Get ready, this review will be a bit long to read, but well worth it, I hope. My name is Bart and I live in Paradise Valley, AZ. I’m sitting in a KOA in Las Cruces, NM having just given a referral to Victor to a guy with a large chip in the windshield of his RV. He’s about to start out on a long summer trip and any repair on that chip will likely spread and he’ll need a new windshield when he gets home to Carefee, AZ. I called Victor to confirm his contact information and he asked me if I’m willing to write a review on his website. I’m not happy to, I’m thrilled he asked me. I grew up in a small town in Wyoming where I learned honesty, quality work and a man’s word are a few of the most important things we can offer. Here goes with the review. In 2015, I took a large stone in the windshield of my motor coach and needed a replacement. I don’t remember how I found Victor at that time but I’m so glad I did. I spoke with him on the phone and I remember he gave me his “word” he would take excellent care of my coach and if I had any issues at all, he’d make it right. Well, after the pain in the you know what experience I’d had several years before with the big name company my insurance recommended, I was open to a good alternative. Yes, they installed a new windshield complete with air leaks that couldn’t seem to be fixed until they drove me crazy with repeated attempts. Enough said. I am all about a quality product or service but what makes it better is when I can get it from the “little guy” rather than a big company. Victor’s sincerity impressed me so I agreed to have him do the project, with my insurance approval. He showed up, right on time, in my driveway with an awesome installation trailer and his wife, son and daughter. Ok, I was a little nervous but my gut told me it was a good decision to choose Victor. Too make a long review a little shorter, they did an incredible installation that not only looked perfect, but never had an air or water leak, not once. Also, while he was there, he noticed my Jeep also had a recently broken windshield and coordinated with my insurance to replace it on the same visit. And I got an OEM Jeep windshield and not a cheap aftermarket one. I was so impressed with how they worked as a team, yes, a team of a family of 4, and did an incredible job on both replacements. How many repair situations do you look back on 6-years ago and feel nothing but good about it. If you need a big company name to make you feel secure, ok, that’s a big deal to some people. I want quality and to work with good people. I have told Victor he is welcome to use me as a reference that his potential clients can contact to discuss how it went and why I’m VERY glad to give him a 5-star personal recommendation. I warned you, this one is a little long but I am so happy to be able to write such a positive review. I only wish I’d known he also replaces motor home side windows since a good friend of mine just had all their’s replaced since they’d fogged up. The process was frustrating and the results aren’t that great. What a shame since I know Victor would have done a great job. If you are considering Victor to do the glass work on your car, truck, small motor home or large motor coach, and want to speak with a satisfied client, just ask Victor to put you in touch with me and I’m happy to help you any way I can. Victor and his crew Always has awesome service.

Drivers dont know how to drive on the street if I could give the owner a 0 star review I would. He is rude. Dont have a single problem with them or they yell at u. This is a horrible business.

I called around 11 am and by 3:30pm same day they have already finished replacement and they are really reasonable thank you

Job great just make sure you get a receipt before they leave

Victor and his crew did a thorough job replacing my van windshield. He also replaced my electric awning on my RV that had been damaged during a micro burst. Victor and his crew were personable and completed the job in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

3rd time using w/a they absolutely do a great job, staying away from corporate America

Horrible customer service from Victor. I waited over 30 days for a simple two piece windshield for my old car. He assured me a 3 day turn around and then started making excuses why he couldnt get it done. We talked every few days and each time I got more excuses. After a month I called him yet again and again I got another excuse. When I said I may need to find somewhere else to go, he cursed and became mad. He then hung up on me. Dont be swayed by his nice demeanor. Not recommended at all.
