Wont let you test drive unless you pay a non refundable deposit. Wont let you take vehicle to have it inspected. Your mechanic can come to the lot. David my salesperson was nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. I did buy a truck. My advice, look carefully at the vehicle. If you have a mechanic or knowledgeable person bring them along. Worth a steak dinner. Owners manual I had hands on dissapeared from the truck.

I went and I had bought a truck from this establishment on December 2, 2019. I was quickly greeted by Satchel who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. It did take me a couple days due to credit checks and figuring out which vehicle I really wanted and would best fit my needs. Any issues I had were quickly addressed and corrected; We were even offered a killer discount. I recently bought a truck from them. Within 3 days the truck was making a loud squeaky noise. I took it back they said they couldn’t find where it was coming from so they weren’t going to do anything about it. So I took it to another mechanic they told me that the suspension was broken and the control arms were also broken. I told the dealership and they said they weren’t going to do anything about it. They knowingly knew what was wrong with the truck. And sold it as it was. If you buy a vehicle from here I recommend to immediately take it to another mechanic.

Looking to buy a leisure vehicle something on the lot caught my eye. I believe the sure manager was very nonchalant I almost didnt come back but the car really peaked my interest. Came back another guy Satchel a great guy very good salesman upfront and honest have me a closer look at the vehicle more info and history standup guy The bright spot of the whole experience and there only reason I dont rate this place as I hate it. He was too good to be at this location.. He shows me the car I like want to take the next step he shows me his honesty and character the way he delivered the company practice of not doing test drives unless you are pre qualified and can really but the vehicle..... This is the first Ive ever heard of such procedures but great salesman I like the car I leave go to the bank start my loan process. They call me a couple hours later saying Im approved I only ask for 15k in case something blows me away but I am really just looking for something nice to enjoy for the short term.... Really thinking less than 10k for this moment. Whatever while at the bank they run the book on the car tell me what they would give me for the car....8700 going to be generous and say they are charging 9100 saying 10k out the door including taxes tags and titles sounds fair Bank was concerned they were asking 400 over book but the price seems fair enough.... Even after getting pee approved they would not give me a test drive with out fully committing to buy the car.... I was on the phone with my sister and she was floored when he broke the news. And this is me ignoring all of the reviews and horror stories they write off because they are covered by law after 15 days... Needless to say that I was probably going to buy that car turned into I will never go there again...edit changed my rating because of owners dismissive comment

I found the truck that I wanted at the price I could afford. The sales manager gave us the best price for us and Tim, our sales man went well above and beyond anything we expected. I did not really feel the typical sales pressure and was completely comfortable in the atmosphere. A real surprise from what Im used to and satisfied with my purchase. Great job guys.

Very dissatisfied purchased a truck and after two weeks check engine light came on. I took the vehicle back to be fixed but nothing was done and the 4x4 service light came on when I got it back. I spoke with one of the representatives and he told me it would be to costly to replace the issue even though it was still with in the 4 weeks. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again.Wow talk about shady I never called ? Then why would I have dropped the vehicle off for over three days waiting on you guys to Supposedly fix the time sensor issue only for the same check engine light to come on for the same issue a few days later then brought it back and I was told it was a very costly repair and may not even be the issue. Truly a rip off save your money go to a reputable dealer not to a place that clearly cuts corners and then doesn’t own up to it’s mistakes.

A year later Ive put over $1000 into it. Told them a month into it, they never returned calls or offered to help fix it! Traded in a perfectly good Honda. No wonder they dropped the price!!

Was in a situation where i needed to upgrade to a full size truck. Took my old 93 ranger into the truck stop because i heard they buy old trucks. While there i ended up checking out the nice selection of trucks on the lot and tim came out to help me. Tim was extremely helpful in all aspects, answered all my questions, helped with my trade in, and my financing. I ended up test driving a really nice low miles 1999 ford f150, on the test drive i noticed there was some jumping in the front end when you brake, turned out to have some bad wheel bearings, rotors, and brakes. Tim was quick to replace the wheel bearings, rotors, and brakes and get me on my way in my awesome new (to me) truck! Ive had it a little over a week now and couldnt be happier with it, would definitely do business here again and recommend the truck stop.

Worst experience I had with buying a truck. I bought a truck through these guys and after the 15 day 500 miles was up and it was a month after buying the truck my transmission blew and I had to pay 4K to get it fixed not to mention I didn’t even get a good price on the truck. I told these guys about it and they refused to help because the az lemon law was up.

What id like to know is....where in the hell, do they come up with these prices? Id rather deal with craigslist and not pay 18k for a 92 Ford ranger sporting a cool 275k miles. And then on top of this, he wanted to add the price of the lift on the truck....
