Thanks Vince, some really good service. The salesmen there put some care in their work, even sacrificing margins for sales. Sounds goofy but they deal with used cars and used cars are going to have issues. They have to deal with that plus sometimes not so good creditors (not me), I feel for them. In short, they are honest and willing to work with people.

Zero stars. This place is an absolute scam. They sold my husband a truck valued at $13k for nearly double claiming it was a “king ranch” model when it is in fact not, and has aftermarket decals added to it. My husband ran the VIN directly with Ford confirming it, and the dealer still refused to admit it. Additionally, the purchase was part of a trade in deal which they took two months to pay off, leaving us with double payments. Lies upon lies upon LIES. Would absolutely never recommend this dealer to anybody, and especially not the sales associate who goes by George!

Went in told him I was looking for a truck was really nice. Had a decent trade in with LOW MILEAGE. He offered me 500$ Left me standing in the hot sun didnt offer shade or to go in. First he said 8000$ then after the test drive he said he could put me into it for 11000$. Not nice people.

Buyer beware pictures are not representative of the cars, empty promises, very sketchy and costly sales techniques, unwillingness to provide honest and accurate information, and does not care about you, your time or your money. Very displeased with all aspects of this company. I wrote Vince an email about a car they had listed with a few basic questions about any body damage and asked for more pictures etc. He did not answer any of my questions, even when I called he didnt want to provide any information on the maintenance that was done (told me oh no we didnt get any information from the previous owner) and told me he would send me the vehicle history report which he didnt and I had to buy it. I flew out because the pictures looked good. After being there for 2hrs they finally pull the car up and my heart dropped. The front bumper was held on by a bungee cord, the car had scratches dents and dings all over it, had curb rash all over the rims and body panels did not line up. The price was at least $6,000 more than KBB! Needless to say I flew back home. I will never consider doing business with MG Motors again.

Purchased a car the 3rd of the month. They said it wasnt safe to drive, because of a faulty Seat Belt. Telling me that the Dealer kept sending the wrong part, I finally picked up the car on the 22nd. A few days later, in Yuma, I took it to the Honda dealer due to an engine noise. They said the Torque Converter had been put in wrong and jammed into place. $1200 later I was told by MG that My 30 day Warranty was over PLUS I had not taken the vehicle to a shop that THEY recommended and said the Honda Dealer was not one of the places I should have taken it to. I had to pay it. Very friendly but, they DONT backup their Warranty.

These guys are terrible especially Tom he is the guy to give you the run around when they sell you a lemon 🍋 and promise to fix is every time you call but than they order the part and supposedly they sent the wrong part so we have to wait for the right part to fix your car this happens 10x for 3months or until you give up sell you a terrible warranty for 1300$ and lie lie just to get you to sign LIARS AND SCAMMERS STAY AWAY ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I have calls and messages them promising me this all constantly and proof car had. They didn’t go over my budget and were very realistic with my expectations. The team specializing in luxury vehicles was able up to find my family the perfect Mercedes GLE 43. Cant thank you enough!

If you are looking for good reliable transportation, you will not find it here. It is a shame that zero stars is not an option. We bought a $16,000 Ford F350 truck on May 31, 2020. The motor blew seven days later. The truck sat for two months in the tow yard waiting for the warranty company (APS) to finally determine the problem. APS said that the turbo had blown, and it was not covered by the extended warranty. However, since APS had such a good relationship with MG Motors, they agreed to purchase the turbo, but we would have to find someone to put it on. Since my husband is a mechanic, he did the work, only to find that there was antifreeze in the oil. This meant that the turbo was not the issue. The truck sat for two more months while APS and MG Motors argued amongst themselves about who was going to replace the motor. A letter to the Arizona Attorney General finally goosed MG Motors into have a new used motor installed in September. We finally received the truck back in October. My husband had to put in more money and time to fix the things that were not correctly done to the motor. There were parts literally taped and superglued on this motor when we got it back. The truck lost power in December, and we took it to a Ford dealer to have it diagnosed. It had two bad injectors. We were tired of putting time and money into a truck that was supposed to be drivable. Of the eight months we had the truck, it was in our possession less than two. We left the truck at the dealership, and called MG Motors to come and get it. Yes, this voluntary surrender of the vehicle is going to impact our credit, but what is the point of paying on a truck that cannot be driven, and costs too much to repair?The moral of this story is to steer clear of MG Motors. Nothing good can come of a relationship with them or their warranty company, APS. Both are absolutely worthless.

