It is and was a pleasure to do business with these folks. Mark was awesome, no pressure, answered all our questions and was involved throughout the process. Rick, the finance guru, got through that tedious process with a sense of humor and again no pressure. Even though we paid cash, there was considerable paper work, but Rick got through it as painlessly as possible. Finally, Caleb (without notes!) took us through the many technological features and as we drove off, we, at least had a basic understanding of how things work. (Still need to do much studying of the manual). Our previous Lexus was purchased in California. After moving here 5 years ago, Lexus at the Auto Mall serviced that car. They have a great service team. Service advisor Brian Ogle will take care of you. So, we are proud owners of a new LX350 and appreciate all the help we received at Lexus at the Auto Mall.

Yesterday I took my car in to the service department to have the usual maintenance done on it. I was given a loaner car to use which I had in my possession. I drove it to the parking lot of a hair salon. It was in the lot for approximately two hours, dropped items off at Goodwill and then returned the car to service department when the car was finished. After I left I got a call from Lexus saying that there was a crack in the driver’s side window. This is definitely a case of he said she said. I know for certain that I did not do that while I was driving the car. Don’t know what happened when the car was parked in the parking lot of the salon but this little incident is going to cost me approximately $800 now for the use of a loaner car. Never again will I take my car there for service again.

My wife and I had recently purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles throughout Tucson and Phoenix, I have honestly found my favorite experience. We were able to feel comfortable from the moment we were greeted. Not once did I feel pressured or persuaded to make a decision that I wasn’t ready to make. Our salesman (George Karahalios) was professional, courteous and positively accommodating. The sales manager was also friendly and genuine.I felt at ease during interactions with the sales team and confident in our purchase. The sales team are top notch and would make any management proud. Starting in early December we started working with George Karahalios for our dream luxury car . I lost count on how many cars we discussed and test drove …new and used. George was super knowledgeable about cars and patient, helping us refine exactly what we wanted in our dream car . One day as we were coming back from yet another test drive and spotted a car and said …that’s it ! One small glitch : the car belonged to another customer and was not for sale . Shucks …it was perfect ! He’d see if he could find another just like it …but later surprised us by tracking that exact car down and learning it would be traded in later that month for a brand-new Lexus . He guided our dream car through the certification and detailing steps and made it happen in record time … It’s our RX 350 now !George was great throughout the whole process, from helping define what we wanted, to convincing us we didn’t need to settle for less-than-perfect, to obtaining financing and teaching us the bells and whistles on the car . Salesman Kris Bowman and Finance manager Rick Morreales are top of the line men. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I mistakenly tried another car brand after driving a Lexus RX 330 for over 6 years. I only had the other brand car for 4 months so trading it in so soon wasn’t the easiest thing to do. Kris and Rick made the process painless and exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to get me back into a Lexus and coupled that with a great deal on an extended warranty. They have earned Lexus a customer for life. This is a very respectable operation and I will confidently recommend them to family and friends.

We recently leased a Lexus RX 450h SUV. During this Covid-19 season, we were concerned about doing this safely. We asked to meet outside during our initial visit, and it was no problem. We were able to test drive without the salesperson in the car. When we came back to sign papers, everyone inside was wearing a mask at all times and everything was sanitized and done as quickly as possible. There was no pressure to make a decision; it was all very pleasant.

What an incredible experience working with Lexus of Tucson. Let’s say I did my homework and I’ve been around the block on car shopping and haggling through dealers... but then I never owned a Lexus, what was wrong with me??? Perhaps each Lexus dealer is amazing as I’ve not had a bad experience in the multiples I talked to in Arizona and our of state shopping for this car. I looked for over a month for the ES hybrid/ES350 and came across this one at my local dealer which I didn’t think would happen in the little city of Tucson. I spoke with Jonathan over the phone after a couple email correspondence and he took plenty of time to explain features and discuss stock in his store and the partnered east side Lexus... this is the first time I’ve seen two Lexus work together for certified used inventory, so it’s worth shopping this business for their shared inventory. Oh also, their mobile website was thorough and quick to shop. Overall the entire experience from initial shopping to no haggle sale and no stress trade-in, the final purchase which was quick and seamless, and even the dreaded warranty offerings were thorough yet short and sweet enough to not get mad at it. Bravo Lexus of Tucson. 10 star rating, though I can only give 5 here. Fantastic job Jonathan!One other note, after purchase the service promised for “WE OWE YOU” didn’t just touch up paint on the front/rear bumper because they couldn’t make it perfect so they repainted them. I was provided a gorgeous loaner with all the same safety plus features and they worked ahead of schedule to return my purchase to me along with programming windows to roll down via key fob. Great job service department and Peggy Maben! What a fantastic and friendly lady!

