I got the number for Reliable Parts from Albert Lee. I called down with the model number of my dishwasher and the part name, the wiman on the phone was super friendly and helped me find the part number. Once I arrived, it was super fast in and out. Dishwasher is back up and running in less than few hours. I will definitely be back again .

We were welcomed right away by young woman who I had spoken to on the phone about having our parts. She helped us verify that we only needed 4 small parts and not a kit of parts for our older washer. After retrieving the pkg we noticed there were only 3 of 4 cogs inside the sealed pkg. She alerted the supervisor and promptly went back into the warehouse for another pkg. w correct amount. Both of them were very positive and helpful to us. We will be back !

Great for the most part. They’ve helped out through out a lot of times. Recently though I haven’t been able to get through at all. Stayed on line for more than a few minutes at a time. No one picked up. No call back. A little frustrating. One guy actually picked and then hanged up right away. That was pretty messed up!!!!

I was able to purchase parts online and pick them up that day at their store. they were very polite and helpful. the same parts are cheaper on Amazon, but i needed them immediately and these guys had them on hand. thanks again.

Never using this place again. First guy I explained the part I needed in detail to and getting confirmation he understood that part and exactly what it looked like (a Bosch dishwasher plastic insert where the handle goes) I was sent the wrong part (the top control panel). The guy I got on the phone to return it had a bad attitude and didnt want to be bothered helping, but I ordered the correct replacement part anyway but he never sent me the RMA information for the first order so I had to call back a few days later and got that from yet another person. Then after another week goes by I call about the part and they send me a tracking # that says it was already delivered with a UPS driver note that said Met customer boy. There is no boy here and nobody met me here to deliver it. And they then said I could order another replacement from their web site and put in a lost order report to UPS. Sorry, I ordered a replacement part from Amazon instead.

Terrible costumer service. Left on hold for hours and they just keep hanging up when I call. Dont waste your time unless you go into the store.

Dont even try to call. Theyll pick up the phone just to put you on hold over and over again until it self hangs up. Why even bother answering the phone? Im trying to see if they have a part in stock to avoid a 2 hour trip to the store.

I have never been treated so rude and unprofessionally as I was at the Tukwila store today. I called first since I had a bit of a drive. Asked them what information I needed to bring with me to get a part replaced. They told me if I had the make and model or I could just bring in the upper tray of the dishwasher they could find the wheels I needed for it. So I drove almost an hour to get there, walked in with the tray in my hands. First the two gentlemen argued over who was going to help me. That made me feel real welcomed !! Then the guy I had wait on me, was so cold and rude with me, I only lasted a minute in the store and had to leave. He asked me for the model # which I told him I did not have because they told me on the phone I could bring in the tray. He said ?well they told you wrong and I cant help you if you do not have that. I stated I just drove about an hour after calling first and he states he can not help me. He then told me to calm down in a very rude way!!! I left the store and will not give a dime to this place ever again! There are too many places you can go, including the internet where at least you do not get treated like this place did with me! I use to be a fan of patronizing local, but not when the local business treats you like this and like they do not even care about you as a customer. Do not expect good service from this place!!

Had to give them 1 star needed to enter this review. Called their line twice and put on hold for 12 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time. Finally got through to CS and they put me on hold for another 6 minutes, and possibly longer because I hung up! Will never even contemplate doing business with them ever!!!

I was able to pick up the part I needed on a Saturday which was great. I also received the correct part, didnt have to wait and am confident that, unlike buying online, especially from Amazon, I didnt get a knock off. So, that was all good.Unfortunately, I was quoted three different prices. I verified before coming in that they had the part and how much it would be. The guy at the counter had apparently had his personality surgically removed previously and wouldnt budge on the price, which was full retail.I appreciate the convenience of being able to pick up the part and repair my machine today. I dont appreciate the $80 price difference in quotes prices or dealing with humorless people with a personality deficit.

Ordered a dryer lint screen with the model number of the dryer. The screen did not fit. 20% restocking charge to send it back and had to be in the original packaging cant exactly try a dryer screen in the dryer and have it in the original packing. Funny thing I looked up the part online and it was $26 from another seller instead of the $54.99 price from Reliable Parts. Albeit this purchase was in 2013 but still?

