I came to buy Vodka to make lemoncello. I cant drink alcohol, but sometimes I come here to buy wine as a gift. The inside of the store is large and neat and tidy, so nice to shopping all kind of beverages.I was surprised that there were many vodka selections, but I was able to find one that I liked. Totos Handmade Vodka！You will surely find something you like here.

If you want to find such fine quality liquor or wine. I definitely recommend especially with their deals. Try exploring new types of liquor instead of the commercialized brands. You never know what you might find.I definitely recommend the combo in my pic down below, especially if youre a fan of Hennessey. Made from the same company but way much better and smoother. Just becareful, its a creeper lol

I was here to buy hard cider, and wow, did they have an incredible selection. I’m visiting from Arizona, where cider barely exists, so the sight of multiple shelves, with many of the offerings local, almost made me squeal out loud. I had to make hard choices about what to get, and the info tags on the shelves were a big help.

I have discovered some delightful things to drink here thanks to a very knowledgeable staff more than willing to parse through your flavor profile in friendly conversation.

I went in there on my one day off per week from my 13 year job as an online entertainer with a business degree and they told me they didn’t have my brand of rum in stock. After 10 days of tweets from my verified account (I have over 25k followers ya know) and multiple days of live streaming (almost 250k subscribers) I still haven’t gotten any form of compensation for my time. I have a horse and cat that require my attention and I can’t be spending time trying to get my very important captain Karl brand rum from multiple stores.

A huge selection of alcoholic beverages, and usually not too busy. So, the calm atmosphere paired with the fancy drinks makes for a somewhat surprisingly sophisticated (wow, look at me being a cultured croissant with my alliteration skills) feel to the experience, at least it is for me.On another note, try the Lychee Beer. I dont even like alcohol that much, but this guy slaps!

5 stars. I purchased all the wine I wanted and much more. My only complaint was the lack of gin. I asked a rotund man with a patchy beard and a full cart of gin if there was any more, and he called me a detractor. Im not sure if he was an employee, but yikes, wow dood.

Very impressive place. I have never seen such a large wine selection, and they even have a large rare wines section. They also have an area dedicated to wine tasting. They also have a very large selection of beer, however they dont have much in their refrigerated area.

I came here for a doordash order and was having to shop for the items when I went to check out it would not let me put in my credit card which does not need a pin the lady tried to tell me that theyd been doing this for a while but last week when I came in I was just able to swipe my credit card and it went through no credit card has a pin so even if I wanted to use my regular credit card I would still need a pit that doesnt make sense. Next time when youre partnering with doordash you should probably let doordash know that youre changing the system so when their people come theyre not blindsided like I was

I have used this place for my liquor runs, and they have a good selection with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Today was exceptional though: I wanted to purchase six or seven bottles of wine that would remind my husband of our Europe honeymoon 3 years ago. I’m proficient in most wine areas to get the Italian and Spanish wines, but I needed help with the French. Kim was a great help to me. He listened to what I was looking for, understood what I didn’t love in a wine, and helped me pick out ones I knew my husband would love while ALSO encouraging me to give some different ones a try that I may have previously overlooked. I can’t wait for my husband to see the wine on Christmas and I’ll definitely be back to get more wine advice and suggestions from Kim!

Total wine is great! They have a pretty massive selection and fair prices. I have been enjoying curb side pickup, theres 5 designated spots out front and the website makes it super easy to order online and pickup. If you are looking for something specific, the staff is more than happy to help you out. Theyve even offered to special order things for me. Beats the heck out of the former state run liquor stores. They also have fun snacks and a decent selection of bitters.

The selection of liquor and wine is good and the staff seem knowledgeable. They didnt have the particular Scotch I was looking for, but the assistant knew of it and was able to suggest something similar. His suggestion is excellent.

The curbside pickup service is excellent, staff is very courteous and professional. All of my orders have been correct and put in the hatchback of my SUV for me.

Total wines has an Excllect array of wines of all sorts. I personally love moscato and port wines. They have a nice selection of moscatos a few of which in have sampled at wine tasting places and j love them. There select of port wines is also very nice. They have some older ports. $$ however they did not have a lot of lambrusco. They had two. Which for the size of total wines is surprising. It the size of a large safeway or office max.

What a selection! The prices are good and staff was very friendly. I appreciated the fact that no one harrassed me while I spent an hour looking at scotch and reading reviews but when I did eventually want to ask a question it took me less than a minute to locate a staff member and they litteraly dropped what they were doing to help me.

Did their curbside pickup. Ordered the day before as the site says may take 24 hours. Got a text it was ready for pick up and went the next day. At the parking lot I call in. The employee told me to reply to the text and hung up. I did. No response. Waited for 10 minutes then decided to go in. No one at customer service, I waited in line, found out you had to go to the back of the store. Waited again, finally got it. Then exits were blocked and waited in line again to leave the store. I did find out I could leave through customer service and did. However I was in the store for 15 minutes. I ordered with the intent to pick up, as I have family that could be severely hurt by Covid-19 with their prior health history. Their curbside pick up didn’t work. May have just been the day. They have a great selection. But in case you are hoping for Curbside pick up be aware it may not work at all.

I visited this place while a friend needed to stick up for the holidays. Everything he needed for himself and gifts for others was indeed there. Washington State was a region where, as I am told, used to only sell alcohol from state run business. The selection was poor and the service at these establishments was awful (like all socialist endeavors) a few years prior to my arrival in late 2013. This place, is NOTHING as previously described when there were only state run alcohol dispensaries. The struck is amazing and plentiful across all variety of alcohol be it hard liquor (vodka, bourbon, scotch, run, tequila, etc), liqueur, wine, champagne, sparkling wine, beer, ale, growlers, coolers, and accessories. You need it, they have it. Friendly folks always nearby to point you in the right direction and give good advice. And super friendly personnel at the checkout. Three thumbs up!

Clean store and much better prices than anyone else

I cant figure out why its so difficult to pick up your order at any of the 2 locations I use (Tukwila and Puyallup). Every time I pick up they can never find my order. They ask for my ID numerous times. Try to give me other peoples orders. This shouldnt be that difficult. I order a head thinking it should save time but it doesnt. People are always polite.I work at a place that does will calls and they way that Total Wines does it is a Mess.

Like other stores, they just dont put enough employees on the register so I had to wait like 15 mins in line to get my 2 items.That said, the store is so nicely laid out and taken care of that it wasnt that bad. I did their curbside pickup, and it was incredibly smooth. Their prices are excellent and they have a great selection, I dont think Ive ever gone in there looking for an obscure item and come out empty-handed. They are fabulous.

Best place to find wine, beer, or any kind of liquor. Prices are great and classes are wonderful.The staff always are there to help me out; where can I find something, what to pair wines with, and filling my growlers with my favorite beer or ciders.Parking lot is big and well lit. I hate going to stores that have parking spots only for mini coopers. I drive a real car.

Their microbeer selection has been reduced, but they still have a very strong selection. I appreciate the large quantity of cold beets available. I only shop for beer, so I cannot comment on their wine or liquor selection other than that 80% of the store is wine and liquor.

Im happy with the stores variety. During this virus I havent been able to rely on MGD, but that isnt the stores fault. Sharper inventory would cut down my trips.