I called Lexus of Tucson to set up an appointment to view and test drive a 2021 ES-350. I did not have a contact so my call was given to Kris Bowman who was available to take my call. I could have not been more please with the contact that I was given. Kris was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and was extremely professional in his approach. Two days later I met Kris at the dealer and later that same day I had leased a 2021 Lexus ES-350. I met the sales manager Adam Bredenkamp, my future service manager Peggy Maben, and Rick Morreale prepared all the paper work and explained the lease program in a concise and complete manner. I would recommend Lexus of Tucson for anyone looking to purchase a new car. I am looking forward to my future interaction regarding service of my new car and am sure I will not be disappointed.

5/7/2019: Its been 7 months, but my Land Cruiser is back from the body shop.On October 4, 2018 I purchased a nice 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser with an incredibly meticulous Car Fax; the car was as perfect as any 16 year old car could be.As an out of state buyer I was concerned about relying so heavily on photos, the Car Fax, and the salesmans descriptions. The salesman was thorough in conveying every minute scratch or dent, and even sent pictures of the small crack in the plastic rear bumper, and faded paint on the body molding.The car arrived with the rear spoiler ripped off of the roof, gouges where the spoiler contacted the rear hatch and dents and scratches from the rear to the front. I got a damage estimate to have documentation that the damage is extensive. There is $2200 damage that no one is accepting responsibility for. I have photo documentation of the vehicle the morning before it was loaded on the transport trailer and photo documentation of the damage after the vehicle was unloaded.Clearly my concerns were not unfounded. The failure to accept responsibility for damaging a buyers property is reprehensible and fraudulent. Online buyers beware!For 4 weeks I attempted to get a resolution to this problem through phone calls and text messaging with no success. Spitali Transport stopped communicating with me the first week after I told them that their suggestion that they could buy a spoiler off of EBay was an insult and no professional way to handle a damage claim. The agent who actually transported the vehicle told me that he would rather settle it in court. When I told your salesman about my experience with the transport company broker, their agent and their lack of integrity, he said that he has shipped over 20 vehicles with them and never had a problem. Later, your salesman told me in a text message to let him know if there was anything further that he could do, and then he stopped returning my calls and clearly did not forward this problem to you. I told him the first week that I would use any and all resources available to me to get some kind of satisfaction from this.Now, On November 5, I responded to a phone call from Spitali, apparently prompted by you after I posted this review. After I spoke with you, your salesman provided their email address and I sent scans of the damage repair estimate, bill of lading, photos of the vehicle before it was loaded on the transport trailer and after it arrived in Denver. After a week of nothing, I called the transport owner back to ask if he planned on responding. He said he received the email but inadvertently deleted it, and then asked me to resend it. On November 19 I resent the email, he has acknowledged receiving it and said he will review it.I sincerely appreciate your efforts in helping me get to the bottom of this, however, it is almost two months in and we are still far from a resolution. Seriously, what should I think about all of this? I will be happy to edit my review when I am happy about this purchase.12/19/2018: Spitali Auto Transport finally responded through Lexus that they would not be responsible for the damage. I notified Lexus and Spitali by email that on January 1st I would begin looking for an attorney to assist in settling this situation.1/3/2019: After three months, I finally received word today that the insurance company has settled this issue. I want to thank the management at Lexus for assisting by communicating with the auto transport company. While my opinion of these companies hasnt changed, I am very appreciative of the customer service after the sale.Online buyer beware! Do not Transport vehicles with Spitali Auto Transport or Redline Transport. Do not trust Lexus when they say there is no problem with transporting vehicles.5/7/2019: I cant thank Lexus Customer Service enough; this would have never had a positive outcome without them. Spitali Auto Transport would not communicate with me. DO NOT SHIP autos with Spitali Auto Transport.Lastly, I think I am being more than generous with my three star review.

From start to finish, this was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever experienced. My husband and I purchased a new RX 350 from Jonathan T. Upon arrival, Jonathan welcomed us to the dealership, was extremely personable, and took the time to walk us through the different RX trims and the features of the specific vehicle that we were interested in. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and we appreciated his patience with us as we asked so many questions. Mike B., the sales manager, also provided us with excellent customer service and at no point during the process did we feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. Lastly, Rick M., the Finance Consultant, had all of the paperwork prepared upon our arrival. Rick took the time to explain all of our options and ensured that we understood all of the options that Lexus offers to protect our vehicle. I cannot say enough positive comments about this dealership, the staff, and the superior customer service.

