We had been looking for counter tops and just happened to walk into SCS looking for back-splashes, not knowing they also did counter tops. We were thrilled at their selection and service. Khalid was wonderful to work with, very professional, he addressed all our concerns. Everything work like clockwork, the gentleman, Jesus, came for the template and the install, on time! They surpassed our expectations. Because of the pattern, we were hoping for a good eye, and we got it. They also had the best price. Thank you Khalid and SCS Tile.

I purchased tile at SCS for the flooring of an entire house, tile for a shower, kitchen backsplash and granite counter tops for kitchen and two bathrooms. Khalid came out to measure followed by Jesus who did all of the granite work. Everything was ready for pickup by my tile installer and Jesus did an awesome job on all granite. I highly recommend SCS fir tile/granite, and Jesus to work and install the granite.

This whole team was amazing. Owner set me up with a perfect fit for both of my tiling needs. And his staff was super friendly and professional. Best pricing in town. A must if you are upgrading your home.

Difficult experience. Didnt feel welcome. Hard to get help. Owner and worker seemed disinterested. Its a chore to get someone to give you a price. On the bright side they do have some great looking tiles.

The owner only wants to sell product on the floor not what you ate looking for or what may be appropriate for your job. Very frustrating as he does not listen to you. Sold me bathroom shower natural stone tile that stains with health and beauty aids. Need to remove and replace

Best tile ever, best countertop ever. Kahlid knows his tiles. I walked in with a tile from my home from 1998. He said it was discontinued but showed me a comparable tile that would keep the flow without me having to take up the old tile. He saved me money, rather than trying to increase sales. He also gave me a FABULOUS deal on a BEAUTIFUL countertop. I met other people in the store that also said they kept coming back because he has great stuff you cant find anywhere else. After he measured my counters, backsplash and floors, I got all the materials from him. Even though I had someone else do the floors, and backsplash, he still gave me a great deal even though his company didnt do the work. He gave me back my money for the unused tiles. He is very pleasant and AIMS to please his customers. He bends over backwards for all his customers. His staff is wonderful as well. Even though I was moving, I wish I was staying just to have more work to get done.Jamie

Won’t ever recommend this place. Horrible customer service and had to argue with them to correct their mistakes on our kitchen tops and bathroom. Needed an extra piece for our window sill and was told they’d contact the “warehouse” to check if there was any granite left from our job. I know there was because they had to come back out and remove a piece they messed up and installed anyhow thinking we wouldn’t notice. Called them twice in theee days, never a reaponse.

Great customer service and awesome price for good material, we went to Home Depot, Lowe’s and even online and they were expensive, a friend referral us to this place and we got our tile for half the price, I highly recommend them, Thank you Khalid Mahmood.

Bought a remnant and had them fabricate a small vanity top for me. They said 10-14 days. I waited 15 and called. Thats when he says 15 business days. I wait another week and call again. Schedule for Monday. Monday I wait all day and hear nothing. 2pm I call again. He doesnt know, maybe today, maybe tomorrow.$550 for a small countertop and they cant be bothered to keep me in the loop on when I can expect it. Will not be returning. 0 stars if I could.

I used SCS tile in 2001. I was very happy with the travertine tiles I received from SCS tile. I went back 2 weeks ago and was amazed at how much the selection has expanded. I would highly recommend SCS tile. They have great support and have a huge selection.

I visited this store and got a price per square foot for tile. I asked who the manufacturer was as there was no info on the tile display. All I was told is its from Spain. Kahlid would not give me the Brand/Manufacturer or any specs on the tile...he would get for me later. He wanted me to buy the tile and I said that I first needed to have him come over to look at the floor to get an estimate for floor prep and install. Then I set up an appointment for Kahlid to come over to look at my floors for an install estimate. He was a no show. It would seem he didnt want to waste his time unless he was making the sale.

Poor customer service. He wasnt very helpful and seemed reluctant to answer our questions or give us straight answers.

Tucsons best kept secret for tile! We were referred to SCS Tile by a friend and tile installer assuring us a fantastic buying experience and the best prices in town. We were not disappointed. Terrific selections, the staff is super helpful and the price was better than wed hoped. As we plan for additional flooring and renovation projects, the one thing we know for sure, SCS is where well start.

I absolutely recommend SCS Tile for your tile work. The tile layers are very talented craftsman and delightful people. And we couldnt be more pleased with their work ethic. We did however learn that their specialty is tile; not baseboards...

I cant believe we didnt stop here sooner, it would have saved us months of disappointments and frustration.SCS Tile carries a big selection of tiles, mosaic tiles, wood flooring and granite slabs at reasonable prices. Tip, the travertine tiles are the best in Tucson. You may need to wait a bit to talk to Khalid but hes worth the wait. He is very thorough and helpful when answering your questions - something you wont find anywhere else. Khalid is very experienced and knowledgeable in his business, he takes pride in his work and it shows.When we discovered SCS Tile install tile we asked Khalid for a quote. My bathroom remodel included moving the plumbing and installing the faucets which was seamless. I appreciated that everyone was respectful of my home, left it clean and always polite. Khalid even came to our house several times to inspect the workmanship and progress. My project completed on time as promised and we are extremely please with the results. Best selection, prices, and staff in Tucson!

