I cannot get over this transformation!! Juan @ Granite Guys was awesome to work with, extremely patient and explained the process every step of the way. They were timely and organized. Juan provided us with examples and a small sample of the granite we chose. He communicated easily, by phone and text. There were no hidden fees. Our original bar was not constructed well or leveled. He came up with a creative solution. The seams are completely seamless! He had to point it out to me. I cried happy tears with the result. Its really perfect.Juan and his partner made a super stressful situation easy. They were professional, respectful, safe and super patient. I would absolutely recommend them every time!

Before making any upgrades to my home, I read reviews. Granite Guys had great reviews and now I see why. Juan was attentive and accommodating the minute we walked into the showroom. He was punctual and professional. He came one day measured and removed the old laminate tops. One week later, the new granite tops were installed. They are exactly what we wanted and are beautiful.

A great experience with Granite Guys! From the second we first reached out all the way through to install, everything went smooth. Juan is so easy to work with, he listened to our concerns, he told us the timeline and price and stuck to it. He could always be reached via text message. He even texted us photos of the two slabs we’d be using before fabrication. He wore a mask at all times while inside the house. We had some very particular requirements about the sink, and he worked very hard to find one that met our requirements. The finished product was very high quality. The fabrication was great. Edges are very even. Caulking is smooth and professional. We are delighted. Juan and his team transformed our ugly kitchen to something beautiful.

My husband and I were recommended Granite Guys by close and mutually frugal friends. Our aging counter tops were in need of an update, but we wanted to keep our old 1970’s cabinets, which are not the new standard sizing. Juan and his company custom cut our new granite countertops to fit our old cabinets and even accommodated a new end cabinet/ shelf we built to cap off the removal of cabinets that used to take up the center of our kitchen. Juan and his partner even leveled and installed that custom end cap for us! I was particularly impressed at the level of detail that was given when encountering issues with the old cabinets, making sure everything was squared, tight and level despite crooked walls and uneven floors. We were told it would be a quick install, but it ended up being a half a day job. But, that is exactly what you want, if you’re looking for quality work… they took the time to install our countertops correctly. I would like to mention that they showed up 30 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment, so they are definitely punctual…a big plus. Granted this is day one with our new countertops, and I’ll update if there are any issues. We don’t have a fancy house, but it sure feels fancy now! I don’t usually do reviews, but a company that offers outstanding customer service, is local to Tucson, and has very reasonable pricing despite all the inflation going on…I’ll give them a thumbs up.

I brought in a piece of granite to have cut for a custom, built-in desk. They sent someone out to measure the space for free to make sure that the cut was perfect. They also had the cut done days earlier than we had agreed to have it done by. They threw in a backsplash for free - which was also perfectly cut and polished. The install went smoothly thanks to their excellent work. Easy to work with, very quick, and a great product - I recommend highly.

We recently moved to Tucson and remodeled the kitchen in our condo. We selected Granite Guys for our counter-tops. We picked out a selection at their shop and they came out the next day for measurements.All work was completed on time as promised. Work was done very professionally and the end result was beautiful. I had a great experience with Granit Guys. I bought a remnant to redo a bathroom and they did it when promised and were here to install on time. I appreciate that especially due to the small size of the job. I would recommend them for a small job as well as a big one.

I went and spoke to Karla at Granite Guys on a Tuesday morning. By Friday, we had new, gorgeous vanities installed and ready to go! The owner even called and lined up a plumber for us to plumb the second vanity.Granite Guys went above and beyond!

After countless visits to Home Depot, Lowes, and other granite installers, I was relieved to finally find Granite Guys. They helped me install a peninsula with granite that matched my existing countertop. Juans custom design made the addition look seamless and saved me thousands of dollars from having to replace all the countertops. The service was fast, reliable, and professional. I would definitely recommend their craftsmanship! Why go big box stores when you can get better quality, faster service, and spend less with a local business?!

I had a negative experience with the Granite Guys. They made promises and then backed out, they didnt return phone calls, and all around they set my remodel back by a few weeks. In the middle of the remodel I had to switch to another company that was polite, prompt, and actually delivered what they promised... all things I didnt experience from the Granite Guys.

Had an odd request which thay were more than happy to help me with. I was in and out in less than 10 mins.

We visited the Granite Guys early on the day we went looking for countertop material, and we were so impressed with the customer service orientation of Jonathan, the sales person, who helped us find exactly what we were looking for. However, in the spirit of looking everything, we spent the rest of the day driving around Tucson, even going to the big outdoor yards to look at hundreds of slabs. No where did we receive the personal attention that GG gave us and even though there were huge selections, very few even came close to what we asked for and saw at GG. So, we went back at GG the next day, working with Juan, the owner, and his staff; they were absolutely devoted to helping us get what was right for us. Jonathan even discouraged us from getting one expensive, beautiful piece of granite because he noted that the mica chips in it have a tendency to come out after being wet over and over. Who knew? He could have just sold it to us, but thats not the way they work at GG. They want you to be satisfied and will make extra calls, offer you their best deals, and scramble to meet a tight installation deadline. When we had one minor installation irregularity, Juan rearranged his days schedule so that he could come that very day to correct the problem. As you can tell, we love these guys. Well be going back to get our kitchen countertops soon!
