I inquired about getting my hood wrapped with carbon fiber on Tuesday. They got me in on Friday. I waited while they did the job. They have nice comfortable chairs, I was able to do my work. Super friendly and professional. They finished in a couple hours. It looks beautiful, the pics dont give it justice. Quality work. I will use them for any work like this moving forward.

I am more than happy with the excellent installation of my running boards for my van. The running boards look great and feel solid and secure.I was quoted the price, setup an appointment, and how long it would take to complete. The work was completed as promised same day and the final price I paid was as previously quoted. I would definitely do business there again for future needs and would also recommend with no reservations.

These guys seriously do some great work, i went in a couple months ago to get Katzkin leather seats with heating and cooling installed into my Challenger and am very pleased with the result. They had the install done in less than 2 days, the seats look amazing and the heating/cooling work great.I went back awhile after the initial install with a personal request to see if they could move the heating/cooling seat buttons to my dash/center console instead of the side of the seat where they were installed by default. At first they inspected my car and told me they werent sure if it could be done because of how much room the switches would need inside the center console and the only way they would know is if they took it apart. I agreed to let them take a shot at it and got a call soon after telling me they found it is possible to move the switches to the dash and after picking where i wanted them they went ahead and got the job done for a very fair price and i picked up my car same day.Overall super good experience these guys are professionals at what they do & the work they did on my car is light out great!

I had a very poor experience with getting a sunroof installed which ended in me going to auto trim design a total of FOUR times for repairs. When the sunroof was installed it immediately started leaking. Not just some drips mind you, I could fill up a cup with what was pouring out onto my dash and screen.If I would have been taken seriously the first 3 times I had to drop my vehicle off and get a rental car for weeks at a time, then I may not be on here. Unfortunately this was over the holidays, I had to take work off (8 rental car drop offs/pick ups and 8 personal vehicle drops offs/pick ups, etc.) I was told by the 3rd time it was leaking that I would have a new sunroof installed, but that did not happen.Actually, every time I went in I would ask what was done to it. The guy at the front would merely shrug and say he wasn’t sure and he didn’t work on it. I would ask, ’so is it fixed’ ‘does it leak anymore’? Asking for an update on literally anything. He would read off the paper that just stated the initial problem, and in my own words. By the third time of hearing that I asked for a manager.I kept being told how great the company, manager and service has always been, but never experienced that myself unfortunately.

Was recommend here from the dealership. Got heated leather seats and a one-touch sunroof cut into our brand new Chevy truck for a reasonable price. It looks like it came like this from the factory. They were able to match the top stitch from the dash perfectly.

Went to have a sunroof installed, they never finish the job, paid in full, they said they would call me back, never got a call back, the sunroof manager has a poor attitude, now I have to find another place to finish the work. Will never use his place again

I normally dont leave reviews but I feel like this one is well deserved. I had leather seats installed in my truck and it was a breeze to deal with. After a few weeks of wasted time dealing with another business I will leave nameless (AutoFX), I called Auto Trim Design and they were able to get me in just a few days later. I explained what I wanted and got a straight answer without the runaround like the other nameless business (AutoFX).I picked my truck up and am completely blown away. Looks absolutely amazing and everything works as its supposed to unlike the other business that saId we arent responsible if your seats stop working. I was charged exactly what Auto Trim Design quoted me unlike those money hungry con men at AutoFX who doubled my original quote on the day of my appointment, causing me to walk out.Thank you again to the guys at Auto Trim Design, top notch business. Will do business again in the future even though I dont live close. AutoFX suck!!

Great work! I recently bought a 2015 Mazda 3 5 door, and wanted a sub woofer installed and the windows tinted, so the Mazda dealership referred me to Auto Trim, and for good reason. The new Mazda 3 doesnt leave much room for a sub woofer to compliment their Center Point Bose factory installed premium sound system, so finding a solution that would fit without having to spend thousands or sacrificing my spare tire was proving to be a challenge. I stopped by all the local mobile stereo shops including Auto Trim, and Rick there at Auto Trim was the only one to present a workable and affordable solution, and he was right. Rick installed a compact self powered sub under my drivers seat, and it sounds great! At first after the initial install the unit was still in need of some tweaking, so I followed up with Rick, and he was on top of it and was gracious with the follow up work needed, and now my tunes are dialed in just the way I wanted them and I couldnt be happier.Also they did an excellent job on the window tinting! The windows look and perform awesome, and I get compliments on my cars stealthy look all the time. All in all I am very happy with Rick and the crew down there at Auto Trim, and if anyone else out there needs bass but doesnt have the space, these guys can help!

Walked in, waited for 10 minutes without being even noticed by the sales people and the manager who kept walking around busying themselves with a customer or other stuff in the back room. Even when I asked for some one to assist me with a question no one appeared to care. It was not a busy they for them either.I had to leave after 15 minutes. Never going back.

This place totally ripped me off on led headlights. They either dont care about providing quality service or have such a lack of industry knowledge they shouldnt be in this business. It took me an hour of online research to diagnose how they messed my wifes car up. Its a European vehicle so it requires CANBus compatible LEDs. Without them it triggers the headlight sensor everytime. In good faith I brought it back to them and they made no effort to resolve the issue whatsoever. I will never go back and warn my friends to avoid this place due to their dishonesty and incompetence

We had 3M Film installed on our 2017 Subaru Outback. The results are flawless! Expert installation.

This guys are fast, service was outstanding, my appointment is at 9 am, to get my rock chips repair on the passed side they were done in half an hour and look like is was no damage on the paint. It would have cost me around $500 to $600 dollars to get it fix and very happy.

I have purchased several cars through dealerships & they have used auto trim to add accessories. Ive always been satisfied. However, a few years ago, through Renton Toyota auto trim put leather in my vehicle. They forgot a panel in my passenger side. I Toyota they told me to call auto trim. auto trim said to call Toyota. So now I have a car that is embarrassing when people notice. I wish they wouldve they could gone an extra step by just finishing the panel. I expect that from the dealership but not auto trim.

Manager/Owner has no people skills. He doesnt acknowledge U when U walk in. And he doesnt take the time to explain what the issue was with their product when it was bad or faulty. My system is still having issues. I dont recommend this place. Try Foss in Tacoma. I only went to Auto Trim because my dealer use them.
