Went for a battery. Had to go out 3 different times to get info for the guy that was helping me. When I couldnt get the holder off ended up measuring the battery. I had to got to a shop to have a mechanic get it off for me. I ended up going to Auto Zone to get the battery cause it was closer to the mechanic shop. I should of went there first cause they have better customer service they would of helped me with getting the battery out and putting it back in. They wouldnt of lost a sell over helping a female out. It was to bad cause I was referred to Napa by a friend.

Utterly pathetic. I tried to buy an air filter. The box had been ripped open and taped back together. I examined it, and it had grease smudges on it. It had obviously been installed previously. The slob at the counter didnt know, didnt care, and they didnt have another one. I wont be going back here.

Pretty good prices and return policies, staff sometimes has the wrong info so if in doubt keep your receipts.

The staff are so efficient at offering an array of ways they can help, sometimes they overdo it but in a totally non-offensive, professional, funny kind of way.

Replacing a power steering pump on a 05 Chevy and ran into some issues. These guys were incredibly helpful even though we didn’t make a purchase. Taught me something versus selling me a part I didn’t need.

After one of the worst days of my life, on my way home my whole truck started shaking going down the freeway and my engine light came on. Napa just happened to be the first parking lot off 99. The older gentleman was so sweet and so nice, read the code and walked me through what it meant. Even gave me a list of mechanics he trusted to get it taken care of. The whole time Im on the verge of ugly crying. He was so compassionate! Brought a little bit of joy to my otherwise miserable day! Im sorry I didnt catch your name, but I appreciate everything!

Ive been to this location several times because its so close to my home. Everytime Ive had to return all or part of what i bought. The staff pretends to know auto parts but when yhe computer is wrong they can only scratch their heads and make excuses. Today the counter lady tried telling me the part i brought in wasnt what i claimed it was til another customer agreed with me. I wont be going back. Im done trying with these idiots.

BAD SERVICE!!!!!! GO TO ANOTHER NAPA!!I took a Napa battery to check. The lady tested I told me is dead. So I drop the battery to be charge and pick the next day.Next day in the morning one of the employe say wasnt plug correctly to be charge, so i back home and call 3 hours later the person on the phone told me: Your battery not work you have to buy a new one...I bought this battery at another Napa store 3 or 4 months ago so was under 18 months Napa warranty.The guy told me if you dont have the receipt we cannot exchange, If I go to the store where I bought they may can find the receipt and exchange...I went to the Napa store where i bough and they are check and told me nothing is wrong the battery is 100% charge.WASTE THE TIME go to this Napa store......

They had a part for a jeep liberty window, totally off the wall part and exactly what I needed.
