We were looking for a small laundry room countertop and were told our piece we chose was a remnant so wed have to pay in cash. We needed it cut one inch and to pick it up early the next morning at THEIR request which I accommodated. On my way to pick it up, I was told it wasnt cut yet and they asked to text me when it was ready. This didnt work for me and I asked what they suggested to do. They suggested to pick it up a different day even though it was their fault it wasnt ready yet. This didnt make sense to me and told them that. I was told Im sorry. I was told that it was getting cut yesterday. It didnt and theres nothing I can do. I cant deliver for you.I offered to cut it for free. You dont have to buy it. In fact dont. its not available anymore.Unbelievable. I will highly discourage anyone from using them.

They did my Countertops for my new kitchen. It came out way better than what I expected. I will continue using them for my other projects. Thanks
