I visited Benjamins on Saturday to find out you have to schedule an appointment with a specialist to be able to receive any information about products. I scheduled my appointment for Monday, received a text reminding me of my time to be there, and even with that, was seen by the sales person 15 minutes late. After waiting for a full hour to get my product, I find out I was sold a broken sink. I left the store without the product I needed, after wasting a full hour of my time.The service I received has been one of the worse I have gotten in any Tucson store.

Beautiful and varied plumbing fixtures, cabinets, tubs, pulls and knobs... everything. Nice display. High end. Expensive.

Havent been to Benjamin plumbing in a few years. Ill be back on the 17th of February! Id rather go to you people for my complete plumbing needs than Ferguson any day! Thanks!

I am currently doing a bathroom renovation and needed to see if they have any tubs in stock. I asked the receptionist if they had any tubs in stock. However before I can finish my sentence I was asked if I had an apppointment. I replied no I did not she then proceeded to tell me unless I have an appointment I will not be helped. I asked if I was able to walk around the showroom but was told that unless I have an appointment I cannot see the showroom either. I understand during this time limiting the amount of people within a business establishment however when the showroom is completely empty why is a customer unable to view the showroom? Nowhere on the main website does it state you must have an appointment.

I have consistently recieved great service with knowledge at this establishment. Special kudos to you Raul who went far and beyond service efforts. Thank you all!

Old School Service! I was looking for parts for a pipe dream project (pun intended) and the counterman spent lots of time with me in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. This doesnt happen by accident. Management has done their job. What a beautiful facility!

I went shopping for a bathroom sink faucet, an employee took my name and in less than 5 minutes I was attended by Alana Silva a very knowledgeable salesperson, she took the time to show me various options without any rush.Ive done other purchases before at Benjamins in the past but today was a superb experience for me.

Terrible experience right from the start. You walked in and get told by appt only. We drove an hour to get here. The receptionist wouldn’t even go ask for an exception. Told me “you could have called and scheduled 20 mins ago”. No where on their site does it say by appt only! And who would think to schedule an appt to a plumbing store!Never will I do business or send my clients here.

I waked in as a DIY plumber into to the parts/supply area. I gave Raul a good idea of what I needed to replace my water main. He was beyond helpful and professional. He went out of his way, walked me through my supplies, and made sure I had what I needed. Cashier personnel tended to me quickly and Juan in loading continued the superb customer service. Thank you to Raul, Juan, and all employees I had interaction with at Benjamins. Highly recommend any and all plumbing business to Benjamins.

Very impressed with the variety of options they offer.. really upscale compared to Home Depot or Lowes.. of course the prices are a little higher but you get what you pay for.. all the staff are really friendly but Ernie Guthrie went up and above for me and his knowledge of product is exceptional.. I will return

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the employee was one of the store manager, he should be told that some comments should not be made in front of customers. Discrimination is awful therefore I will never be returning and purchasing from this store. I called the store after my husband and I left to let them know I did not appreciate the comments the manager made.

The parts department...they seem to be the problem. Front desk person is friendly and professional. The parts department is not. They were rude with my wife several weeks ago. They told her what she was telling them about our shower was impossible. She proved them wrong, THEN they were helpful. One of the guys was pretty arrogant today with me as well. I went to Bonnets and Stems instead andwas welcomed with superior customer service. They had what I was looking for. Bonnets and Stems have been professionaland courteous with me both times I have been there. In these times of family businesses closing their doors at alarming rates the arrogance of some of these places like Benjamins parts department is surprising. Bypass Benjamins and go to Bonnets and Stems instead.

Want your house to look just like the neighbors houses up and down your street, do your shopping at a big box store. But if you want the best in design and quality, there is no better place than Benjamins.Having a problem with that vanilla flavored faucet you bought at the big box, they will be very happy to sell you a replacement faucet....because they have very few repair parts. On the other hand, Benjamin plumbings parts counter is the place the tradesmen go to get their parts. Check out all the different service trucks in their parking lot.Starting from scratch, bring your house plans to the experienced staff at their design desk. Youll love living in the space you helped design.From a simple washer to all the fixtures for your new home, theres no better place than Benjamin Plumbing!

I would not recommend this place. Their help is really, really awful and rude, their prices are over the top (expensive). They carry almost nothing in stock. They used to be good, but not so much anymore. I was even told by the Parts Department guy that I would have to wait for several unseen customs before it was my turn. Hey, I was just standing there waiting for my turn. What a maleducado that Parts guy was. We left and felt much better for it.

I Always get exactly what I am looking for, and the price was a lot less than I had expected, Thank you Lisa! . I love just going in and getting lost in this place. If they dont have it, Im sure they wont mind ordering it for you and Ill bet they would probably ship it out to you to save you a trip.

I went in and browsed for awhile without anyone acknowledging my presence. After 30 min or so I asked for assistance and was blown away by the lack of desire to help me. Its such a shame that such a well stocked displaying showroom has such poor service. I will not return and recommend you save yourself the time and frustration of visiting this place. Im sure I will find someone eager to sell me there product!

Working with Vickey we were able to find the right mixing valves and trim plates for our bathroom remodel and she helped us stay right in our budget. Benjamins has a beautiful showroom with something for everyones tastes and style.

They have fantastic high end fixtures, yet were very helpful in assisting me with an inexpensive shower kit.

Funny, after reading the one review already here, I have to second that motion. I went to the parts counter and was not only sold the wrong parts but the clerk was rude, non-communicative, un-helpful, and generally a jerk. This place appears to be on the way out considering their idea of service to the public.

Benjamin Supply has a large selection of plumbing related products including a large selection of sinks. When you go into the store, stop at the reception desk and sign in so you will get someone to help you; otherwise, its likely no one will ask you if you need help. I have worked with Vicki and with Christine and both were quite helpful. Service in general was very good including the guys who loaded our order at the loading dock.I purchased a Schock solido model composite granite sink and really like it (used it 2 weeks so far). The undermount style is so easy to clean and gives a modern uncluttered look. I took my countertop sample in and matched the color (copper) and it looks very nice in my kitchen. The sink has a smaller left bowl that is not as deep as the large right sink. It is a practical configuration and easy to use. As to care, no problems yet, but Benjamin Supply has some products you can buy.The Delta Addison pull down faucet works as it should and is easy to use.The Toto highrise toilet operates quite well.I did compare prices before buying and comparing apples to apples, it was about the same or just a little higher, but you get service and a product that is a manufacturers best quality. If you want to buy from a local company, check it out.
