My husband met with Glenn and was originally very impressed. Glenn struck him as a can do type and we decided to use artestic glass on one of our projects. Glenn promised a quote and then disappeared! He never got back to us and has not answered any of our numerous calls. How do companies like this stay in business?

Artistic Glass built a shower enclosure and installed a large window to complete my master bath remodel. The enclosure came out perfect and we are thrilled with it! Glenn was very helpful and patient every time I called him with questions. The installers were great to work with and were very careful to avoid damaging anything. They took their time at my house to make sure every detail was done right the first time. The price was competitive or lower than other bids I received. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and I highly recommend Artistic Glass.

Their website gives you the ability to email the company. I emailed them with one simple question and they never had the courtesy to reply to me. Not very professional-why have the ability to email them?
