This is a horrible company, Nothing but lies Rich the manager and Dave Markzon will rip you off and promise you the world They know nothing about customer service nor do they care. They have no product knowledge or even service contracts stay away from this crooked business at all cost. They will put your company in leasing positions and not allow you to get your buy out when your done you have paid 4 times the amount the machine is worth do yourself a favor go buy a machine from Office Depot and save hundreds and your sanity at the same time