This is top of the line establishment. Nothing but great things to say. I went to Desert Toyota first and good God that was a terrible experience. Lexus on the other hand was not pushy, and ultimately treated me like someone they knew for years. They put your new or used car into the show room before you drive it out. I bought a 2016 CT200H and couldnt be happier. When you leave they also throw in long stem roses for the wife and detail your car before it rolls out. I had my first service done and was given a rental for the time to do the work. After the service they washed the car before I picked it up. Every single person in this establishment is amazing and I cant say enough about them. I encourage people to look at Lexus at the Automall before any other dealership.

When my birthday rolled around last week, I decided to be spontaneous and trade my Camry in for a beautiful and luxurious Lexus...its the first Lexus Ive ever owned! My car buying experience was with Allison, who was so personable and fun to work with from the moment we met. She made the process very simple, answered all of my questions, and was humble enough to say Im not sure, lets find out together if she didnt know the answer to something, which I greatly appreciated. Joe also assisted in the purchasing process, and he was also very kind and helpful. Mixed review on this one. Sales was an 8 out of 10. Some things that were promised never happened and the salesperson didnt communicate with the business office (didnt tell them I had a trade in) so a lot of paperwork had to be redone. I had a problem with the car and got a filthy loaner with candy wrappers and crumbs all over the floor. It was also scary that the personal records of five previous customers was in the car. It is a reminder to always take your information with you! Dont trust that they will. It isnt the level of service on par with BMW or Mercedes. It could be but the attention to detail is missing. Finally, the repair seems to have been done flawlessly so the mechanics get a thumbs up. The rest, not so much. I wanted this to be the brand and dealer I settle with for years to come but Im not getting a great feeling about it.

Service Personnel were absolutely incredible compared to other dealerships I visited. When I dropped off my vehicle for service there is absolutely no delay in between leaving the vehicle at the dealership and driving away in a Brand New loaner. I just purchased my second Lexus, 2013 RX450H and I am as thrilled with the vehicle and experience as the first time I purchased from Lexus of Tucson. The staff always brings their A game in customer service and product knowledge. My sales consultant George Karahalios knows his product knowledge even had the resources to look up information that I wanted on my existing vehicle; he really helped me come to a final decision on what vehicle I really wanted. There is never any pressure and the entire dealership staff is there to make you happy with your decision. Shady people. Bad experience!!I wanted to buy the new ES 350 and when negotiating the price with the sales person, Mark, he kept saying that Im not serious and I should come back when Im ready to buy!!? He refused to give me a breakdown of the fess; He only wrote the following on the back of his business card $43504+taxes+fees. It felt like a cheap dealership experience with the sales people trying to scam you. When I stood to leave, I thanked him and said good-buy; he ignored me and did not even reply or stood up to shake my hand.Will be driving next weekend to buy my car from Lexus of Chandler.

We preordered and bought a Lexus RX Hybrid from George Karahalios at Lexus of Tucson. The transaction went very smoothly and we are enjoying our experience. George has extensive knowledge of Lexus vehicles and was able to help us pick the perfect combination of technology and luxury. He is the only Lexus Master Certified person at Lexus of Tucson. Our service experience has also been great. Lexus of Tucson always provides a loaner vehicle when we need to do maintenance such as oil changes.

It is completely my pleasure to write a review of my experience with Lexus of Tucson. We had no desire for a new car. Our old Lexus was ten years old. We had purchased it from a friend who had leased it for three years before we bought it from him. We loved the car but it had a battery problem we couldnt seem to solve and I kept getting caught in the desert with misery to deal with. When we got to Lexus with our once again problem, Jonathan Triplett, made the acceptance of our plight and the purchase of our new 2017 slightly used Lexus a no brainer. He has held our hand all the way and I continue to feel comfortable asking Jonathan to direct me to the proper department to have my crazy questions answered. The new cars are above my pay grade or experience level but never once was I made to fell like I was a bother to anyone. We have previously purchased 8 Lexus (7 of them from the same dealer outside of AZ) and decided we were ready to update our vehicles with newer models. Our home town dealer was not willing to negotiate an equitable transaction so, after checking inventories and pricing at several different dealers, we decided that Lexus of Tucson had the best offering and we were pleased to work with Jonathan Triplett for our new RX400HL and RX350. My husband and I have owned the Lexus LS sedan’s for many years, this year we purchased the 2018 LS 500 and after searching for the right color which was difficult to find along with some of the accessories that we wanted including the Mark Levinson stereo system, Jonathan Triplett worked hard to find this car but he did and brought it in from out of state for us. Loved the Technology Clinic. Information was really helpful as we were just about to embark on a cross country road trip. I do have a suggestion. A video using the navigation system while driving would be helpful. Primarily using it to suggest alliterative routes around contraction.

Living in Prescott, I was amazed to see that he even took the time to deliver an RX350, three hours away! I mean I know we have the best town in Arizona, but who does that? I have seen him take care of multiple buyers up here from his showroom in Tucson and that alone speaks of the service he gives his clients.
