. Derek moved heaven and earth to get the car an ozium treatment, and then afterwards even let us take it out for a day to really make sure the smell was gone. When we finally decided we were going to get the car, they didnt try to do any of the shady dealer type things we had seen at other places (like try to charge above their advertised price for window tint on a used car, looking at you OReilly and Precision), gave me more than expected for my 20 year old trade in, and hot damn they even had the courtesy to fill the tank for me. I havent had a chance to use the service department yet but will update the review when I do.
Derek gave us the best experience when finding and buying a new vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable. He took so much time answering questions and showing us everything on our new vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle go to Royal Buick GMC and definitely ask for Derek.

I have never written a review for anything before but the excellent customer service of Tristan and the manager Dan needs to be mentioned. I worked with Tristan about a week to find a SUV for myself. Not once in the entire process did I feel any sort of pressure to buy. We had been to about five other dealerships in Tucson and had only experienced this level of customer service at Royal GMC with Tristan. He listened and never tried to up sell when he knew my comfort zone. Thank you TREMENDOUSLY to both Tristan and Dan. I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone in the market for buying or leasing a vehicle.

Everything was smooth and easy. We started with Lu and he walked us through cars he would recommend based on the features that we were looking for. Nicole helped out and made sure that everything went smoothly once we narrowed down our search. It wasnt in the plans to purchase another vehicle at this time. But what is it that they say about the best laid plans of mice and men. We had picked out a vehicle at another dealership but it was sold before we could put our finances in order for the unexpected purchase. So in researching this type of vehicle I found one at Royal Buick GMC. Went down last night to see what we could do and ended up purchasing this one. Went in today with the down payment. They had detailed it and had it sitting on the patio in the shade. We got a cap and a water bottle. Then as we were finishing up they gave my wife a Dozen long stemmed Red roses and a three month subscription to Sirius radio for free. It was the most low key sale and experience ever at a car dealership.
Ive been coming to Royal Buick GMC at the Automall for 4 years now, right after I bought my GMC Terrain. I have always had a very pleasant experience with every visit. Today I was thankful that they were still open through all this pandemic stuff, and I was able to get my car in and serviced in an hour. They are the best dealer that I have ever worked with: courteous and proficient. (They also have great treats to eat while waiting!). Each customer is given a rep who serves all of your appointments and gets to know both you and your car; my rep, David Rupp has done a marvelous job. Susan, the cashier, must be from Iowa since she is so friendly.1

I highly recommend this chain of Royal.I recently participated in a lease pull ahead in order to get into a newer car for our growing family. As the son of a GM employee, Ive been around dealerships my whole life and have seen the good and the bad. Unfortunately, multiple GM dealerships in Tucson have been horrible from past experience. I hadnt tried Royal Buick-GMC-Cadillac yet, so I decided to give them a shot.I inquired VIA email and received almost an immediate response from Roy, one of their salesmen. I told my story to Roy and made it clear I wanted to come feel the dealership out before I purchased a new lease. He answered every question, was available when I needed and kept in touch over multiple months until the time was right.We ended up taking home a GMC Terrain yesterday and were ecstatic with our service. Ive finally found my GM dealership in Tucson. We will be purchasing our future cars from here.
Best place to go to purchase a vehicle. Everyone you come into contact with are welcoming. This is not a dealership with overwhelming, overbearing, make you want to run away. Expect the exact opposite. Amazing!

We were looking at trading in our Ford Flex for a used 2019 Flex with all the bells and whistles. We found that one at Royal Buick. Kyle contacted us in the lot and showed us the Flex we were looking at. Kyle was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. He gave as fair offer on our Flex and sold us the Flex we wanted at very good price. It was a very easy transaction. We will buy again when we trade in our other car and based on my experience with Kyle, he will get the first shot for my business.