Should be renamed: UNreliable Partspoor, poor upkeep of website - promises same day delivery if order placed before cut-off - no mention of possible delays due to covid-19 as other websites mention so I chose this company, needing fast shipping - placed order before cutoff on 04/24/20 waiting 2 full business days now, no confirmation of shipment or tracking info - spoke to 2 Erics who assured me order would leave today 04/27/20, silly me, I believed them ... item possibly not in stock? if you need your part right away as I did, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I needed parts ASAP because my fridge water inlet valve broke and was leaking and causing damage to the wall and floor. I called around and no one had the part in stock. I called reliable parts and they had in stock. Drove down there and got the part. But also get a hex bit set that I totally forgotten about. Saved me a trip later.

One of the few random parts stores left with a walk in location. They had the small kenmore washing machine part I needed, and I was in and out in less the five min, and for less then five dollars. Can’t beat that when it was going to take over a week for any of the on line sellers. Highly recommend you talk to these people before you wast time on line for standard appliance parts.

If you are looking for a real appliance replacement part this is the store to go too. They have everything. However, everything is sold at MSRP or slight above. If you can wait mail order is less expensive. But if you need it now, highly recommend. Have gotten replacement parts for washer, dryer and dishwasher here. Even thou nearly everything is in stock, recommend calling first to confirm, and so they can pull and hold pay for you to save time.

Had the unfortunate experience to work with Mike behind the encounter in June 2017. The opposite of what you would expect from a retail rep working behind the counter... temperamental, rude, short, mad at the world. We had the part # and everything, but dared to ask a few questions. Oh yes, expect a line. That doesnt help an anxious retail rep. Had called the same morning where another rep said bring in the stove knob and we will see what we can do. Nope, Mike was not having any of that. Sad person, sad place to want to buy from. Avoid using Reliable Parts Tukwilla for anything, and recommend they get people like Mike out of the retail world, or close the retail side of the business. Cant get worse.

Paid for one day shipping ($10+), but had to call Reliable Parts after I had not received the part I ordered in over a week. Through customer service I learned that the warehouse made a mistake and had not shipped anything yet. I had to delay my project by almost two weeks due to not receiving the part I ordered on time. On the upside, customer service was friendly, but I would still not order from Reliable Parts again.

Walked in half an hour before closing on a Saturday (they close at 1:00). There was a line of about 10 people and the guy behind the counter made a statement of the effect that they were closing in 30 minutes and if you didnt have you part number and model number, and if you hadnt already called ahead to see if it was in stock, you were out of luck. So I left. Ill look up my part number online, and order from Amazon. Guess their business is so good they dont need more. There were two people working the counter and they made it quite clear that hustle is not in their vocabulary. Ive worked retail in a small business and when it got busy we moved faster.

My dryer belt broke. They had the brand name belt in stock. When I asked for the part, the sales clerk offered the off brand belt at half the price. So far so good. Sales staff was courteous and friendly to the 3 customers including myself, who were there early on a Saturday morning. I will shop here again.

Horrible experience.Called with model and description of dryer vent cover (plastic).I was told there are two parts: an outer plastic ring and an inner vent that pops into place...$80 + tax and shipping. I suggested that a new dryer would only cost a couple of hundred and then there was silence on the line.I asked if he was sure the part was only 12 tall and kidney shaped and was just a rear vent cover....still silence.Then I was put on hold.Then the line was open again and I continued to asked if this was the correct part.There was nothing but silence and then he hung up on me.

Ordered a replacement part and never got a call when it came in. Been waiting a month now. When I called to check on it the guy seemed annoyed I was calling.

Customer service sucks and its so so over priced on their products. I was looking to replace the element on the oven. I went in to buy one and their price for one was $85.00 plus tax OMG!, that was after they looked it up. So I went to Sears part store which is not far and bought one there for $10.10 with tax.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY PARTS LIKE ONLINE OR Sears part store, Habitat for humanity, repair store, just anywhere but here.

I called there about a refrigerater part and asked about another part I had purchased from them several years ago. That same part was three times more than it was 3 years ago. I asked why, is it so much, and the person rudely answered, It has always been that price. When I told him that it was not always that price because I had purchased that part from them before. He rudely disagreed and said you are mistaken. After getting the price for the part I wanted this time, it turned out to be twice what I ended up getting it from Ebay for. It was an OEM part with free shipping and arrived in two days from Denver. I doubt I will be using Reliable Parts again after the way I was treated on the phone and their prices having gone up so much.
