I am a woman of color and I absolutely love the herb store. Ive been coming when I get the chance to ever since I moved to Tucson 7 years ago. I find it to be a safe space where I am always treated with respect and kindness. Today I went in and was helped by Jamie, who was patient and thorough in explaining the smoke blend to me along with the benefits of each herb inside. She also helped me in finding the perfect tea. Cant wait to come back!

Do not shop here especially if you are a woman of color. I walked into the shop and requested for mother tea and a few other items; however, I was not helped at all versus two women before me was and I did not receive treatment of bagging my belongings like the other customers.I find the service Jamie (an associate) gave me was distasteful and not proper.

Love going here to get fresh herbs when we’re in need. The young lady at the counter (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) is always nice, helpful and friendly. I recently picked up this tension salve and it’s phenomenal. I’ve been using it everyday!This is one of my places to go for herbs.

The Tucson Herb store is the perfect local woman owned store. Each location that they have had along 4th avenue has had that good earthy energy that makes you feel good when you walk in, and even with the walk up window you can perp inside and smell the herbs and see all the goodness inside. The quality of everything I have purchased there has been my favorite go to for so many things - so made with care and intention. Visit the website to see all they offer. You get personal attention with questions and they have so much knowledge to share. I highly recommend them for any herbal needs over any big box means.

The staff here are wonderful, friendly, informative and can help you out with anything you may need. They have an incredible assortment and stock of herbs. They also hold tons of informational classes throughout the month. If you need herbs I highly recommend this place!

The owner makes some really great tea blends as wellI go here to buy an all herbal smoke blend which contains no tobacco.I have also bought other items while there.The chai tea blend was really good!Its a very interesting place to check out and well worth it. I go there about once per month. The place is very small but the selection is surprisingly good. Prices are reasonable. Dont go at lunch time or right at opening bc occasionally its been closed during normal hours but you can always call ahead to be safe.

I have to give them five stars because the herbal tonic the associate recommended worked wonders to cure a bacterial infection I had. I loathe to take an antibiotic, which had been prescribed, so I tried the tonic and was immensely satisfied with the results!! Overall this is a super cool little shop with some GREAT supplies. They also sell powdered maca root that works wonders and has a great price tag, too. This is definitely one of the many little gems on 4th Ave in Tucson!!

Ive never been to an herbal pharmacy, but it was quite the experience. The shop seems to offer a number of services including chiropractic adjustments and massages. There was also a large assortment of teas arranged by the ailments that they relieve.

Staff is very knowledgeable! I also did not feel pressured to buy anything. I did buy a few items after the clerk answered a million questions I had about the products.

Love the atmosphere, employees, selection & prices. Must stop and see.
