I couldn’t believe there’s people exist like those kind manger who feels the power and they over use it I hope the Corporate realise how I get treated as a customer while I have my wife and my little baby while the manger yelling at me to leave the parking lot since I am short on stuff I’m driving myself and here’s what I see how driver been treated seriously in piolt/Flaying J property as international account holder I wasn’t happy at all even while I try to leave this woman start taken pic for me I hope she ok mentally!!

Very nice place to stop. Huge variety of beverages and food. They sell a little bit of everything here. Very clean and professional.

Jacob and manager were pros. Used to be a Shell station just 3 months ago but there are no signs of that anywhere. Total redesign and upgrade for the better. There’s a Subway with a nice sized dining area. Plenty of gas pumps out front but only 3 for larger vehicles needing diesel. They also have at least 10 Tesla charging stations 👍🏽

Was told you can only park for 4 hours. No signage anywhere that states that.

Nice spot. I’m not sure how long this place has been here but it is definitely new. I stopped in here take my 30 minute break and I really like this place. It has all the products available that a full size truck stop has, with the exception of a large parking area. There is room for about 8 trucks and a couple more spots along the curb. I’ll be stopping in here more often. Even has a Tesla charging station.

Nice little Pilot, a lot to choose from, I was shocked, pretty well organized, clean, just no bean to here yet.

Besides only having 4 diesel fuel islands & 9 official big rig parking spots, nothing else feels Express... This is a great format to add more safe havens for truckers!!

Kinda dangerous they have a case filled with beautiful crystal figures!! Go in for a soda, come out $70 later lol..I will be going back for more tho lol

Stopped to get gas in the early morning hours. Was unable to use pumps 1-5 as there was a group of teenagers using those bays as their private area to hang out. Had to use the last three pumps as the rest were used by actual customers. When the prompt came to skip the rewards card entry, the button on the last two pumps did not work so I could not proceed to get gas. Tried a third pump and my card was rejected and had to see the cashier. When I advised the cashier of the issue with the pumps all she stated was that they were old. If your going to run a business you should probably not allow kids to block your pumps so they can hang out after curfew (talking regular local ordinance not COVID related) and your equipment should be in working order.

You can get all type of things at this location. They have cool things for your cars, they have food and drinks, they even have a Subway on the inside the breakfast and lunch or dinner.

Excellent customer service, very clean and organized. Everything I could want in a truck stop! If they add even more parking spots and showers then will be even more amazing 😎😁

I was just in there after a long day at work and heard the manager i think her name was sandra yell at her employee and reprimand her in front of the whole store. It was extremely unproffesional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I just set my stuff down and left. It was horrible and I felt horrible for the young employee she was belittling. @Pilot you should do better.

Many times card readers dont work and they dont use yellow tape to alert customers. If the card readers do work, you have to punch in your PIN. I complained to the cashier and she didnt care.

I wish I got the name of the man at the serving counter for Subway! He was amazing! Nice to have friendly people to meet when traveling long distances. I agree with the other reviewer who said that the air and water price of $1.75 seems a bit high even for the very convenient location of the machine. Small, irrelevant complaint for a well maintained gas station with great service!

Great staff with excellent help, although the truck-stop is open 24/7. The Subway was closed & I was hungry this morning!

Super clean, good gas prices, big store with lots of stuff, really great spot right off I-10 in Rita Ranch next to Burger King, awesome place.

Went in to pick up drinks. Clerks were wearing masks but no one was enforcing the mask mandate - multiple customers without masks throughout the store. When I asked the clerk why they were allowing this, she completely ignored me. Clearly pilot puts profit over public health. Unacceptable.

Great gas prices, clean bathrooms, Subway restaurant inside, electric car charging stations and big selection of trucker needs and every day essentials for being a mini truck stop. I stop here at least 3 x weekly as a busy mom. The staff is super friendly also.

The thing that really blows me away about the Southwest is that everybody is so kind and cool and easy going. Maybe it has something to do with the heat. Great customer service!

Great place to stop. Subway is great and right next door is a new Burger King. The Pilot employs are great. Still have idiots that sit on the fuel island for 30 mins or more. They need to start fining these morons.

Plenty of pumps and a few Tesla Supercharging stations as well. Solid selection of drinks and snacks inside, and if those arent enough to satisfy your hunger, theres a Subway in the same building and a Burger King right next door. Place is kept clean and staff is attentive and friendly.

Clean rest rooms. Refilled a soda in a circle k big gulp cup and was asked by the clerk when I went up to pay if that was a refill? They have the styrofoam cups or insulated cups. My mind immediately thought of Bill Engvall, here is your sign.

We found a quiet spot to spend the night and the bathrooms were really clean. A good place for us truckers.

Some of the staff didnt have pride enough to make sure patrons had toilet paper. Bad design for trucks in and out. Cheaper fuel than in town.

The rest rooms where clean the staff were super friendly and I got to see a Tesla in person for the first time since theyre is like a charger station there

Terrible customer service. 5:00 a.m is when I go here. Been here about 10 times and every single time this crew is rude are as rude as they come. Today was the last time I will be here. The girl behind the counter was reading something as I stood there waiting to check out. She clearly saw me waiting. I finally said “excuse me, do you work here”? She said “yea, hold on”. Every time I come here they are rude and act like they are doing you a favor. I will sacrifice the convenience and drive a mile north to the next gas station from now on.

Great if your just fueling use restroom get coffee and back on the road.

Got to Pilot Express around 11am and I asked one of the workers if they had a certain product that i was looking for, she said “I don’t know look for it yourself.” I asked one of the girls at front desk who she was and she told me that she was the head manager Vitoria. Very poor customer service! I’ve been to a lot of Pilot Gas Station all over the U.S. and out of all of them this one provided the worst customer service experience! I will no longer be going to this gas station!!

No parking for RVs--big rigs only. Just wanted a bite to eat, but one of us had to walk thru Burger King while the other stayed in the truck, in case we needed to move for one of the 18-wheelers who was needing fuel.Fortunately the driveway to the pumps at the rear of the property was wide enough for us to make a u-turn with our 5th wheel, and head back to the road.Last issue was getting out and on our way while a big rig was pulling in. Entry is not wide enough to have two rigs enter and exit at the same time. Thankfully some understanding motorists stopped in the street to allow us to trade places with the big rig.

Do not park your semi here the managers are having drivers towed .helping tow company make money off drivers and their companies

To many reserved parking spots and the parking spots are a little short for the big rigs these days.

Went in around 7pm start was friendly and inviting one employee (cheryl) was a great help and I must say I want her to be the face of my business over all a great place

I have been here at least 5 times and the crew is rude and not verry helpful. I see now from other reviews this is a trend here. Now I know and will not be returning.

Always come in about 11-1 my lunch hour place is great always smells cllean delicious hot chocolate and hot dogs however yesterday I came in to grab a drink as I aproached the soda fountain I observed a few soda cups that were on the floor some manager ladylwith dirty blonde hair comes up picks up the cups and put them back in the holder for 1 that is disgusting why would some one not have any common sense I dont get it so I enformed another manager short lady with glasses and she was astonished apologized for the inconvenience but that still wont change the fact of what the situation may have been needless to say Ill be sticking with the bottled drinks for the fridge
