KT charged 3 pieces molding but only delivered 1. Came back to the store to get 3 new piece of molding for right size. Refuse to replace or exchange but was asked to charge for 2 more pieces. They said we must open the box and exam delivery. Worst customer service and expensive. Go to abs or pius for our next project. Why would someone steal 2 moldings that can’t even fit

My husband and I were trying to decide on where to go since we were planning to remodel our kitchen. We had wanted to replace all our cabinets and counter top. He came here on his own. Told me how their lack of customer service was meaning, no greeting or acknowledgment that you had walked into their store.In any case, he managed to talk to Ryan, and he gave some estimates since my husband brought pictures and measurements. Ryan gave an estimate quote, and my husband said he would need to shop around.A few days later, Ryan actually contacted my husband, and was willing to go lower, and we thought it was a good deal since it was within what our budget was.The following week, I had gone with my husband since he wanted me to pick the counter top, even though he picked a certain one. When we actually talked to Ryan again to let him know, there was a confusion since the cabinet color for the counter top area would be different than the above cabinets on the wall, which was why the estimate quote was cheaper.Ryan was accommodating after we kept changing our minds, and of course, the price changed. Throughout that whole time, he was great at communicating to my husband whether a phone call or via email.The project took 2 days. First group put cabinets and the other group did the counter tops.Now, my irritation was when the first group came, they made a dent in our wall while bringing in the cabinets, and broke our water pipe...so, we had to shut the water off, which was hard to do since I have kids that need to do #1/ #2 all the time while these guys were working. My husband told Ryan about it. Not sure if there was a response for that, but I do have to admit that one of the workers did do a nice thing for us and gave a couple of gift cards, even though we didnt expect that. We even bought a quick lunch for them since they did work all the way through despite this mishap without having a break, but thats just us since were just nice. Unfortunately, my husband had to keep going to Lowes in order to try and fix the water pipe after this first group left, and I felt it wasted his time/ money.The 2nd group (2 workers) on the following day was supposed to show up at 11am, and my husband had contacted Ryan on basically whats the hold up. They didnt show up until noon. They worked for a few hours, and apparently needed a lunch break, which was fine. When I came home from picking up my kids on their Cub/ Girl Scout trip, I didnt know that one of the workers was in the house, until my husband told me that he had asked him to come inside since he felt it was too cold since the other guy went to get some food. I didnt get a view of the kitchen yet, but when I did, I was shocked to see him laying on our unfinished kitchen counter, falling asleep and snoring. I was appalled.Even though my husband was nice to have him come inside, but sit your ass on the couch, NOT sprawled out on our kitchen counter where we put food, where we eat at or entertain guests. It was disgusting and so disrespectful and inappropriate!My husband finally told him to get off after I was being completely annoyed, even though he shouldve said from the beginning. I was even telling my husband where the hell is the other guy?Even though, the cabinets/ countertops were placed well (so far)... I cant condone about how the workers did.We emailed Ryan about these incidences, and even mentioned how now our wood floors are puffing or buckling due to the broken water pipe, and so the panels are unleveled, and with the guy laying on my counter top...its still disgusting. We showed him pictures, and requested a possible discount since everything seemed like an inconvenience.Well, Ryan hasnt emailed back and its been a few days, and this was the one who was so communicative in the beginning, but yeah, since they got our money, apparently theyre not wanting to redeem themselves in their business ethics (if there is one)With that, Im NEVER going to recommend

I just had KT install my cabinets and quartz countertop this week. Jayden put the project together for me and offered a very competitive bid. He also saw the project through, including scheduling the installers, who were all very good and smart people. I am extremely happy with the work and the product. Thanks Jayden! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with KT, from start to finish. They provided excellent customer service and products. I originally worked with another local cabinet company, but their responsiveness was abysmal. KT was extremely responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, and their prices seemed reasonable. Highly recommend.

We have been using KT for 10 plus years.We have done rental improvements and also flipped houses. Renters and buyer, as well as realtors, inspectors and appraisers are always impressed with the appearance and quality of the cabinets and granite. We have worked withWinnie, Alice and others in the past and now enjoy having Bella helping us.

I ordered a kitchen islands gave them the exact dimensions of how I wanted it to be they did it wrong came back to return 2 out of 4 cabinets next day didn’t open them at all they said they have scratches and weren’t going to give me a refund at all after 1 day they lack costumer service

Horrible quality and even more horrible service.We ordered a kitchen with them when they brought it to our place we realized that few cabinets are damaged, we asked for replacement, they brought a cabinet doors that were damaged as well and some were in wrong size. When we called and asked to replace it we were told that we should lower our standards... After long conversation, they agreed that we will bring the doors to their storage and they will replace it. My husband spent there half a day, most of their products were just damaged as well and was hard to find few undamaged doors.. After bringing doors home weve realized that one of the doors is of wrong size and the cabinet cannot be closed properly. After bringing the door to their storage again and asking to replace it they just laughed at my husband and told that he should bring both doors, the drawings and sizes are not enough for them to find door of correct size. We travelled to their storage 3 or 4 times, every time is half of work day is gone.. And you have nobody to talk to, most of them just dont speak English.... Most horrible buying experience in US so far....

Had cabinets made and installed and we were very impressed by the quality. The installers did a professional job installing the cabinets and putting in the granite tops. I would recommend KT to friends looking to remodel their kitchens.

Prices might be good but the rudeness was unbelievable, to the point of not worth it. Tina Pan would not answer basic questions like why are you writing me up for 14 pieces when I only need 11, there might have been a good reason but She didnt say. I called to ask about timeline and when I said I might have to get them somewhere else She just hung up the phone. Miserable bunch.

Poor customer service! No one cares if they made a mistake and you want them to fix it. Came in to exchange shelves that were the wrong color and had to wait for 20 min while they did their own thing after taking our shelves.

My wife and I are currently remodeling our kitchen and its the Saturday before Christmas 2012. I had selected the granite color that my wife thought she liked only to see it in a different light when KT showed up to install it. Realistically it was my fault for not having my wife present during the selection, but live and learn on that. Anyways, we drove to KT before the installers cut anything and they followed us back to the shop (1 pm)...we selected a different color and they drove it back down to our location (puyallup-45 min drive away!) and are here finishing the install as I type. Great service, good product and a pleasant experience overall! Their supply house isnt fancy or over the top, but youre not paying for that extra overhead for the $50k showcase kitchen located in other top line cabinet supply outfits. For our budget and quality, this was a great choice. I would highly recommend KT to anyone that is budget minded and needs great customer service! Talk to winnie!

If Zero Stars was possible, I would give it. This company is impossible to work with. Customer Service? NON EXISTENT. Like have appointments cancelled at the last minute? We sure dont, but that is what you can expect from this company. The granite that was installed throughout our home looks nice, but the entire back splash in our Kitchen is falling away from the wall, and they wont fix it. I would NEVER work with these people. The only reason we even have contact with them is because the builder of our home contracted through them. He has already sworn to never use them. Its unfortunate that people like this exist in the business industry, and dont get that the customer comes first.

Bad customer service ever. I have appointment to install my kitchen top for a month ago, but they cancelled without calling me and of course I have to wait for them all day until I call them and they say they cant come to do it.Beware!!! The Worst customer service ever! Strong recommend dont come to this store.

The worst experience ever! I will never recommend this store to anyone.The granite guys not able to seam two counter tops smoothly left after two failed attempts. I had to call the owners several times. Their lame excuses are very busy now and will call you back later. The worst part was that I was asked to pay them up front. They never called me back and the job was never finished.Very bad customer service!
