Does anybody actually work here?! Went on a Friday at about 4:30pm (they indicate online that they are open until 6pm) and nobody was there. I went back the following day and they only had one person working. She couldnt tell me which vehicles were for sale or not, what the milage on them were, or anything at all, stating that isnt her job. She just handed me a bunch of keys and a dealer plate and basically just told me to go figure it out. At this point Im not really even sure if they sell cars here! What the hell is going on at your dealership Mr. Silverman?

Great dealership with no pressure sales pitch at all. Came in after seeing a clean low mileage Z/28 online. I took it for a test drive as well as a low mileage Challenger. Ended up buying the Challenger. Josh was super easy to deal with, I told him what down payment I had and what monthly payment amount I wanted to stay under. He was able to get me a great interest rate and monthly payments well under my limit. Of course my excellent credit and large down payment helped as well. 😆 Great selection of clean, lower mileage used vehicles available. Ive already recommended a friend and his wife stop in as it was honestly one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. It is so nice and refreshing when you can go onto a car lot and not be mugged by salesman. They are there to help but the wont smother you. While I did not get the truck I looked at (not their fault, just various issues with the truck), I have zero gripes about this place. Thank you for not smothering me and letting me make my own choice.

I just went there trying to buy a vehicle for my mother in law and no one came out.2 guys in the back saw us and we walked the lot. Saw 2 cars we liked.... they ignored us and a lady got our of the building and looked at us.We looked at more cars and she parked in the lot next door and kept looking at us but didnt say anything.I guess they must be rolling in money that no one came out. Cash in hand but I guess if they dont want to come out to say anything we can take our 15k cash somewhere else.Sad to see businesses like this. Goodluck with your sale people but if they dont want to come out and ask questions. How are you doing, what are you looking for, how may I help you or anything then they can go out of business.

My son bought his first car here in the end of May 2020 and so far he has not had any issues with it. As for the customer service, we did not have any issues with the salesman, Reg Obie. He did not pressure us or push us toward any particular car. When my son saw the car he liked, he gave us the dealership plate to test drive it. When we were ready to discuss how much my son was willing to spend, he was very receptive and was able to give us a fair price. Reg made my sons first time buying experience very positive.

Worst customer service ever encountered.My brother and I had been in contact with Josh for 3 days regarding a vehicle that had been posted on offer up. We had advised him we were coming from Mesa, and planned our trip accordingly.When we arrived at Tuscon Auto Sales we were met by an apathetic Josh, who basically threw a dealer plate at us and told “here you go”. We took the car out, trying to ignore the awkwardness of our first encounter, and absolutely loved the vehicle. No complaints there.Upon returning, he asked if we were interested in buying it and led us back to his office. The vehicle had a different sticker price, so when I asked he rudely interrupted me and declared the offer up price was correct. While he’s getting the final cost, he starts taking other sales calls and pretty much ignores our questions. He then practically throws a calculator at us, showing us the total price out the door. We asked if there was any wiggle room, as we would be paying cash to which we were met with another shrug and a “nope, this is what KBB lists it as and I’m not willing to budge, but you can finance the rest”.Fine, I get it. You have a business to run. I’m not even upset about the price or not purchasing the vehicle. What I’m bothered by is the lack of simple customer service and respect for customers. We drove 2 hours to come look at this vehicle, and weren’t even met with a simple “hello” or even “goodbye”. At the end of the day, I’m happy I didn’t purchase the vehicle because I wouldn’t want Tuscon Auto Sales to have my money.If I could give you 0 stars, I would.

The employees here are super shady and I would not expect much going here. I called and applied for a vehicle which they had said was still available, ran my credit and went the whole nine yards, they had said at closing time to call back the next day. I called back the next day as directed and a dude told me he sold the exact vehicle the day before, after they conveniently already pulled my credit. To me, that’s not how you do business.....

Bought a 03 Ford Taurus in July, first week fuel pump needed replace, 1 month after purchase needed a new alternator and battery, valve cover gasket set replaced, new air filter. Not impressed with the staff being truthful about the autos they are selling. Nothing but problems with this car since day 1

We bought the 2004 honda crv and we had no idea what repairs it needed. i checked the carfax and it looked fine. we had no idea when the last oil change was done, it needs an ac fix and right passenger half shaft was ripped. it should have been repaired before selling the car.next time be honest and tell customers what it might need to be done. Its kinda considered a lemon.. ugh i wish the repairs were done before the car was sold!

I recently purchased a truck from TAS after finding it through USAA’s Car Buying Service. Josh and his staff exceeded my expectations in every way. Was looking for a car told the sellers and credit manager what I was looking for even with great credit they were making me pay 25 percent of the car down . What a terrible dealer I went to the next one down and got me a car for 0 down and 160 a month and 3 months no payments . This guys don’t like to sale. And the down payment is not for the banks like they say it’s how the dealer gets money . The prices are good but check the car fax some cars have accidents reported

I have into vehicles from Josh Silverman first one had a gas leak he didn’t want to pay to get it fixed for me had that car two weeks the second car I had it had wheel bearing issues no air-conditioning and the airbag light was on I found out that they weren’t working I asked him to fix all the problems he ignored me I reported him to the Tucson general attorney generals office they sent them a letter I didn’t know when they got it they signed it and said everything was good between me and Josh that was a lie I still address the issues he didn’t want to take care of the issues so yesterday 73 2019 I have a fuel issues now I really don’t know where it’s leaking I had just the issue with him and he’s at a town so please be aware of buying a car from him he’ll tell you one thing that you owe him and you have the proof that you only owe him a certain amount and he’s gotten much more money out of me that I should’ve paid him

Super dealership! I talked to josh for a year before he found me a great deal on a 2015 Nissan Altima. He got me a great interest rate that was better than any bank including my own credit union. The vehicle did have a few minor non-mechanical issues and one minor pending code taken from the OBD, so if you plan on buying from make sure your inspection of the vehicle is thorough to avoid any surprises. Luckily, Josh and the crew are reasonable and willing to work with you and repair what you mention to them about the vehicle.
