They are eager to sell you something, but any support after the sale in case of an issue is nonexistent. After almost a dozen calls, none ever where returned. Needless to say, this was the last time I purchased something here.

We purchased a couple appliances for a rental property in Spokane . . . got a great deal by opening a credit card, netting us 10% off the already great purchase prices. Note that this is actually Best Buy . . . and they MATCH competitors prices . . . so go armed with your internet connected phone or ipad and search the competitors. You find the exact same product sold by Amazon (not just listed on, but sold by Amazon) or any of their other major competitors (Lowes, Home Depot, Frys, etc.) . . . they match it . . . as a savvy shopper, we saved probably 20-25% over anywhere else in our case.

Great customer service and employees do answer to the questions you might have.

I went to pick up a microwave that I bought online and they gave me a damaged one. The box was clearly dropped. Had to go back to return it and didnt even get an apology

They have some great deals every once in a while.

Great friendly and very knowledgeable employees, camera dept is outstanding and they offer classes on how and what to use for best pictures.

Wife ordered online and set me as the person to pick up the order. Got there and they needed to see my wifes CC, had to call wife to send me CC screenshot. Online ordering needs improvement.