After looking at Home Depot, Lowes, and Arizona Tile (which is 2 doors down) for tile and everything I need for a project to convert my tub into a shower. The best price and service and in my opinion and the most knowledgeable was at SCS Tile, when I asked the owner and showed them pictures of my bathtub they knew what tile, corners etc I needed. If you live in Tucson and need tile, marble, granite for any job I would come here first!

Needed just a little bit of tile to finish a spec home. Scs is the only supplier of said tile. Khalid gave a price to order but upon pickup added an additional $150 shipping fee knowing there was nowhere else to purchase. He took advantage of the situation and us as customers. I do not recommend this supplier nor will I recommend them to any person we do business with.

What a great place to get tile. They spend a lot of time with you, give you samples to take home provide advice, and with no pressure to buy. Prices are very reasonable as well. We remodeled 2 bathrooms recently, and as a result looked at several places for supplies, including tile. Of all the places I dealt with, SCS Tile was definitely my favorite. Will use them again for a big kitchen remodel in a few years.

Khalid and his crew are busy and few and you might need to be a bit patient, but he has one heck of an eye. We had a discontinued tile in much of the house and wanted to replace the carpet with a compatible wood-looking tile that would butt up against the old tile. I am terrible at such choices and brought in a sample of the tile we had. Khalid has hundreds of samples and nearly went straight to what he recommended. I wasnt sure it was the right one at first, but the choice grew on me and I took the risk and ordered. He gave me a great price, and then helped me pick the right grout color with barely a glance. Once my brother and I installed it, we couldnt believe how right Khalid had been about everything. He happily took return of the extra grout and mortar. I know there are many flooring stores with fancier showrooms (and prices) and stuck-heel service, but SCS is the best choice for DIYers and anyone who wants no nonsense expertise for a great price.

Nice tile/stone selection but absolutely no customer service. There was one man working the desk and he was busy and would not even acknowledge our presence. Two employees were out in back, playing with their phones. We wanted to spend money, but they wouldnt give us the opportunity.

So, sitting in my home looking at my newly installed tile, I felt compelled to write this review. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Complete Tile, that I plan on going ahead with my bathroom project sooner than expected. Ive had so many bad experiences with other vendors regarding home repairs and upgrades, that this was truly a breath of fresh air.I take great care in recommending places to my friends and family, but with this place, Ive told everyone! I even have friends who are into renovating homes that Ive recommended go here.Looking forward to working with SCS TILE again soon. When I purchased tile for a project, they told me I could return any leftovers. After completing the project I had several boxes left over so I tried to return them only to find out that they would not accept them after all. Thanks for lying to my face. Poor customer service.

This was my first stop anyways My first thoughts of the shop were small place unorganized well I also did not got greeted or acknowledge few minutes later same response The female behind the counter (Melissa) was busy talking to another female well maybe another customer RIGHT?NOT! a friend! I later found out! Anyways I kept looking finally I phone call came in and interrupted the two and the friend approached me and asked if I needed any help anyways I said what I was in for and she showed me a Few tiles by the time Melissa was done with the phone call her friend was ready to leave so I had to wait for them to say there goodbyes before I would get some help from the only employee in the storeMelissa.After she was done with the distractions I can admit she was pleasant and I did find a tile and placed an order and paid in full for it she said I could come and pick up my order the next day and she would have it at her location I said that was fine and workout for me because I wanted the tiles for this weekend because my husband had the time to install them over the weekend. She calls me around 3:30 pm the next day and tells me she had an medical emergency and could not pickup my tiles and would not be able to have them in her store till the next day but I could pick them up myselfif I liked from the Ft. Lowell location I said that was out of my way like 45 min but my husband works near by to that store and I could have him pick them up but I had the invoice and if that would be a problem she said NO that she would call them up andlet the know of our situation.My husband showed up to the Ft. Lowell location and apparently she never contacted them or the denied it because they said they told my husband that they could not give him any merchandise without the invoice.I tried calling Melissa at the 22nd location but was unable to get ahold of her even tho it was still business hours. I send the image of the invoice to my husband so he can show it to Khalid but her refused to honor it.Then I called Khalid I was trying to explain the situation but he did not want to listen to me he proceeded to talk over me and tell me in loud tone of voice he was being polite to me...... Really?and that they never give merchandise at the 22nd location that all purchases are picked up at his store Ft Lowell location. I asked him to listen to me I only wanted to get thru to him and let him know that I did not special request to be taken to the 22nd store that I was told to pick it up there and also trying to sympathize with Melissa for her alleged medical condition she had and prevented her from doing what we originally agreed too but he just left me talking and turn over the business phone to my husband and said he no longer wish to talk to me.What a joke of a business!Terrible customer service beyond anything I ever experienced!Stay away from this store!I wish I would have researched and found all the sour experiences other customers have had but didnt do that my fault!

Difficult place to shop, the tiles are not marked with prices, and the only person who can tell you how much they are, is usually busy. Once I placed my order of what I thought was a well-priced product, I found out that my shipping added $2 to every squ foot of tile in my order, making it actually just as pricey as any other store. I wont be back!

I am truck driver, they unloading to hard. One forklift for delivery trucks and local customers.Ill not take more loads for this guys
