Amazing coffee! When strolling in the mall I love sipping on a white chocolate mocha latte. I love the vast range of coffee mugs they have to choose from there. And I hate to admit that Im a junkie mug because its like a candy shop to me! If you are a coffee lover, you should not miss going here!

This place was great and I would recommend to very one. I don’t drink coffee but I loved there flavored tea. Their lemon pound cake was delicious.

Ive only had this coffee once before, all the way in Islamabad. Given this, I was surprised to find it in Tucson, at the mall no less. That said, it is just as good. The mocha was perfect, and the beans make a good drip. Too bad there isnt one in Phoenix.

Local own business; honestly what else do I need to say? And definitely not as expensive as other leading competitors, plus you still have the great quality that you paid for!

Sorry Starbucks, theres no way you can hold a candle to this place. Their coffee is awesome.

Closed due to construction but the business wasnt courteous enough to update their information on Google. It was the only reason my wife and I even went to the mall.

Their frappes are delicious! Also appreciate all of the gift mugs they offer. Have bought quite a few for family and friends over the years. The only thing I feel Gloria Jeans Coffee is lacking is a better pastry selection. Otherwise the staff are great and the coffee is delicious!

Ive been going to this place for 15 plus years and usually purchase the flavored coffee beans,-- they have the best butter toffee whole beans. Anyway, its very friendly and has a local coffee shop feel. I love Starbucks too, but they are lacking the cozy feel of this this place. Nevertheless, I always enjoy speaking to their long-time employees.

This place is so much BETTER THAN STARBUCKS👍 the wait isnt long, employees there are very friendly and helpful. Drinks are simple and creative!! I am always a returning customer and am very satisfied when I leave the shop with my drink.

New Year’s Day was my first time going to Gloria Jeans, I had a pleasant experience. The barista I guess you would say was awesome and made my sandwich to near perfection. Today 1/4/18 I walk in to order the same exact item and the “new” hire responds to me that she “doesn’t know how to make the sandwich” It’s literally egg, cheese, & bacon on a bagel. Personally I don’t think it’s a good move on the company’s end to hire someone who is apparently unable to make a sandwich I’ve been capable of making since I was 5. Hopefully this gets resolved.

Not only does this place have the best coffee but they also have the best smoothies way way better than Starbucks for the same amount of money you get about 8 more Oz of drink compared to Starbucks iced down 8 oz for a 20 oz drink. Located in the Tucson mall upstairs from Cinnabon

I always buy my coffee syrups there because they have the best prices and selection. When they dont have the flavor I want, they order it for me. :)

Service is great. You can browse a collection of unique and special tea pots and cups.

I have been around the US and this is by FAR the most amazing coffee Ive ever tasted in my life. I had a soy pumpkin spice latté with caramel and it was perfection. I ordered from a young Indonesian woman who was very nice and helpful to us. I cant wait to go to Tucson again -_-

Yesterday 1/3/18 I stood in line with one person ahead of me and no one else in there. There were two girls attending neither acknowledge my presence. After the person ahead of was helped I was still ignored. I stood in line for 4 more minutes. I turned around and left. Bad business etiquette. Not acknowling potetial customers will ruin your business. First time there, i will NEVER go back.

Worst coffee Ive ever had. Didnt listen to what I requested. When I asked them to remake it, they remade it exactly the same. Gave up in the end and went to Starbucks.

The baristas always try to be quick so that you get your coffee hot. I love that they open an hour earlier than the mall stores.Being a mall employee during Christmas I wish they opened earlier still during holiday hours (they opened when the same time other stores did so I wasnt spoiled with good morning coffee).I prefer GJ lattes over the competition in the mall.

Went today and the employee had a bad attitude! Didnt catch her name but was worried she would do something to our drink because of how annoyed she was when we asked for something as simple as coconut milk instead of regular milk in our coffee.

Always stop here when at the Tucson Mall. Good drinks and extras.

The three girls working there all ignored me and when I finally got their attention I was charged over $5 for a small frap. Then they continued to whisper to each other and served me an over sweetened drip coffee that was so bad I wanted to spit out the only sip of it I took before trashing it. Their service and drinks are garbage.

Had A large white chocolate mocha coffee 32 ounce it was ok a little weak but probably because it was so large.

Oh my goodness. I went to this location yesterday hoping to get my coffee in peace, what I found was loud and horrible work ethics! I was in line, waiting to order when the shorter, dark hair girl started to yell at a blonde girl, all the while, leaving the other girl worker alone to tend to the many customers and myself, who I should say was apologetic and very nice. The shorter, dark hair girl was very rude, making a scene, and didnt mind that people were staring at her argument that made no sense. When she was fed up with her, she locked the blonde girl in the back room! Im never coming to this location ever again. I left without getting my coffee.

I like the Mocha here. I am not a fan of Starbucks over hyped overpriced crap but this place is much better and half the cost.