We didn’t feel pressured... we even said “no thanks” at one point & left. They called once to check in but otherwise left the ball in our court. I was sold a truck that I have had nothing but problems. The problems started as soon as I drove off their property. I brought it back to them they had it in the shop for a wk left without a vehicle while it was in shop. Got truck back and wouldnt you know the 1st trip out with my camper trailer the turbo blew up. Leaving me and my trailer stuck on the side of I17 for 12 hrs waiting for tow! Not to mention I was 6hrs from home. I took my truck to a repair shop and the bill was 6500 bucks I contacted MG motors to see if they would at least cover the cost of parts and they said no! I will NEVER do business with this company again and will NEVER refer friends or family 👎👎👎

The issue wasnt safety related and both he and the owner were willing to address or reduce price.I just wasnt willing to drop that kind of dough for something not turn key.If another vehicle shows up on their lot I would go back...Part deux ...So Tom followed up with me and asked what they could do to get my business... wasnt pushy or abrasive. I went back to the lot and Tom wasnt available. I ended up speaking with the owner (George) who was very receptive to my concerns with what had been done by the previous owner.Long story short, George went out of his way to work with me...to the extent he dropped some serious coin to replace what had been damaged. He couldve easily told me to go kick rocks and sell the vehicle to someone else without making the repair.George is a straight shooter and if youre legit going to buy and not just kick tires...these guys will have your back. I drove off with my dream Jeep and if I ever need another ride Ill start at MG Motors.

And DJ has been helpful getting some minor repairs done with the windshield wipers and seat backing. Dont ever buy a car here. The car i purchase was a lemon everything broke down in this car. I was never told that it was in a car accident and carfax that was provided didnt show an accident they take advantage of people. I had to trade the car in because of all the issues i had with it, only had it for 3 months. The dealership where i purchased my new car was the one that told me it was in an accident. Tom is a very rude salesperson.

Won an auction off of ebay. They wanted at least $8k more then winning bid (no reserve auction, but wanted $25k) Would not sell the car unless I paid more, made up lies about what was posted on the auction. They do not have to sell the car for the price won. They refused to follow through with the transaction. We did have interaction and I did win a car. I did send deposit like stated in auction and my bank contact information to complete the deal. Which they where suppose to hold up to and bragged they did not have to hold to the agreed deal through ebay. Deal at your own risk of wasting time and money for lies. Run your own car fax also, they will have one listed without red flags which are now on the car! He also wants me to take this down because it shows how he does business. He is going to sue me if I do not take this review down, he tries to bully to get his way. As people say, pictures are worth a thousand words and here is how this person is!

I went looking for a car in the under $4000 range. Sadly the one car I saw online had damage at the driver door. A Honda Fit manual. I asked about it and was told Carfax said it didnt have a problem. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and the car was waged between 2 trucks so one would need to be moved. I passed on the drive since it had a strong order of tobacco.

We droped off the car we just bought from mg motors.so they can service the transmission.when we go to up the car we just bought.they told use the car was stolen from there mechanic shops.be careful if u buy a car from them.it might disappear from the shop.

The person whom responded to an inquiry about a vehicle was very...flat. Only advised me that the vehicle was still available,which I already knew. There was no offer to answer questions nor was there an offer to set up a time to see the vehicle. A question that I posed was answered rather shortly, and when I suggested setting up a time to see the vehicle I was only told (again) that it was available. If this is how prospective customers are handled, especially ones interested in a vehicle that is selling slowly and has price dropped twice, I cant say that Im very impressed.I may go still see it because it looks liike a good deal (who knows, there may be a reason they cant move the thing, but first impressions are not good.

I went there because I was looking for an suv and they had mostly suvs on there lot and theyre close to where I live. I admit I was a bit skeptical, being a former used car salesman myself. George was my salesperson. I bought a GMC Yukon XL with 111,000 miles. Right after I bought it, I noticed some vibration as I decelerated, and I brought it to Georges attention. He not only repaired the problem (torque converter and motor mounts), but because the mechanic took so long to diagnose and repair the problem, George CALLED ME and offered me a loaner suv FREE OF CHARGE. I consider that 5 star service.

I purchased my son a 2005 Ford Expedition from them in June. Apparently when they received it, the A/C was blown and they replaced the compressor. When it was purchased the vehicle was still having some issues and they assured us that they would give my son a limited warranty covering the compressor in the event that it failed.Within 24 hours the check engine light was on. They had my son bring the vehicle back in, replaced the compressor (I paid the labor ($240) since I negotiated a lower price from them with the agreement that I would cover labor on it) and they gave it back.24 hours later the check engine light was on again. My son took it into an Autozone and the clerk who assisted in pulling the codes was very knowledgeable listened/looked at the SUV and told him it sounded like there was a vacuum leak. The dealer ended up replacing the throttle intake and all the vacuum hoses which corrected the issue.Three weeks later my wife asked me to look at the SUV since she felt that the A/C was blowing warm. I went out and agreed with what she said and attempted to recharge the system, figuring that the dealer had failed to put anything in with all the back and forth. I could not get a reading with the personal hand held can sold to consumers. So I took the vehicle into a mechanic and asked them to charge the system.Once they hooked it up to their system it became apparent that there was a problem. After talking with me and getting a brief history they did what they could and reschedule me to bring the SUV back the following Monday so they could do a full diagnostic on the A/C system. Monday rolls around, the SUV gets dropped off and I go home. A few hours later I get a call and it isnt a happy call.Remember that statement above the A/C was blow and they replaced the compressor? Well that is all they replaced. Unfortunately in todays vehicles when a compressor blows you can and usually do experience something called Black Death which is when the teflon rings of the compressor get munched into a fine dust mixed with a nice hot oil and refrigerant and there you have it. This was pushed through the rest of the system, clogging it.When they replaced the compressor they should have replaced the rest as well. But since they did not, I get to and I get to replace the compressor since it is now fouled and damaged as well. So there goes another $1250+ of my hard earned money.So between the fact that the A/C system was halfway shot, the DVD player does not work, the back vent system for the A/C does not blow to the top vents, the radio does not always turn off when you close the door after turning the SUV off and remove the key the great deal that the dealer supposedly gave me was exactly what you would expect from a stereotypical used car lot and used car salesman.The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the work they did on the throttle intake, beyond that I feel like I have been ridden hard and abused.

