I have shopped at family Dollar my whole life but I went in here about 130 May 22, 2021 and I had my bike that folds up and will fit in the shopping cart but the manager said it was not allowed I had 2 bikes stolen in a week so Im never leaving it outside again. No one else in Tucson has a problem with it. So Ill never be back in family Dollar

The store representative closed the doors at 9:37 pm. Posted hours on the door and website states location open until 10:00pm. Customers were turned away cause she was already counting her till before closing hours. That type of behavior is bad for business and leaves a bad experience on customers. This needs to be addressed, this location has the tendency to close doors before closing hours.

Its ok store but today I was was there ten till ten PM and the store was closed pretty upsetting needed some toilet paper last min thing why do they have the right to close early that store is always busy 1 my luck I guess they dont like chicanos hmm

This is one of the CLEANEST, WELL STOCKED& FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES of Family Dollar in this area. Will definitely go there more often.

The cashiers never seem to treat the customers as a priority or like were even there at times.

It could take you up to a day to see everything they have and it is all in play view. Loved it

Yeahhhh... I dont really recommend this place. Always weird people in and out of here. Staff hasnt always been very polite. Bike got stolen when I was in the store like 5 minutes. Selection is kinda poor, and some things feel like theyre overpriced.

Cashier said she cant give me a receipt if I wanted a receipt I would have to wait till the other cashier came back from his 15min. Break SMH. Come on think smarter just tell him to sign off the register and u sign on the same one or fix the printer. Went to the FD on st. Marys rd there services was awesome.

Staff is nice but the store is a disaster and theres hardly any product. Its also a little scary walking in and out due to the people that sit in front of the doors(mainly during evening hours). I only go there now if Im short on time or only need 1 thing.

Good prices on many of their products, HOWEVER, if you need to return or exchange an item (even if YOU are paying the difference) they will first input your phone number and then, when issuing your new receipt, they will make you give them your name and address! Even if the managers dont do anything with this (though she did say that it goes in her records), do you want a discount store having ANY of your information??? Did you know that they can sell this info to marketing and analytics companies for extra revenue?You are NOT required by law to comply with them. If they give you a problem, make something up.

Shelves werent stocked... Not too much of a selection on certain items.

I have said in the past that I wouldnt come back to this store and due to convenience I ended up going back. Never again. Today my daughter and I were checking out and one of the employees at this Family Dollar location started to threaten an older gentleman in a wheelchair. Apparently this guy has a history of shoplifting in the past and wasnt allowed in the store. The employee began to cuss the older gentleman out and became physically threatening, feeling threatened the man in the wheelchair also became aggressive. There were children and elderly shoppers in the store as all of this was unfolding. The proper response would simply be to ask him in a professional manner to leave and if that did not occur in a timely fashion to call the police. The employees at this location need a lot more training or the franchise owner needs to start over with all new employees. This place is ridiculous.

Store was fairly cleaned and the workers were very helpful and kind.

Went in saw a rack sale full of tide pods for $3.65 went to pay notice it was too much saw they charge $5 when rack showed all them samw price. Didnt specify size.i told cashier who suposably was manager they should honor since showed all them there. Said was a mistake and would not honor. I was in line waiting to see and i was nice asked for refund. Said i had to wait aince there were other consumers. I was already being helped. Even customer er after me told her she should give it to me at that price or they be losing business. Would not no thank tou or sorry for how she acted. Didnt tell me nothing. I asked for her manager phone number wrotw on receipt and handed it to be no good customer service. And this JADA CASHIER WAS A MANAGER. Never goin back will be waiting for call from her manager see if he even calls back. And funny cause she didnt even bother removing the wrong size of tide pods from rack she left them there.I CALLED MANAGER ART BACK. SAID WOULDNT HONOR ONE PRICW FOR CUSTOMER SINCE A CUSTOMER PUT THERE. BS. JADA CALLED AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPEN AND OFCOURSE HE GOING TO TAKE HER SIDE. SO HE DIDNT DO NOTHING. THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED MANAGERS . said they cant follow every customer. The rack didnt say a specific size just a hand written price with different smells.Art who is jadas superior didnt bother calling me back i had to call him.

Someone Stoll my bike out front of the store, wont ever return

Cashier accused me of not reading the not dishwasher safe warning label on a cup that I wanted to exchange because it broke while in the dishwasher. I was sure there was no warning label that said that. I checked all of the same cups in the store and none of them had that warning.

When I was in there a man had come in and was stealing stuff cause the Manager was watching him. The manager was on the phone calling 911 and standing on the counter next to the register, yelling at the shoplifter.

Cashier really rude and it seems like we were taking her time, we asked for cash back and she process the transactions and at the end we asked for our money and she said we did not ask for cash back. And said she couldn’t do anything, we could look for an atm around 🤬🤬🤬🤬
