From what I know the woman I have meet and bought my stuff from was nice woman, and the boss I heard interesting things from ex workers, as they may have said stuff out of angry, but as a boss I did see a man who was looking for one of your ex coworkers you might wanna look in to that not safe fr your present ones fyi and apologize as heartbreaks makes people act out... again apologize... Disappointed that they had no inventory on site. They said it would take 3 hours to make an arrangement the same day. They did have some chocolates available, but that was it. The employees seemed nice, but didn’t look like they were doing much.
Very rude. Called back 3 times and customer service was always unpleasant. Not willing to help. Would never use this service. Buy a tennis bracelet over this service and product. #chopurownfreshfruit. #noattitude
This place advertises same day delivery available that is if the driver is available if they have enough product if if if?? Save your time go somewhere else if you want same day or next day delivery. If you decide to make sure it’s at 8 AM when the manager who is the only one that can make a decision to see if it can be completed.
The fruit is delicious. The arrangements are stunning. Sweet treats are also really good.
Ordered a platter of chocolate dipped fruit with balloons as a grad gift on line earlier today, it arrived a few hours later. The graduate loved it. Thanks for excellent service!
If I could give no stars I would!Customer service was awful from the very beginning! I called March 17 to make an arrangement for my sis who lives in Tucson. First off the lady taking my order wasn’t very specific in any way. I ordered a bouquet of chocolates covered strawberries and pineapples, was told $60 would be my total, I tried paying with my card, it was declined; when asked for my info again payment was successful, customer rep was so quick to say her goodbyes she didn’t give me a confirmation number or any other information to make me comfortable with my order, so I asked if she could email me a receipt of some sort; she says yes and asks for my email. When given she said I’d receive the email in 5 after hanging up. When we disconnected I went to my bank statements where it said the total had come out to be $80!!! The customer rep failed to mention the $5 service fee and the $14.99 delivery fee! Not that the price matters, I just like to know what I’m spending!! Back to the email part I had to call back to ask for her to resend it because she must have gotten a letter off in my email the first time! (Which can all simply be prevented by repeating back important info one time for accuracy) When given the email the second tune 2 seconds after hanging up I received my receipt! On top of all of this, I simply asked for the delivery driver to give me a call when arriving to my sis so she can open the gate for him/her. The delivery driver calls me in frustration in her voice stating she was headed to my sister and was wondering why she needed to call me when my sisters number was also there. Gave me a huge amount of attitude and hung up. And of course for the cherry on the cake they delivered a plain as day bouquet for $80 that had no chocolate, pure fruit! 🤣 for $80!!!! I’m flabbergasted and will never use this location again!
I’ve ordered and loved arrangements from here in the past, but I am quite disappointed in their practices amid the COVID pandemic. From a corporate standpoint, they seem to be taking action, but within the store, execution is lacking. Masks are currently mandatory inside per local government ordinance and the employee that helped me came out of the back without one. She realized I had mine and went to the back to grab hers, but it felt like getting it was a hassle for her. I’m now hesitant to eat my $50 strawberries because I don’t trust that they were prepared following local health and safety laws if this company is not enforcing health department mandates. The same unmasked employee handed me a pen and asked me to sign for the order. So much for contactless pickup! I will be finding other alternatives for gifts in the future!
Im giving 2 stars because the online ordering was easy and quick. I would have given 5 but your delivery driver is terrible. She is very rude. I usually do not complain but this is the 2nd time Ive had her deliver and both times she has been terribly rude. I wish I lived closer to the orange grove location because there they treat me well.
Never try to edible arrangements before send my hubby a Valentines day edible arrangement gift I understand with the fruit takes money and so does making it but I would did not like how small the value was what I paid for. Couple of the fruits were bad couple of them will not close to being ready
I just called them to send me emails of different arrangements... and they said they do not that? she told me 2 go on to my website! that is terrible customer service!!! thanks but no thanks I was trying to send my dentist a thank you for an amazing job on my Veneers. I guess I will go spend $200 somewhere else

Literally walked in, no menu. Phone was ringing off the hook and no one was in there whatsoever...all i wanted was a smoothie. Guess not.
Absolute rude customer service over the phone. Whoever the women is that answers phones should find a new line of work, disgusting and unprofessional behavior.
Zero stars is more appropriate. Thoroughly disappointed in this location and Edible Arrangements customer service. The birthday gift I ordered for delivery (less than 6 miles from the store) was unsuccesful (even though the recipient was home the entire day until 5:30pm). The driver left a note at the delivery address at 5:52pm with no attempt to call the recipient (even though permission to call was given).I only received a call back from Celeste at the store the following morning, after I submitted a feedback form online to Edible Arrangements about my complaint. She stated the driver tried calling on delivery day (not true, because I checked with the recipient). Her solution was to wait for the recipient to call them to arrange for a delivery time or pickup at the store, OR cancel the order (but Edible Arrangements would keep the delivery fee of $14.99, for a birthday gift delivery that they did not fulfill).Neither option made the situation right. The special birthday moment was lost, along with my business and respect.