I went to mgmotors they are very nice guys and good sellers, they were welcoming me gently, they have always good cars in good condition, they are helpful and knowlegable they answered all my questions. I recommend mgmotors for everyone.

Dealership is small and sketchy. Car I purchased, BMW X5, was misrepresented online. Images used lighting to cover up a large scratch on the door, dealer did not disclose it until after I had flown out to purchase the vehicle. I repeatedly asked if there were flaws and was told there were none. Vehicle had mismatched tires which wound up being defective and costing a lot to replace. The dealership didnt have the emissions test done before I got there, had to take the time and gas to drive over and get the test done. In fact I almost drove away and they had to flag me down before I drove off to let me know they still needed to have the car pass emissions. What if it didnt pass? Water pump went out shortly after purchase as well. Most importantly however, dealer mailed the title to me and it wasnt notarized. For a dealership you would think they would know that is needed. There is a clear space on the title for it and it is clearly stated on the title that a notary is required. I had to overnight the title back to them at my expense. They stated they would take care of it and overnight it back so I could get the vehicle registered before the temporary registration expires. Dealer failed to do that as well. I am now without a car for a few days because of their simple lack of caring and effort. Would not recommend this dealership to a friend nor would I purchase from here. Read some other reviews, youll see other similar negative experiences. Avoid.EDIT after owner response: They are quoting a text from the day I purchased. Further, the negligence was on the sellers end, as they had no idea the title had to be notarized...an AZ title...from their own state. Apparently they had never sold a car before. All I can say with these guys is they are uneducated at best, and despite them willing to go the extra distance to get a sale, they dont inform you of the condition of the vehicle correctly. Just read their response as a great example after all you drove it A COUPLE THOUSAND MILES... Apparently to them 2,000 miles is a lot lol. So bottom line is they sell you a car, leave you unable to register it, and then tell you that you are the negligent one even though they can sign their own states title. Good luck.Do the math, its a rinky dink car lot for a reason. If they were honest and behaved like a true business they would come off looking a lot more professional. Warning to all buyers, shop elsewhere.

:: MUST READ ::So my bf and I purchased a 2008 Kia Sorento through this dealership. Asked George if there was anything wrong with the car. We were told it was in great condition with no problems, took it for a test drive and it ran great....for about 2 days. On an Uber run in the middle of having customers in the car, the car dies and wont start. We ended up having it towed at our expense. Called George the next day, they came and picked it up and was in shop for 2 days. They said it was the air hose that needed to be replaced and that, that was something they wouldnt have seen coming to happen. Alright... so we decided after that to go and get a diagnostic done on the car to find out what ELSE is wrong with it. Took it to FireStone to just get a quote: Tie rods, brakes, and belt tensioner were all bad. They said because those had nothing to do with their warranty theyd charge us for the labor. So I started looking into Arizona Lemon Laws. And in Google this is the first thing I saw.. and I quote : Used Cars. Under the Arizona lemon law, your used car is covered for the first 15 days or 500 miles after your purchase, whichever comes first. If your car breaks during this period, youll need to contact the manufacturer or an authorized dealer. You may be required to pay up to $25 for the first 2 repairs required.These guys tried saying that the Lemon Law is only for engine or tranny problems. But you can clearly read right here if your car breaks so then I read a little deeper on the DMV website. Said the same thing. Yet they still denied it. And with the repairs and the so called discounts they gave us came to over $300! What happened to Lemon Law?? So I gave them one last chance...When they turned us down again, I let them know I was calling KGUN9 to get a reporter out, but unfortunately it being a Friday before New Years after 5pm no one was available til Tuesday. My bf contacted Lemon Law lawyers whos profession is this kind of thing, and the BBB has been contacted. After this whole ordeal they brought down the price to $100.00 but refuse to do any more repairs on it, voiding THEIR contract with us. George was actually the most calm out of all of this. The person to avoid is Mo. He is extremely unprofessional and rude and has no problem belittling you.Please if you buy a car from here bring with you a diagnostic and fully check the car through a professional shop! Buyers beware... I wouldnt recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.
