Joe at the Pro Desk is the best, very helpful and he gets things done. Ask for Joe.
Somewhat helpful. Its essentially self-serve, with computers available to search for items on the Home Depot website. Its the same as looking for stuff online at home, except you can sit at home in your underwear, while youll have to get dressed if youre at the store.
I was on hold for 22min looking for a hot water heater to be delivered. I finally hung up & called the Pro Desk. Surprise!!! I was put on hold there as well. This was all at 3:20 pm on Thurs. The Pro Desk NEVER answered. I hung up after 12min. Im a cranky old lady, & cant go to the store. I think Ill call Lowes.

Awful experience. I came in with a large list of lumber needs and asked the pro desk for help. They set me up with a guy named Ben. He said it would be a minute. 1.5 hrs later they still hadnt pulled one piece. I tracked down my list, that was just sitting in a pile on a desk and left.Ill add that this entire time at least three other customer that arrived way after me had their large orders pulled.
